Hello.

I think, that I've some licensed users that doesn't use Zoom at all. so Licenses are used for nothing.

can't find any usefull report to get detailed view of Meetings per user per year or something like that.

Hi. unfortunately this report is very silly - only one month and not early than twenty last months. something more useful?

I agree, we need a simple report which can clearly show whether or not users have used licensed features, i.e. hosted calls over 40 minutes, within the last 12 months.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem.  I know we have dozens of employees that don't use Zoom at all but I can't find any way to view which licenses are not being used.  When I decreased our license count Zoom told me that we had over 30 unused licenses but they won't tell me who they are.  So I still have 98 licenses assigned but we're only supposed to have 65 and I'm supposed to guess which 33 users to downgrade.  So frustrating.

I have the same question, what is the recommended solution to get usage statistic for licensed users?

Here's how I get user data for my business (not perfect, but workable): Reports > Usage Reports> Active Hosts > By User

You can only do one month at a time (terrible) but at least it's a start.
