Problem Retrieving Whiteboard After Removing & Reassigning a User
Hello Zoom Community,
We’re experiencing an issue with a Whiteboard that was previously owned by our company.
After removing and reassigning one of our users, no one on our team—including me as the account admin—can access this Whiteboard.
We still have the last shareable link, but it’s now inaccessible to everyone in the workspace.
If anyone @All has insights or knows the steps to restore access, we’d greatly appreciate your help!
Additional Details for Troubleshooting
- The Whiteboard was originally created by a user who has since been removed from our Zoom account.
- After reassigning that user’s license to someone else, the Whiteboard no longer appears under “My Whiteboards” for any member of our team (including the admin).
- We tried accessing it via the last shareable link we have, but we receive an error or a “no permission” message.
- We’ve already checked Whiteboard settings, user permissions, and admin privileges, but haven’t found a solution.
Thank you in advance.
