Zoom is generating Invalid Meeting ID numbers

I have a landing page which is connected to my CRM and calendar for customers to book appointments with me.

The Problem is everytime someone tries to book an appointment, Zoom generates a link with an Invalid ID Number.  What on Earth do i do to correct this?
