Hi All, We regularly hold webinars/workshops via Zoom, however the quality sn't great considering we have the toggle set to HD Quality. Does any one know of anything else we can do to improve video  quality? Thanks!

I have run into multiple instances now where I am the owner of a zoom call and another co-worker starts a zoom call of their own and it ends my zoom call.  The co-worker originally created the re-occurring meeting and transferred the call ownership to me a while back.  The co-worker is no longer on the call invites.  Anyone know why that would be happening?

I want to schedule a call with people from the United Arab Emirates but am unsure what number they will use to dial in. On the Zoom International number page, Zoom International Dial-in Numbers - Zoom, there are no numbers listed, and there is an X in the International Number column.  What number should I use to call Toll-Free to the United Arab Emirates?

Hi all. Apologies if i have not selected the correct support board.I have 4 zoom room pc's that seem to be ignoring the OS update schedule. Under update management, when i check the OS update schedule i can see that the scheduled install day is set to everyday, and the active hours are from 5am to 11pm with a weekly system restart on Saturday. Now over the past 2 week or so the windows update window has popped up automatically over the zoom window and obviously can't be closed without IT interaction as there is no mouse plugged into the zoom room pcs. Currently the 4 windows 11 pcs are running zoom room app 6.3.5 (5226). Is there a reason as to why this is occurring? Cheers 

I am trying to run a webinar where you only see the PowerPoint screen not the host or the panelist. I can change it for me but I don't know how to make it so that the attendees don't have a choice but to only see the PowerPoint. 

Zoom notifications about new services and AI tools in the meeting home page UI are too frequent, distracting and annoying. Does anyone know how do we can disable them? We have disabled all the AI features for our organisation and just want to use the base meeting product we pay for. We are not interested in getting spammed about docs and AI assistants and new features constantly while we are trying to schedule meetings. AFAIK there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off being spammed by the Zoom team in the UI. Thanks for any info if I've missed some config and if this is baked into the code can a zoom rep address this one?

Hi -- I've created an All Hosts Available collective booking page with a colleague. The booking page correctly filters both of our calendars and allows viewers to schedule a meeting. However, this is only possible through the direct booking link URL. When using either of our individual scheduler links -- schedule.zoom.us/[username] -- our collective booking page will not display. In other words, only our individual booking pages are available when sending one of our scheduler links. Is there a way to show all of our booking pages, both individual and collective, via our schedule links? The experience I am looking for would enable multiple booking options that correspond to different groups of individuals within the same scheduling link. I've got automatic recording setup for my call queues and users. However, I need to make sure internal calls between employees aren't recorded.  I know that enabling auto recording on the call queues will cover inbound calls, but I need to make sure outbound ones are auto recorded too. How can I enable this without it triggering for internal calls?

Can I edit a Zoom video on a MAC with Quicktime and if not, how can I get edited? Thanks

Hello, I need to know does Zoom provide any API to access to Zoom Phone Calls Recording and Minutes of Call? I am developing a system where Client's requirement is, when we open a list of Calls, there should be a Button to play Recording of Phone call and also display the minutes of Recording. My Client is ready to buy the Subscription of Phone call recordings and also if any other paid API is require to achieve this. Please provide you valuable feedback on this.

I have searched the community and see that the common issue here is business hours (which I have set to 24/7) for the auto receptionist and user and to make sure Greeting Prompt is disabled & Route to User (which I have done). Call handling is set up for Zoom Phone, Mobile, & Desktop for myself. I get the notification on my phone and desktop about the inbound call but it goes to voicemail within 1 ring. I also made sure I do not have any call queues set up.I only have 1 phone number, one user (myself). I can make outbound calls without issue. I was receiving inbound fine when the phone number was set up. The only other community thread I could find on this was someone who said Zoom flushed the user cache and that fixed it for them??I uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile & Desktop apps but the problem remains.

Can I share my screen in side-by-side mode so the participants are not appearing in the video i am sharing but rather along side and not on the viewing window?  I use a Mac Book Pro.

First of all, I'll acknowledge this isn't necessarily Zoom's fault, but nonetheless, the issue becomes a major obstacle for people who (1) use Zoom all day at long, (2) who RDP into another machine, (3) who attend (this isn't limited to hosting and screen sharing, just attending a meeting can be problematic), lots of meetings, and (4) who have big monitors.The issue is, RDP alone (before we even talk about Zoom) uses lots of GPU resources on the client side (to be unambiguous, client is my laptop at home running zoom, host is the desktop computer at my office that I RDP into.)Add to that having a big monitor (or two).  For example, I have my laptop screen, plus a 32 inch 4k monitor over my built in video card, plus a 20 inch monitor at 1600 by 1200 only over an external USB-C to HDMI adapter.  I configured RDP to use my two external monitors, while the built-in laptop screen shows just the laptop's local display  (not the remote desktop) screen, while RD

Hello. Anyone with zoom workplace that can assist? I called zoom and apparently THIS plan does NOT include support!!! Yet they charge me EVERY month!My problem is that I recently got a new PC. I have not been able to use or access zoom for months on my old PC. It's having issues. I want to install my plan on the NEW pc however when I log in, it does NOT allow me to do this. Any advice? 

Hello Zoom and Community, I have a big problem with Zoom which has stopped working for no reason. Yesterday i tried to attend a meeting and a white box appeared saying "Zoom Quit Unexpectedly"I tried to open the App interphase on the desktop and try to press the "Settings" engine button but it does not open it.I can change name, status but I cannot open Settings.How can i solve this?Thanks

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11....  The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the correct channel in the tenant....When I reboot the Vmware VDI or close down Zoom in the system tray and re-open Zoom it should automatically update the version, but I am receiving the message:The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....It's like the installer is no longer allowing a standard user to install the update, or the user has no rights to uninstall the current version...Anyone have any ideas?Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Everyone!Whenever I add an SLG target, the target is added to every Role Member. I then have to go into every member and remove that target. I'm reaching 50 targets and this is very time consuming. Is there a way that the default is zero members and I can add members manually? In most cases I only want 1 or 2 members assigned.Thank you!

Hi - I have multiple companies I manage, each are connected to Zoom. Currently those companies are all connected via Hubspot to the same Zoom account, where we run our webinars across all of our companies for. I noticed recently that Zoom is syncing and creating contacts whenever a contact signs up for a registration across all of my connected Hubspot Instances. I'd like this to not be the case. What is the best way to set up and connect a single zoom account to multiple external tools (Hubspot instances) to prevent this?
