I can't fit my company logo in the profile picture.

My company has a horizontal log. No matter what I do, I can't fit my company logo in the profile picture. Since it nees a square profile image, it always cuts off the left and right sides of the logo, and there are no controls to allow me to shrink the logo to fit. I've tried multiple image sizes, and it makes no difference.

I know this is such a low item on the totum pole in the design universe, just annoys me.
