Hello when using ZOOM meeting, interface stuttering is too much. I want to know if it's a problem with PC specification or if it's because I'm using free version. I turned on Task Manager while using ZOOM and checked CPU RAM GPU, but it didn't overload me. Please guide me if you know how. Thank you.

I want to integrate Zoom Scheduler for WordPress Website. Here is the workflow:1. User clicks on 'Schedule Free Meeting'2. User gets an option to select the date & time from Zoom Scheduler3. User selects date, time.4. User receives an email notification with the invite and meeting link.5. Website admin receives the same information as in #4 I could not find any documentation related to this type of integration. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

I am using a bluetooth speaker for my computers and as I am in my zoom meetings I will also have another chrome browser open to check twitter or read news online. If a video plays on twitter as I am scrolling the sound will cut off on zoom. I then have to go into zoom settings to toggle speaker between my laptop and bluetooth speakers to get the sound back.

Good afternoon,I am planning to open an online academy that offers one-on-one classes. Initially, I will have 5 teachers, but this number will increase in the near future. Each teacher will have their own dedicated space to conduct classes. If each teacher has 10 students, the students will join the teachers’ individual sessions at different times. Additionally, the classes will be recorded and shared with the respective students for a limited period.My question is: How can I set up multiple teachers, each with their own unique meeting links, using the academy's Zoom account? I hope someone can help me 🙂 Thank you very much!

Hi guys I am aware that you cannot SEND stereo audio while in the zoom mobile app. just wondering if you can RECEIVE stereo audio while in the mobile app. 

I’ve been using Zoom for four years, primarily scheduling and hosting my meetings on my PC via Chrome. However, over the past few months, I started experiencing issues where my meetings would freeze. Attendees couldn’t hear or see me, though I could still hear them. I reached out to Zoom support, and they recommended downloading the Zoom app for my PC and using it for meetings. After installing the app, I noticed my calendar is now linked to my Gmail account, which I don’t use. Previously, when I used the web client, it was synced with my Outlook calendar. I’m trying to find a way to connect the Zoom app with my Outlook calendar instead of my Google calendar.

I would like to be able to schedule a Zoom meeting for anyone on our team without having to be in the meeting to start it and host it.  How do I set that up?

Zoom support is really poor. When we upgraded to a session licence, I wanted to cancel our webinar subscription because the webinar licence is already included. But the cancellation policy is absolutely user-unfriendly. You can subscribe to any upgrade online, but to cancel you have to contact support, who then doesn't respond.This sucks. Thumbs down.

Hello, We have our users set to display our main number through a call queue as the caller ID. However, the caller ID gets changed to the individual number associated with the user without anyone making the change in the settings. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

How can I reorder the polls in the poll question list? My colleague and I have multiple polls for a three-day training and it's difficult to scroll the list for the correct poll. I have tried to drag and drop but that function does not work. Any ideas appreciated, Diana 

Hello everyone,  I just recorded my zoom meeting, the first test recording is showing in the folder and I was able to convert it, but the actual video which was approximately 5 minutes long is not showing in the folder, I can see a 185MB .zoom (video) file along with a 2.4MB .zoom (audio) file and the file name is double_click_to_convert_01 and 02 but for some reason when i double click it doesn't show anything. Please help!

I'm a coach and have always refused to accept Otter AI for confidentiality and trust reasons. It is a business risk.  Today Otter AI has started recording all my calls automatically. I've never authorised it. I logged on to my Account settings and double-checked - it is all disabled.  Why is this happening and how can I change the default to get rid of Otter AI?  It might be useful to have it for non-coaching calls but I want to be able to OPT IN.I do not want to have to spend hours trying to work out how to OPT OUT! 

I am with an organization that runs confidential meetings over zoom. Recently we have run into the issue where we have had Otter.ai automatically join, bypassing the waiting room, records the meeting, then emails every participants a transcription of the meeting. We have recording turned off, but we have had reports that the AI is still able to record and transcribe every session it joins. How can we prevent this AI from joining? Is there a setting we can have hosts set so that AI can be prevented from joining and recording? We recognize the benefits that AI can bring, but these meetings are too confidential to be able to record. the only solution we have been able to find is to manually remove the AI from the sessions

I would like to ask you why as a host I can not write question into Q&A? For example: we have webinar and the Guest answers only the questions in Q&A, but some attendes join webinar thrue the browser and they can not write answer into Q&A. As a host I would like to help them and copy the question to Q&A but I can not. I hope you solve this problem, you are perfect team:-)

Does anyone have experience running Zoom Room software on M4 Mac mini? Did you go with the base model (16GB RAM, 256GB storage) or the M4 Pro version (24GB RAM, 512GB storage)? We're looking to replace a Logitech RoomMate (no support for multi-camera mode) that will be used primarily for Zoom Webinars (500-600 attendees). We'd be utilizing two Logitech Rally cameras and connect up to 2 displays or more (presentation slides, confidence monitor).

We recently hosted a training on Zoom that we typically record. None of our usually hosts ended up recording, but we heard the pop up that it was being recorded and we all assumed it was one of us. It wasn't, but we would love to have the recording. Is there a way to find out who recorded it, so we can get the recording from them? We'd like to upload it to our YouTube Channel, as we usually do with all of our trainings. 

We had a webinar today.  The panelist was running late so I emailed the participants to let them know.  When the panelist got into the practice session and we starting getting ready (I had not started the webinar yet) we heard a voice say "Is the webinar starting at 12:30?" I let them know if was supposed to start at 12:00.  Was this a participant who was somehow able to speak to us in the practice session?  Or someone with Zoom?  It was so strange.  I didn't think there was a way to communicate with participants before you officially start the webinar or vice versa.

With a Webinar 500 licence , is it 500 maximum per webinar or per year ? thanks
