In two recent meetings, one I hosted, the other I did not, part way through, the volume suddenly dropped and I could barely hear the other participants. This has never happened before. The volume started fine in both. On both, I was on my iPhone as usual.

When I upgraded to Workplace Pro last September, I was able to modify the default invitation text. Now, I can't seem to find where to do that. Has this option been taken away? 

I recently purchased a Zoom account and just discovered I have not yet been using this account because my Google Calendar is still linked to my bosses Zoom account despite having being removed from it. Any meetings I have been creating are still through their account which means I am paying for nothing because I am not able to unlink my bosses zoom account from my Google Calendar. I get as far as Zoom in Google Workspace and then there is NO option to "uninstall" Zoom as it is greyed out and unable to be clicked. I have searched many places for answers and have no solutions. This appears to be a serious issue. 

Good day! I am running zoom (zoom-5.10.0.2450_openSUSE-1.x86_64) on Linux (openSUSE 15.4). Is it possible to change the hotkeys - either disabling them or move to a different hotkey? Goal is to keep CTRL+SHIFT+R for Thunderbird as reply all hotkey instead of zooms 'begin remote control' Best regards,Kai Dupke

Hi all, When did Zoom disable the ability to pay for webinars with credit/debit cards?  Now, the only payment method available for webinars is via PayPal which was not the case when we purchased this feature a year ago.  

EDIT: This is for Zoom Workplace Version: 6.3.10 (49367) - Apologies if this is in the wrong subject I'm having a problem with a MacBook Pro running Monterey OS (12.5).  When I join a meeting via the Calendar link, it opens the link in Safari and the video preview is disabled with the message when hovering mouse on video icon "Host requires participants to join with video turned off."  However, when I join the SAME meeting using the "Join a Meeting" on the Zoom App by entering the Meeting ID and Meeting Passcode, the video preview works!  The host says that she has the video option for both host and participants set to "ON". Here's another interesting thing: I thought maybe it was Safari.  I found that there was an update and applied the update, restarted the MacBook Pro and tried the Calendar link.  Preview worked!  But when I tried it the second time, it stopped working and only displays the disabled video icon with the message from above.&nbsp

With the new update, when I have my Zoom meeting in full screen mode, my Window's task bar won't appear when I move the curser to the very bottom of the screen.  It was never a problem before.  I have not changed my task bar settings.  It's currently at "Automatically hide the taskbar when in desktop mode."  I'd like to keep that setting so when I screen share, the task bar isn't in frame. Anyone know if there is a setting in Zoom somewhere that would allow for the Window's task bar to pop up when needed instead of having to keep it open?

Hi I want to add a google calendar invitation automatically when I create a zoom meeting. Currently, my account creates an Outlook and Yahoo invitation that users can choose from. I need to add Google too (see attached image).I did find the link for how to create a Zoom meeting within google but that is not what I am seeking.Appreciate any help on this.

In v5.10.0 of Zoom, a feature was added "Folders for grouping chats and channels".  This is a great feature and I took to it right away organizing people into folders.  However, if you do this, and then try to access those contacts on your mobile device, the folders and the contacts do not show up.  The only way to get someone to show up on the mobile device is to "star" them.  Is there a plan to update the mobile app to include these folders?  If I star someone on the mobile app that is already in a folder on the desktop, they stay in the folder on the desktop and there is a choice to "unstar" them.  This is not a good alternative. 

While showing a film, activating the sound optimisation function, recently a pop-up started appearing: "Disable voice isolation. "The instructions to disable voice isolation do not help.Please tell me how to disable Voice Isolation.This has never happened before.The sound quality of the video has deteriorated a lot.Device type MacBook Air M1 Zoom version 5.17.11 (31580)  

I noticed that sometime in December or January there was a change the zoom docs interface where the primary way to create sub pages moved from the insert menu to the left-hand side that shows all of the pages.  While i think this is an improvement in terms of new users being able to understand what is happening with page permissions etc.  it makes it slower and harder for me in the way I use Zoom Docs. I would like for the insert menu to have a "link page" option where I can either 1)mention or embed an existing page OR 2)create a new sub-page based on a specific template. Alternatively if there was a way to script (automate) the process of creating a page and selecting a specific template (hopefully with awareness of certain environment variables in the system or parameters that I pass to it) this would give me and many others a powerful toolset within the Zoom platform.  One example use case- I have "home" page for my IT leadership team on which I add links to eac

I've set up both our main Zoom account and the sub-accounts under it with several settings, but those settings are not being reflected in meetings created in a sub account (after the setting changes were made) via the API. For example: I modified the settings to always record to cloud, disable the waiting room, and allow participants to join before the host. I then created a meeting via the API and joined on one device via the join URL and then on another device via the host start URL. The host was prompted to admit the waiting participant, and the recording never started (nor did I see a way to activate recording). 

Here is the question I sent to Zoom Support:I have Zoom sessions, and am planning a one-session event for the end of February. I have the monthly-payment plan (100 attendees max), because my next event won't happen until next November, and I will cancel my Zoom Sessions in March, and reinstate it in October. I have Call out enabled for our Zoom accounts, and I have the setting Require Call Me users to press 1 before being connected to the meeting? set to Never and locked at the admin level, but when within a meeting, the options for inviting people to join via Call out has the two invite options enabled but unclickable (Require greeting before being connecting and Require pressing 1 before being connected). How can I disable these options? I am an admin.

I tried to host a meeting yestereday and contacts emailed me saying they could not get into the meeting using the zoom link I provided them - that was originated from my Google calendar and was posted in my list of meetings.  They said they pressed the button to join and nothing happened or they got a message to wait for the host to let them in, but I never got a notification that anyone was in the waiting room.   One person was finally able to get in after multiple tries over 10 minutes.Why is this happening?  And, how can I help them get into the meeting when this happens?  I have another meeting scheduled next week, 3-2-25, and I don't want this to happen again. In addition, I have another Zoom account through work and some of my invitees report the same problem.  I work from home.  Is there some setting on my computer that is causing this access issue? Thanks!  Jeanice

I just got started with Zoom phone, and I've noticed that the callers need to put an extension number that I chose to make the call.how can I disable it? and just get a regular direct call?TY. 

How can i find my SIP trunk details in Zoom

I don't understand why this basic thing has been removed? I should be able to open in calendar view any meeting and just resend the invitation that the client says they never got. BTW, THEY NEVER GET the invites!!! Since a recent update this constantly fails. I can't even use Acuity Scheduling as the integration with Acutiety is only one way. The client can schedule and get the invite but I can't schedule them and get a Zoom invite for the client.  This is just stupid coding!!

Whenever I browse Facebook, I am shown an ad for House of Zoom (https://www.facebook.com/houseofzoom). It appears to be selling Zoom accounts at a cheaper price. Is this legal? I'm not sure if I'm asking this at the right forum. If not, please let me know so I can move it to the proper location. Thank you.
