I have a pro account, and I follow the directions to make someone a co host (click participants, hover over someone's name, and choose "make a co-host"), but I do not have that option when I hover. Can anyone help with this? Thank you very much. Michael Z

When our users put their phones on DND it doesn't change their BLF on the rest of the phones to red so others in the company don't know they are not available.

On 2 different Companion Zoom Rooms configurations, we have noticed that the paired Companion Zoom Room is losing its pairing, despite the setting on the host Zoom Room: Remain paired until manually unpaired. Are there "sleep" settings, on the Companion Zoom Room or host Zoom Room, to be aware of that could be causing this issue? The affected configurations are:1. A Neat Board paired to an integrated room2. A Logitech Rally Bar connected to a Samsung 75" touchscreen paired to an integrated room.Please advise if any further details may be needed.

Dear Support Team, Good morning from Siem Reap, Cambodia! Nice to be meeting you all here. I have one issue for using Zoom Meeting and need your help to fixer out this issue as soon as possible. The issue is when we are doing Zoom Meeting, we need to play music and song together as a background music like National Anthem songs to share to our participants but the it is support only song without music which is not follow as our concept of our meeting. Could you help to tell me where I can fix this issue please? I have tested with Facebook Live Stream and other UC Platforms, they are supporting well both song and music in the back ground but not Zoom Meeting.  Thank you so much in advance for your help to make Zoom Meeting experience more efficient for more meeting. Our work flow requires that we use a dynamic link through Zoom Business accessed from the web, not the app. I have had issues with connecting to meetings. If I uninstall the desktop app, I have less issues. However, I cannot seem to hear the other person. (this maybe an issue on the other end). I should add, about 80% of my time on Zoom is through phone calls.

I've just signed up for a zoom room licence as I would like to set up a zoom room that is always on so that members in my membership can meet without me having to be there as a host. I can't seem to find the settings I need in room management for participants to be able to join and leave before the host. Or for a meeting to be always on. Can anyone assist. I've un toggled the waiting room setting. 

Hi Hubspot Zoomers! I am using Zoom Events with Hubspot and about to launch my first live webinar. I have used the attached user guide to integrate the two (in case you do it differently so your advice might not match how I use the system!) and I now use Hubspot forms to get everyone registered into my Zoom webinar. My question is what will happen next?! I switched off the Registration Required because I have already registered them on my form, yet when I follow the link on the automatic email it still asks for their First Name, Last Name and email address. So how does it tally up who has registered and who has attended if someone uses a different email address (we block gmail on our forms, but Zoom doesn't). Will they still have to download the Zoom app or can they just watch it in their browser? Again - if on app, what happens if their Zoom login is different to the one they have used to register?&n

I have Zoom Pro.  I live on the east coast.  I sent an invite to a user who does not have a computer or smart phone. They live in Nevada. They want to dial in by phone.  Which Zoom phone number would be best for them to dial in?

A user I regularly interact with on zoom would like to use their phone for our meetings. They hesitated when they downloaded the app for Android and were being required to give permission for zoom to record meetings before they could move forward. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a workaround? Thank-you.

I am in the US; this tech-literate user is in France and is experiencing a problem during individual video calls with me that I haven't experienced with other users in the EU. They use a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 with Windows 11 Home, with updates automatically installed. They have been testing their equipment regularly before we meet. Here is their description of what happens:"Zoom has never worked seamlessly for me for our calls: Initially I was able to activate both audio and video by going into the Zoom app and turning off, then on again the audio and video choices.A few meetings  later, that method stopped working. What I have experienced is that when I import users into Contact Center, I set the Region to Australia, however the Country/Region remains unchanged as "United States (+1)". This is a problem when importing a large number of users as I have to go back and visit each one and reset the Country/Region to "Australia (+61)". Here are the import headers available to me: Email,First Name,Last Name, Role,Package,Add-ons,Client Integration,Agent Queues,Supervisor Queues,Skills,Region,Voice and Video Engagement Capacity,Maximum Concurrent Messaging Engagements,Messaging Load to Accept Calls,User Access. Is there an undocumented header for Country/Region that I can add to the csv file and set it contents to "Australia (+61)"?

Hello there,does anyone know reliably, how many video signals can be connected to a Zoom PC (Dell) in order to provide online lessons to students (hybrid)? Hi! Seit wenigen Tagen kommt die Mail "Code zum Anmelden bei Zoom" nicht mehr an. Zoom behauptet, eine Mail mit dem 6-stelligen Code verschickt zu haben, doch eine Mail kommt nicht an. Vor zwei Wochen hat alles noch wunderbar funktioniert. Ich habe bereits Folgendes geprüft:- Spam Ordner ist leer- stunden-, sogar tagelanges Warten- erneutes Zusenden der Mail- andere Mails von no-reply at zoom.us kommen weiterhin an- mehrmals an verschiedenen Tagen an verschiedenen Endgeräten und Netzwerkumgebungen probiert (immer dieselbe Meldung: Code wurde an XX at gmail.com verschickt Ich nutze Gmail. Auch unter "Alle Mails" oder die Suche ist nichts zu finden. Kann irgendwer helfen?

Our company currently has a single Webinar license and the user assigned that license currently owns 2 upcoming webinars.The user with the license and webinar ownership is leaving the company. How can I transfer both the webinar ownerships and the license to another user? Can the departing user transfer ownership of the webinars to a non-webinar user, then I, as Owner, can transfer the webinar license to that new user? Is there a way to transfer the webinar ownership and the license, without losing the webinars and without having to purchase a second webinar license?

Hello, My company recently updated a CRC license to our tenant.  While I see this purchase in the billing section I only see 1 CRC port in the tenant. Does this take some time to replicate to the CRC ports or do I have to apply this license.  If I need to assign the license what are the steps to do so? Thanks, John Asche

Hello when using ZOOM meeting, interface stuttering is too much. I want to know if it's a problem with PC specification or if it's because I'm using free version. I turned on Task Manager while using ZOOM and checked CPU RAM GPU, but it didn't overload me. Please guide me if you know how. Thank you.

I want to integrate Zoom Scheduler for WordPress Website. Here is the workflow:1. User clicks on 'Schedule Free Meeting'2. User gets an option to select the date & time from Zoom Scheduler3. User selects date, time.4. User receives an email notification with the invite and meeting link.5. I am using a bluetooth speaker for my computers and as I am in my zoom meetings I will also have another chrome browser open to check twitter or read news online. If a video plays on twitter as I am scrolling the sound will cut off on zoom. I then have to go into zoom settings to toggle speaker between my laptop and bluetooth speakers to get the sound back.
