It will be nice to join the Zoom breakout room through a link.We often invite Guest speakers to a specific room. Since there is no unique link to the breakout room, we give them the link to the lobby. The speakers then will be given instructions to join the intended room. Still, the speakers feel confused when they join the meeting with unexpected attendees (Unassigned room) and also finding the right room isn't any easy.  If we include the room name along with the invitation link and handle auto-join to the breakout room, The process would be easier than now.

I enabled the my meeting coach feature and am very interested in seeing the results. At conclusion of the meeting, I see the meeting summary information but no results from my meeting coach. Where should I be looking to find the meeting coach information? 

Hello.  I tutor Chinese children daily.  Yesterday and today, several students have been unable to enter the meetings.  One parent sent the error code 13215.  Has something happened that I am unaware of?  I can still enter meetings fine on my end (USA).  Any solutions?

Our meeting had an uninvited, offensive intruder. I have their email address. Is there a way to block this email? 

Hopefully posted in correct section. I get zoom links from various groups via emails. I want to be able to make sure I have the correct name showing when I open zoom. But the meeting ALWAYS just opens without asking for the name. Makes no sense.Now if I open the app, it starts and ask me for the name. However, I can't paste the web link into the meeting join fields. The web link has the meeting info including passwords in the string, but the zoom app is too dumb to parse the information or provide a field that does that. How insane is that? 

The livestream app has been functioning smoothly for several weeks. However, since yesterday, we've been encountering a '502 Bad Gateway' error, preventing the app from opening.We've already attempted troubleshooting steps such as switching laptops, host accounts, and restarting the system, but the issue persists.

We currently have Yealink T54W Desk Phones. I love how Zoom Phones (and Yealink) are able to display the Caller ID name with extra information. For example, if a call is routed to a Call Queue that the user is a member of, their desk phone will ring and show the caller ID name as "JOHN SMITH calling for CALL QUEUE A". Alternatively if the caller enters the user's extension at the IVR the caller ID name shows as "JOHN SMITH calling for USER A". However if the caller's ID is not updated on their side or is unavailable, the caller ID name will expectedly come across as "UNAVAILABLE calling for CALL QUEUE A". If it's a frequent caller, we'd like to update that on our side to be aware of the caller. If I add this caller to the local directory as MIKE SMITH, then all incoming calls from this caller will appear as MIKE SMITH. That's good to see the name now, but it does lose the "calling for CALL QUEUE A/ USER A" information... I'm unsure if what I'm l

Has anyone come up with a viable way to point left? There is a right pointing arrow, but no left pointing arrow as though you only ever have to point to the right. It becomes impossible to use when wanting to draw attention to something that is on the left edge of the screen. It would be most helpful if there were both left and right pointing arrows. I spend many hours training in the Zoom environment and this is a constant headache. Using the drawing tools is cumbersome when they are left behind on the screen when you've moved on and have to constantly find the trash to remove your previous markings. It would be nice to incorporate a mouse and key combination to erase both the last marking or all markings.

I need to record all 4 breakout rooms created for an event. Is it possible?

Had multiple issues:Registered participants unable to attend the session.Troubleshoot by:1. Clicking on the join button on confirmation email received2. Copy & pasting the link into browser3. Using the meeting code and passcode4. Using a forwarded link from other participant5. Clicked on the top left hand corner to copy and paste the link of the zoom session for other users.All of the above steps ended up routing participants back to the registration page and not being admitted into the zoom meeting.Can someone please advise.. Email to Zoom support, was told its a browser issue but we tried everything that the support staff suggested. The issue is not that participants are unable to register, they were able to register for the meetin

Hi when i join zoom calls my volume spikes to full each time it resets. Its really annoying I wish i could just set it to a level and it wouldn't change on me any idea?? Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I have an Apple TV in my office.  My apple account on my devices cannot be my work account, but my work account is the one that is tied to my zoom account (and links to my calendar, etc.).  I would like to set up the Apple TV zoom with my work account so I can use it for meetings.  Is there any way to set up zoom on Apple TV with a different account than the one that I use to log into my apple devices?  Thank you!

I have been using Zoom Workplace Basic for some years for a weekly meeting for a community group.  Recently I am being asked to instal upgraded system, but can't see how to do this.  I wish to continue with Basic. 

In a recent update to the Linux client whenever I'm in a Zoom meeting and the meeting window is in focus and I switch to another virtual desktop the meeting window is minimized to a small window in the upper right and follows me to the new virtual desktop. How can I stop this?

We need your guidance in defining the precise condition that determines whether a call is transferred and answered by third-party call center.Previously, after discussing with Zoom POC, we decided to rely on the contact_center.engagement_ended webhook. In the payload, we checked the flow_name == ExternalTransfer condition and derived whether the call was transferred and answered by third-party call center.However, we’ve recently observed a few cases where the above condition was met, but the call wasn’t actually transferred to the third-party center. This is leading to incorrect third-party transfer counts being displayed as part of our various dashboards.Could you please help us determine the exact condition we should monitor to confirm if the call is successfully transferred and answered by the third-party center?

Hi there,  For over a week, I cannot access Zoom polls. I cannot create a new one or edit the existent one - anyone else experienced the same issues? What is best way to notify Zoom?

After around 20 minutes of using the classic whiteboard, the buttons on the bottom right of the whiteboard stop working. This prevents, going back/forth to  other slides and stops the creation of a new whiteboard.How many others are experiencing the same issue? 

We are using Zoom Room Controls to control a QSYS Core 110f.  Every 60 seconds QSYS closes the  connection as described here: https://q-syshelp.qsc.com/Content/External_Control_APIs/ECP/ECP_Commands.htm#:~:text=Note%3A%20An%20External%20Control%20client,get%20reclaimed%20by%20the%20Core. Then the zoom computer instantly reconnects.  In the short term things work fine, however every few days it seems, something in the network stack of the QSYS core crashes and it needs a hard reboot.  I have experienced this with QSYS when there is a large volume of active sockets or high amounts of control activity.  I think there may be a memory leak in QSYS's network stack, or something of that nature.  Perhaps closed sockets are not getting

OS: Manjaro LinuxKernel: 6.1.77-2-MANJAROClient: 5.17.11-1CPU: Intel Core i7-2670QMGPU: NVIDIA GF116M [GeForce GT 560M] Issue: Unable to select a virtual background Behavior: When I go into Settings > Virtual Background, I'm able to click on the default images and the reticle surrounds the clicked image, indicating it has been selected.  However, my video background does not change, and when I navigate away from the Virtual Background page and then back, the reticle is once again on the "None" entry.  I am able to add new images to the Virtual Background selection list but the behavior is as described above. Tried fixes: selected each background, added a new background and selected it, logged out and back in, closed app and deleted ~/.zoom and logged in again 

Dear All,  Today I wanted to add LinkedIn as a live stream option but I have nowhere to enter the link and code because when I click on the additional live stream services besides Facebook etc., automatically my Instagram is activated. I remember that it took ne forever to arrange this last year but now I need to remove this option. Does anybody know how to remove Insta and then connect LinkedIn? Just unklicking and clicking again the button "Benutzerdefinierter Live Streaming Service" (custom live streaming) does not work.  Thank you in advance! Kristina

I need to be able to see all the meetings I've scheduled and the date range tool is not allowing me to go beyond Jan. 1 2025. Any advice?

I was wondering if there is a way to use polls in a meeting I scheduled. I asked the chatbot but didn't get a good answer. It said to open the More tab while I was hosting a meeting and click Polls, but I didn't see anything like that. Can I use them if I don't have Zoom pro? Or do I have to upgrade?

Not sure why both of our videos were on, but I could not see his face, only his background.  Is the problem on his computer, or mine.  We both could see my background and face.
