I have a Phone Line that has an automated message on it and I need to be able to change the message on it to something personalized.  Where do I need to go to be able to do this?

Hi Zoom Community,I'm having an issue with Zoom's interpretation feature during my webinars, and I hope someone can help clarify what's happening. In my setup, I'm the host, and I speak in Spanish. I've set up an interpreter to translate my speech into English, allowing attendees to choose between the original Spanish audio and the English translation. Everything seems to work fine during the live session, but I noticed an issue with the audio recording. I record the webinar, including the interpreter's audio file. However, I found that when I switch my "Listen In" setting to English, my Spanish voice gets recorded in the interpreter’s audio channel. This is not what I intended, as I thought the interpreter's channel should only contain the translated English audio, not the original Spanish audio.Has anyone experienced this before? Is this expected behavior, or is there a setting I may have missed that causes the original language

We had an employee resign and they were responsible for company meetings. I would like to move those meetings to a new person without changing the meeting ids and the other information. I can set-up co-hosts, but would prefer to remove their license. Anyway to do this?

Hello all, I am hoping someone can help me.  I am using a Rodecaster Pro 2, connected with a Shure SM7B microphone, and the Rodcaster Pro2 is connected via usb c in port 1, directly to my macbook.  when i run the tests, I am on Rodecaster Pro 2 Chat, and all the checks work flawlessly, as soon as i get on a call, neither myself nor my audience can hear me.  I end up having to shutdown and go directly into my airpods for speaker and microphone.  Does anyone have a fix for this?  Thank you.  Yes, I have checked mute everytime and I am not muted and neither is my audience.  

"Request Remote Control" button is missing. I've reinstalled the software. Checked the settings and it's set properly. How do I do gain the ability to request remote control?

MacBook Air M2 on Sequoia 15.3 with connected monitor LG 27MD5KA (connected to the Mac via Thunderbolt 3 Dock), Zoom Workplace 6.2.11I'm using Bluetooth headphones KEF Mu3 for meetings. As the microphone isn't too good usually I connect the headphones, select in the system settings the headphones for audio output, the microphone in the monitor for input before starting Zoom. Microphone and camera (also in the monitor) work fine. They are listed in the microphone and camera lists in Zoom, respectively.Meeting starts and after a few minutes the mic vanishes (I cannot select it in the mic menu anymore). Choices left are MacBook mic (useless as the MacBook is closed), iPhone mic (tried that and lost it almost immediately with a message that the connection was lost) and the headphone mic (that turned out to work ok'ish).A few minutes later the camera is lost as well. I am writing to seek help with issue I am facing with breakout rooms in Zoom Events.Despite creating the event, setting up the breakout rooms, and pre-assigning attendees to their respective rooms prior to the start of the session, the automatic movement of participants into their pre-assigned breakout rooms does not occur once the meeting starts.Specifically, when I select the option to automatically move all assigned participants into their breakout rooms, nothing happens, and the attendees remain in the main session. Hi Support Team,We have configured a webhook in the Zoom account. However, we've encountered an issue where our webhook was triggering correctly until December 19th but has since stopped. Could you please assist us in identifying the reason for this disruption? So when either me or my friend do a host on the Zoom app on our laptops, it’s disconnecting and booting us out within a minute or so several times we’ve done this and it still has the same results and then eventually after two times it will just have error and then just cut the whole thing off. The only way it seems to work is if my friend hosted and I use the web browser version zoom meeting and that it seems to work otherwise if both of us are trying to use the zoom app on our laptops it don’t work. I don’t know what the issue is when I’ve gone into meetings for Zoom. I’ve never had this technical issue and I’ve used Zoom on other computers and have never had this issue before until now.

Hi, I use ical. I have a re occurring meeting that I scheduled along time ago that no mater what I do re appears.I look at the zoom calendar it doesnt appear there. I look at google calendar doesn't appear. It only appears in my iCal. The associated calendar account is a gmail account, when I de select it the meeting disappears, with all my other meetings, so I think its related to that gmail account but as I said, doesn't appear in google calendar.Anyone know how to fix this?

With Zoom Scheduler can you create multiple templates for different types of invites?  Possibly having a company logo for business related, another company logo for a 2nd company, and a different logo and template for personal appointments?

GM - Does anyone have the list of audio ports that are necessary to have open on a corporate firewall?  Our Zoom Contact Center team has no audio on calls that are arriving.  However, Zoom phone seems to work fine.  

Through the Zoom app, the phone will not receive or make any outgoing calls when on cellular. This problem just recently started occurring. How do I reconnect the phone so that I may call and receive calls?

Sat through part of a meeting this past Saturday.  It was hosted by a local group and was also live streamed on FB.  Not sure if the publicly advertised the Zoom link.  Seemed most of that was pushing the FB stream.   About 15 minutes in we noticed racist audios and sexual videos or GIFs popping up.  The more we watched it was apparent they were actually channeling the disruptions through the audio and cams of the other attendees.  All of them were showing to be muted and most were no cam.  But then you would see the images pop up on different attendees feeds, like they had turned on their cams.  Also you can tell when someone is talking, because the yellow outline box will appear.  This was happening, but only for like a second or 3, then hopscotching to another attendee.  Almost like signal hopping.   Anyway, wondering if this is something new.  I know we get uninvited guest

The clock on Zoom Rooms in conference rooms with Mac minis consistently falls behind by as much as 50 seconds. I flagged this to Zoom support, and three tickets later, I was told it wasn't an issue and to submit a feature request on this community board. I don't see a section for feature requests, as the link I was given did not work (access issue).This has affected multiple rooms, and it seems like a baseline level of functionality rather than some unreasonable expectation. I've observed this on Apple silicon on various versions of Zoom Rooms.If anyone else has this issue, please comment. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from Zoom was interested in assisting.

I just scheduled Board meetings for the coming year as a recurring meeting, however, I cannot REVIEW my work, nor can i see if there are any conflicts, nor can I change one future date to another day due to a holiday. I spent an enormous amount of time and energy trying to make the "date range" show more than a few months - the pop up doesn't suggest that the time frame is limited.  And when i tried the chat bot - no success.  and when i tried to call Support, i get the requirement to give account and host numbers (which i found) only to be informed that my paid account doesn't cover support.  What bull***. This is really annoying.  Multiple people schedule meetings - not to be able to see conflicts is absurd.

We use closed captions in our Zoom meetings and some of our participants have diminished hearing.  On Apple iPads, the caption font size is very small and almost impossible for our older participants to read.  How can we increase the font size for iPad?
