Chat ist in Zoom-Meetings aktiviert, dennoch kein Chat in Zoom-Meetings mit Registrierungsseite

I am a bit buzzeled. Following missfunktion occurs since a few days:

In Zoom-Meetings with registration page there is no Chat button; in Zoom-Meetings without registration page the button is there.

Chat in Zoom-Meetings is activated in the administrative template that we use.

What can be the cause for this?
