How does it work for a small academy

Good afternoon,

I am planning to open an online academy that offers one-on-one classes. Initially, I will have 5 teachers, but this number will increase in the near future. Each teacher will have their own dedicated space to conduct classes. If each teacher has 10 students, the students will join the teachers’ individual sessions at different times. Additionally, the classes will be recorded and shared with the respective students for a limited period.

My question is: How can I set up multiple teachers, each with their own unique meeting links, using the academy's Zoom account?

I hope someone can help me 🙂 Thank you very much!

You will need a license for each concurrent session.  A business account has a minimum of 10 licenses. A Pro account can have 1-10+ licenses. Remember that each license has a limit of 5GB of cloud recording storage. Use of local recording bypasses the 5GB limit. If sessions are not concurrent you can reduce license cost.

You can use different meeting IDs for each class whether they are concurrent or not.
