I need to set in advance the default language for automatic transcriptions generated in cloud recordings.Is it possible?At the moment transcripts for cloud recordings are always generated in English.  Regardless of the language spoken in the meeting! I know that  the host can regenerate the transcipt in the right language but this is not what I'm interested in.If I want to share the link to the recording and the transcipt (in the right language) I can't do this immediately. I need before to change the language of the transcript and then to share the link. Thank you!   Isabella  

I understand that a Zoom Enterprise meeting license also comes with a Web 500. When assigning users, is there a way to assign the meeting license without also assigning the included Webinar 500 license to a given user? 

We record our Zoom meetings to the Cloud and have them automatically backup to Dropbox.  Currently, 2 emails are receiving notifications that the recording is available - the email associated with the Zoom account and the email associated with the Dropbox account.  How can the email notifications be turned off?

The AI Companion icon is not showing when screen sharing on Windows and on the Mac but it is showing when screen sharing on a Linux machine.Anyone knows why? For my tests I've used the following software- Windows 11- macOS Sonoma 14.6- Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)- Zoom app 6.3.6 (6351)

The Zoom Add-In for Outlook appears as an option to add Zoom meetings in Outlook 365 Calendar on the web, however, in Safari once you click to add a meeting, it asks to allow a new window for sign in. Once you enter your credentials it asks again to allow a new window and will ask for sign-in again. This is a continuous loop and will not allow you to ever actually add a meeting. I need help solving a recurring issue of not being able to see a presenter's PPT when joining a Zoom meeting from the phone. If I join the meeting from my laptop I can see the slides just fine but when I join from my phone I can't see them anymore even if I change the view to gallery. The option to see the slides just isn't there. It seems to only happen in some meetings which leads me to believe the issue is in how the slides are being shared or in the settings of the Zoom account that is hosting the meeting.For example tonight I joined one meeting from my phone and there was no way to see the PPT. Then I joined another meeting and could see the PPT just fine. In both cases I could see the PPT on my laptop. In both cases the presenter was a "Co-host" and was spotlighted/pinned. The only difference between the two meetings is that one was in focus mode and the other was not. However, I have joined meetings in focus mode before on my phone and been able to see the shared screen.I even t

When starting the camera its just a dark screen even though the laptop camera shows a turned on light. Camera is working in other apps but facing issue in zoom. Hi, Not sure if you can do this but we have a setting that keeps all participants in the waiting room until we start the meeting and then manually admit all in the waiting room to the meeting. My question is can you set the meeting to keep everybody in the waiting room until the meeting starts and we have allowed people to enter and subsequent people (Who are late) can auto enter the room as soon as they connect? Current procedure:Start MeetingAllow co host to enter and allow them to be cohostAt the advertised time allow those in the waiting room to enter.once the meeting is in progress manual allow late comers to leave the waiting room and enter. I want to change the last line to read once participants are allowed to enter (post the first manual authorisation) all late comers can just enter once they make an attempt to join. Thanks.

Hello!  I have the basic free version of Zoom. When I record on my PC, there is a voice that comes in saying, "trial". Why? (It hasn't happened on my Mac.) How do I remove it for my PC recordings? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I cannot open Zoom. I get an error message saying that an update is required.  But it won't let me update. It gives me error messages. When I tried to uninstall it, it would not allow telling me that I don't have admin rights (this is a personal PC).  I'm being held hostage by Zoom; I can't update it and I can't remove it. Help please.

I scheduled a meeting and set it to record in the cloud. I've received the recording of the meeting, but there doesn't appear to be a transcript of the audio. According to Zoom's info, the transcription is automatic if the meeting is recorded in the cloud. Where is it? How can I be sure I get a transcript of future meetings?

I am a college instructor and all of my courses are online. A typical lecture is 2.5 hours long. All lectures are via Zoom and my students join live. When the lecture is done and class is dismissed, it takes a considerable amount of time (30 minutes or more) before the Zoom recording is ready for viewing, which is OK. However, I want to be able to name the recording while the recording is still processing. At the moment, I have to go back at a later time when I get the chance, to rename the recording. I would like to name the recording as soon as I stop the Zoom recording and class is done.

Hi all, My desktop client (Win 11 machine) lost my personal contacts and the sync to gmail address book.I have re-created the contacts two days ago, they were visible in 'my contacts', but they have disappeared again.Any pointers as to what's needed in order to keep them in the app?

I belong to a group that has a recurring weekly meeting, of which I have been the moderator for about 3 months. I always start  Zoom, hit Switch Account and login with the Group's credentials. I always see a link  for a Personal Meeting  ( I believe this is associated with our group's first moderator,, along with our Group's recurring meeting link.This Saturday, when I logged in, our recurring meeting was missing. I was perplexed, staring at the screen, when suddenly that link appeared.My question is simply--how can this happen? Does it mean that someone who knows  the  Group's credentials was logged on before me, and when she logged off, that link appeared for me? Or am I just assuming someone else was in there? Hi everyone,I've got a question.I've got my main domain for g-suite. My brand name has changed so I've added an email alias and it's set as default in my gmail account. It works perfectly for sending emails. However when I send out an invite via zoom, it still shows my ''old'' domain. I've tried to change it in Zoom settings > Only show default email when sending email invites. So it still doesn't work.Maybe I need to change something with users? I don't know because with users it still shows my old email address. Thanks in advance! 

I am looking to see if I can download past meetings for quality assurance. Is this possible?

It would be nice if the settings page for video camera would allow the user to set the camera zoom-in/zoom-in setting. For example, I may want my camera to be zoomed in more. Also, although the video camera zoom is fine during setup with my green screen, it automatically changes during a meeting and zooms out to maximum width view. This shows background items beyond the left and right borders of my green screen. There appears to be no way to control it to make it zoom in.

Hi, I work as an assistant and schedule lots of zoom meetings for my boss. I've noticed since the update (we have Version: 5.16.10 (25689)), that every time I schedule a meeting and add it to my boss's calendar and invite the other attendees, once I save the event MY gmail is automatically added as an attendee. So then if I'm not in the meeting I have to go back in and delete myself. Is there any way to turn this off? 

The zoom timer app is not working on my mac. It comes on when I start a meeting, but once my mouse moves off the app, aAll I get is a black screen. I can't change the time duration, I can see anything, and the display on my video does not change. The OS is 10.14.6 (Mojave).

I'm struggling to work out how to reasonably control a Dalite projection screen using Room Controls and a Global Cache IP2CC.  The JSON examples for the IP2CC use a "position" key-value pair not documented elsewhere, and, according to the only provided example that makes even a vague attempt to explain it, then uses an "automatically generated 'power' method" to provide control.  That's also not documented anywhere I can find. The example code produces an "On" and an "Off" button for each declared contact closure "port".  That is far from ideal, as the projection screen's movements are triggered by instantaneous contact and are stopped automatically by a limit switch.  Further, when declared at the "port" level, as they are in the examples, these controls can not be hidden. We would very much like to be able to create our own methods for these operations, so that they can be individually hidden, controlled discretely, and triggered as part of a scene.&nbsp

We have a user reporting that when entering a meeting with another user via ipad ios Zoom client, when screensharing they are reporting they are not having access to the Annotate and request control button. To specify they see this issue when the person they are meeting with that is. They use a PC, HP specifically. We have a test meeting where they met w/ support to test this out and they provided screenshot of this function not working. Apparently it is by design that when an iPad is joining a Zoom meeting and does a screen share, the Annotation option is not there.  As of now we only have the following workaround for this: User can join via Mac client and then use the Advanced sharing option to share via Airplay —> iPad. This way the annotation option will appear.Users is not satisfied with workaround, is there any time line of when a fix or patch of this would be developed?
