I found some references to "host" and "co-host," but changing them does not affect the results of the save, and when I tried it at hand, the cloud recording itself was not possible unless I was the meeting creator. I'm tired of checking recording results while changing conditions one by one.Is it a requirement that an account with cloud recording privileges (Pro plan or higher) create the meeting? Is it possible to join a meeting created by someone else and initiate a Cloud Recording? 

Zoom 6.1.12 on Windows 11When I share a second camera there seems to be no way to see what others in the meeting are seeing.  Is there a way to view my outgoing feed?

I sign in on my PC as the host and on my iPad as a participant. In the past, when I wanted to share a whiteboard, I would allow my iPad to host. Then, I was able to instruct Zoom to disable annotators. Now, I am unable to do so with the new Zoom version. Please help. 

Hello there!Faced with an issue that I unable to reset a forgotten password.First of all I go on https://zoom.us/ and choose "Forgot password" then enter an e-mail that I used to register in then solve the captcha and then receive an e-mail to mailbox but, when I click on "Reset password" I've got redirected on the same page when it started from. Tried to send and open a link from an app, browser and mobile app - all the same. Any idea what's wrong?

In my privat-Account I can´t send files, because the option in the menu is grey.It saiz, the option should be closed by the administrator. But there is no administrator except myself

Hi,  I broadcast a Church Service via Zoom using a video camera plugged into a Windows 11 laptop (HDMI to USB).  All works sort of OK.  But a big problem is Original Sound.The system used to remember to leave Original Sound in its previous (on) state.  But now it always defaults to the Original Sound=Off.  No problem, I hear you say, just switch it On every time.  I Do.  Until I don't.  Every once in a while I forget and the service is broadcast and recorded with unusable sound.  The spoken word is barely listenable and the singing is broken up and awful.  Is there any way to force Original Sound=ON as the default please? I have seen one comment elsewhere about a registry setting.  But the registry tree it talks about is not present on my machine.  So I'm guessing that must be windows 10. Once I have that solved , I'll need to fix the very low resolution of

We've implemented, integrated, and tested Zoom Apps SDK on Zoom Rooms both Windows and MacOS. https://www.npmjs.com/package/@zoom/appssdk ```const config = await zoomAppsSdk.config({ capabilities: ["getZoomRoomContext"], });``` However, what we found is the config method works fine only on Windows and MacOS Zoom Rooms that version is older or equal to the 6.0.6 (May 28, 2024) release version. After the 6.0.0, we tried to open the Apps on Zoom Rooms but the function would throw an error `Error: config took longer than 10000ms to respond`, even though we've increased the timeout ms, it still errors the same. I think some interface changes don't match with the JS SDK anymore internally from Zoom Rooms later than 6.0.6 or even the latest version, which is only replicable on the MacOS side.

I've searched a lot, but didn't find anything, so does someone know if I can see the peak of how many people were on my Zoom meeting?

Hi, We have been developing Zoom Rooms application for a big while and we faced the issue that MacOS can't turn on the developer tool by using command `defaults write ZoomChat webview.context.menu true` as it is mentioned on the site https://devforum.zoom.us/t/enabling-developer-tools-on-a-mac/91235 Windows works fine (edit zoom.us.ini). Do you have any ideas how to fix it? We would like to toggle the developer tool on the Zoom Rooms app

Hello,I am finding some of the guides difficult to find out some information. I have a Zoom Rooms system, running on a Crestron flex base.The client would like to add zoom whiteboarding functionality to the system, they are able to add whatever functionality is required in the back-end but are looking for advise on hardware. Can this be accomplished simply by adding a second touch-display to the existing Crestron zoom rooms system - OR does this functionality require a separate zoom client (zoom rooms for touch) on the second display. Many thanks in advance!

Hi - I have recently purchased a zoom room for my shared office space that has 5 different tenants. In this space we set up a zoom room and purchased a room scheduler. Is there a way to be able to have all 5 different tenants see the room availability through their calendar invitations. IE: tenant 1 books room from 1pm to 2pmtenant 2 tries to book a meeting and sees that room is blocked from 1pm to 2 pm but free the rest of day... etc

I use two Zoom accounts. Whenever I tried accessing one of them, it kept signing me into the other one automatically. I think the error has been resolved now - thanks for your help.

Problem description:I am the organizer of Zoom meetings and use the web interface. I usually have no issues accessing meeting summaries, but the summary for a specific day won’t open.I can see it in the list, but the arrow button to open it doesn’t work.Summaries for other days open without any problems.I’ve tried using different browsers (Chrome, Micrisoft Edge) and reloading the page, but the issue persists.I also tried accessing it from another device and through the Zoom app, but the problem remains only for this particular summary.There’s no option to download the data or bypass the issue in the Reports section.Are there any known reasons or solutions for this issue?Additional information:Account level: Operating system and browsers used: Windows 10 pro, Chrome 131.0.6778.70Date and time of the meeting: Nov 21, 20

Does anyone know if there is a way of retrieving a zoom call I made but didn't record.I have a free account and don't see how to record my calls, which I would like to do going forwards.But for now, this one I just made is very important and I would love to be able to retrieve it.Thank you

I've been using the Rode WirelessGoII mics without issue for two years every Sunday morning. The last few weeks, the mic doesn't work despite it being plugged in securely, app updated, mic assured to be turned on, all the requirements.iPad OS 17.3Zoom version 5.17.5Testing on a new meeting, it works fine. But when I try the old scheduled meeting, or new scheduled meetings, it won't work. Doesn't show as muted, but there's no sound.I have updated software for Rode, Zoom and the iPad. Checked that the Mic settings in general/apps has allowed Zoom access. The only way the mic works is if I start do a New Meeting. Anyone having the same issue? Any fixes?

This has gone on for multiple years now. Our company schedules several Zoom Meetings to be held in the upcoming year, throughout the entire year. Inevitably, some of these Meetings will be deleted from Zoom without our knowing. We are not deleting them on our end and we do not receive notice that they are deleted. Of the several Meetings we schedule for the year, some will be deleted but not all. After they are scheduled (always using Zoom desktop), we do not touch these meetings. All that happens is the link is put into an automated email for participants to use to access the Meeting. Please advise!

Hi- I am unable to share my computer audio without sharing my screen. Please help me. its been weeks and I have a major meeting coming up I need audio for. It used to work. I even plugged in headphones to see if it changed anything. Any help greatly appreciated. Screenshots of the greyed out and my audio settings for reference.

If someone joins a Zoom meeting late, are they only able to see the chat messages after they log on; or are they able to see the discussion prior to their arrival?  And, is there a setting that controls this?
