When I create an invite for my coworkers to have a meeting in our conference room with internal and external employees, the meeting appears on our tablet in the conference room so I just need to hit "join" which has usually just started the meeting on the screen in the conference room but is now giving a message that it is "waiting for the host to join" and will not start the meeting until someone externally logs into the meeting but the original invite was created from the conference room calendar itself so should be the host already. Any ideas what is causing this?

Hi,I freshly downloaded Zoom Meetings, and when I went to open a meeting, and it prompted me to join the audio channel, I clicked 'join' and the meeting closed. Also, when I navigate to settings, if (and only if) I click onto the 'audio' tab, the settings window closes I currently have an external microphone and headphones that run through VoiceMeteer Banana. This setup has worked on my laptop, but not my desktop computer. Any help?

Hi, I have an account with the following specs: Zoom Pro, Zoom Webinar - 1000, Zoom Large Meeting - 500. I understand that we cannot have concurrent meetings, which is why I'm interested in licenses and users. I'm a bit confused about how this works. How do I make it so that a user/license holder can have all the specs listed previously without having to purchase a whole new account to get all of this? Does an additional license need to be purchased and assigned for each of these three components? Or can I purchase a license for the Zoom Pro, assign a user, and that user will have access to everything within the main account?

i have a problem. one time i put a blue background  during my zoom meeting and now i would like to remove it and i can't , no matter what i do

HiI have the Pro plan and just increased it for one month to 500 participants as we are having an event in a couple of weeks and anticipate having more than 100 online.We have been using zoom for a couple of years and use the same meeting link twice a week. Normally when I log into zoom this shows as a recurring meeting, but now when I log into zoom and click on meetings, I don’t see any meeting scheduled at all. However, if I use the usual link we email to our users, it connects me to the meeting.But I am concerned that no meeting shows up under the MEETINGS tab …Tx.Lyn

Windows up-to-date (AverMedia Cam), Zoom updated to Version 5.11.10 (8200) (64-bit). Using my camera in NVIDIA  Broadcast mode causes Zoom to crash when I go to the Zoom Video Settings. I cannot get Zoom to recover from the crash; even after a reboot Zoom remains crashed/frozen if I re-open it. There is no error message, once the crash happens, no part of Zoom is functional.

Please disregard the location, I had to put it in so I could post this.I've been having a reoccurring issue with my profile page not loading. If there is anyway to fix that I need the solution ASAP. I have the most recent version of Zoom on my MAC. Refreshing the page, signing out and resigning in, restarting computer, clearing data, and closing the tab and pulling it back up do not resolve the issue.  

I've been successfully hosting hybrid Zoom meetings with my Mac laptop, iPhone, and iPad all connected in the same room for 4+ years. One for the speaker video and room audio, one for the class video, and one for me to control the session and share docs on the screen. Only 1 of the 3 devices is connected to audio--to avoid feedback. Until this month. Now, I get a message that Zoom is unable to turn volume to 0 on iOS devices. And the phone and tablet now give low volume feedback during our meetigs. What changed and how do I avoid this problem?

I want to use the free plan on my phone but when I install the app and try to set it up, it wants a credit card. Is there any way to avoid giving a credit card

We set up en recurring meeting (every 2 weeks) a long time ago. When we used the link the meeting starts. How can we get rid of the meeting? Or can we ignore it and set up new meetings at the scheduled time? Thomas

Hi - I am paying for up to 30 GB per month for extra cloud storage, but I find that a recording of a meeting from May has been deleted by Zoom. Any suggestions? This is so unfair! Thanks for any ideas.

Hi there,  Does anyone know where I can access details of the people who have viewed the recording of a webinar who have not registered? I sent out a link and would like to know who watched it. Is this possible and if so, where do I find those details?  I have look on the analytics page and can't see anything regarding analytics around recordings.  Thanks in advance

Good morning! I use Zoom in Polish and I want to continue doing so. I use Windows 11 in Polish and I want to continue doing so. I temporarily changed language to English, in order to take a screenshot of my keyboard settings. My problem is that Zoom has some sort of problem with words. I searched this issue online and found that it's usually a problem with Windows, not Zoom, but where exactly is the problem? In settings, yes but where exactly? I don't understand exactly what needs to be changed, so that Zoom and Windows understand that I don't want any word to be underlined in any language, no matter how correct or incorrect it may be in any language. See 3 screenshots. I just set up a meeting with No Fixed Time with the help of a chat agent (thanks, Jay!) and was so thrilled that option was available. In the instructions, I saw a note recommending not using No Fixed Time because the option is going away. Please don't take it away! It's helpful because I do not have to be present and my team can get together immediately at the drop of a hat. I tried following the instructions to send this as a help request (click on my avatar picture, then click help, then click products) but there was no help option, so I figured I'd drop it here. I have a large collection of constantly updated background images for Zoom. Why can't they be moved around and "edited" (other than killing them and why does Zoom constantly randomly shuffle them  so that the order has changed?

I have just bought a Linovo Tab M10 Plus 3rd Generation, running Android 12. The Zoom app is installed.When I click on the Zoom Meeting link in an email, it takes me to a Zoom webpage that says "Click Open on the dialog shown by your browser. If you don't see a dialog, click Launch Meeting below."There is no dialog box, so I click "Launch Meeting". There is a flicker and nothing happens. I can join the meeting from any one of our other devices (Dell PCs, iPhone 13; Samsung Galaxy phone) in this way.On this Tab M10 Plus, I can sign into Zoom and join this meeting with the Meeting ID and Passcode.Can anyone help me join the meeting from the link in the email? This will not stop. I am very close to canceling and demanding my money back. It pops up out of nowhere even when Chrome is closed, and I am presenting?!?!How do I make this stop?!?! При просмотре записи конференции появляется в правом верхнем углу список участников конференции. Закрывает часть экрана. Именно запись когда смотришь.  У меня вебинары обучающие и важно чтобы было всё видно что демонстрируется на экране.Как убрать это всплывающее окно для записи конференции? Куда обратиться чтобы не бот, а живой человек помог решить проблему?

Можно ли использовать один аккаунт зум для проведение сразу нескольких конференций? 

I want to record a yoga class and only spotlight myself on the recording so there is no problem with data protection issue.  However I need to view everyone on the screen during the live class so I can correct their posture if required and for health and safety reasons.Currently if I pin myself that only records myself which is what I want. However it makes the other people on the zoom show as very small boxes at the top of the screen and I cannot see them properly. Any suggestions to solve this are welcome thanks in anticipationMelanie

Im helping with a small conference that will have translators/interpreter and it will be over Zoom, but have some quirks I cant figure out. At the conference it will be a local translator, and the mixer connected to a computor that will stream it over Zoom. Speaker and translator have separate mic inputs into computor and they both be heard in the conference speakers, but the local translator should also be an alternative in Zoom as one of the interpreters. How to do that? The speaker will pause for translators/interpreters to translate and wait until they are finished. How to show the speaker that the translators/interpreters have finished? Do Zoom have a feature that interpreters can indicate they are finished, for example clear color indicators on a second screen from the computer for speaker to see? (Computor will not be near speaker but we have solution for external monitor with long cable) If a person on over Zoom have a question, how to pass that person over Zoom

Hi, In a 2 person call, is it possible to use dual monitors to have myself on my laptop and the participant on the external monitor? I want to be able to see myself and the controls on my laptop, but then a clean version of the participant on an external monitor (which I am then taking a further output from into a multicam streaming device). I don't need to do any screen sharing, just basically capturing a clean video of the participant which I can still control while speaking. At the moment I only ever see myself on the 2nd monitor. thanks
