cloud recording mising
I have a pro paid account . anyone know HOW I CAN CONTACT tech support .... ?
I'm hoping they MIGHT be able to find 2 missing cloud recordings for me
(one from september 2024, the other months earlier)
I had a few recordings saved to the zoom cloud. there were there, and I turned off the auto delete....
I did NOT reset the auto delete setting, but recently when i went in to get the recording - the setting was set to 90 days !!! I've no idea how this happened...
the first recording from 2023 is still there, was not deleated (and I have a downloaded copy too)
but two later recordings are NOT. (and I don't have ANY copy)
the missing recordings .
- one was recorded in september 2024, the other earlier.
These are very important recordings , 2 special events , for a community non profit, to put their website.
I tried emailing support - but that doesn't work anymore .... I'm hoping someone will be able to help
- me contact ZOOM
- they have backups of my recordings they can share wiht me ????
