We are moving from a different webinar provider to Zoom.  Is it possible for me to take the recordings from our earlier webinars, upload them to Zoom, and then set them up as an on-demand webinar?  

Hi all, good day. I have an iPad Pro 2021. Its front-facing camera is on a short edge (ie top edge in portrait mode), making it impossible to attend Zoom calls without being tilted 90 degrees from the others on the call. This is a known problem, which most tablets have now solved by placing their front-facing cameras on a long edge (ie top edge in landscape mode). My question is whether an external USB-C webcam like the Logitech Brio—which says certified for Zoom—can solve this problem so I don’t have to buy another tablet just for Zoom. In the past, users were able to solve the problem for other video calling apps, but never for Zoom. Anyone trying this in 2025? Thanks!

Is there a way to manage ownership of those that respond to received messages or calls.   In a team of 8 persons, we are often unsure of who managed/responded to a specific call. Within the Zoom messages, how can we "initial" who has assumed responsibility for any particular call or message?Thank you Zoom communityKenny

I tried to create a summary of a 2 hour meeting last night but nothing has arrived in my email. So I tried a test meeting today (with just myself!) and I spoke for a few minutes having clicked "start summary" at the beginning and "stop summary" at the end. I did get an email this time, but it says"****'s Zoom Meeting could not be generated due to insufficient transcript." What am I doing wrong? I'm not sure what kind of account I have, but it is a paid for version. Thanks in advance.

I have purchased the "Zoom Phone Australia & New Zealand Unlimited Calling" today.  But when I try to call the Zoom test number 8378 or my mobile phone, it keeps saying "The requested service is not available in your calling plan". Can anyone help me with this? Thank you very much!

Hi, We are trying to disable live captioning for a particular meeting. We would like to disable the feature and disallow any participant from requesting live captioning. How do we go about doing this? The host is able to turn off the captioning and disallow requests once the meeting starts. But this affects the ongoing meeting only and participants are again able to request captioning in the next meeting. We would like to permanently disable and disallow live captioning requests for all subsequent meetings. Is there a way to accomplish this?

During our initial Zoom onboarding, we had set up multiple bots, with multiple campaigns, and multiple campaign locations. After operating with ZVA for 6 months, we've decided to streamline and consolidate product bots and campaigns. We have been able to delete the bots no longer in use and the campaigns no longer in use, but cannot delete campaign locations. Out of the 40 campaign locations, we need just under half of them.As part of our process, we use different campaign engagement windows to notify users of service interruptions, and this change is handled by individuals with less knowledge of ZVA than our day-to-day ZVA admins. Our concern is that during a product incident when a user is under great pressure to quickly adjust all of the bots/campaigns, the user may also inadvertently change the campaign location.We would like to be able to delete campaign locations to help reduce the potential human errors, but also to reduce the clutter of our ZVA environment.

"TAXES: Enter billing address"- why is this field appearing on Zoom Webinar registration form?We've been doing paid Webinars using the PayPal integration for years. All of a sudden, Zoom inserted this field into the registration form. It's also forcing registrants to enter a Billing Address.Is there a way to remove this?As far as Taxes goes, we only operate inside the United States. So, this field just causes confusion.

We offer paid webinars to a community of seniors. Payment is via PayPal integration, but most of our community do NOT have a PayPal account. They pay as guests, using a credit card. Suddenly, operation of the registration page has changed, and not in a good way. When a registrant presses the "Checkout" button, the page jumps to the top, and nothing seems to happen. In fact, something HAS happened, but it's only visible if you scroll further down in the page. When you do that, you see that you're being asked to enter a "Shipping Address". This never happened before, and it's causing confusion and consternation among our customers. Has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone understand it?

 Could you add a chapter function next to the record button during live recording during a zoom meeting please ?That could be interesting during a Zoom meeting to mark and split key moments.

As a Zoom presenter who is live-streaming to Youtube is there a way that I can change the font size on my closed captioning? I understand that the end user can increase the font size through accessibility on Zoom yet because the font size coming from us is so small it makes it unreadable on Youtube where it cannot be changed.I am wondering if I can adjust the size from my end to make it better for my audience. Thank you!

Hi very strange support from Zoom phone ... following this documentation we can use the jabra headset button to answser a call or mute but it will not support to hangup "You can't use buttons on these devices to end a meeting or hang up a Zoom Phone call."... is someone know why ... ?? 🙂 https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360026690212-Supported-USB-HID-devices-for-the-Zoom-desktop-clientthanks 

I have a new Mac Book Air with Monterey loaded and use Safari. I cannot get Zoom client to launch - toddles between admit and launch but does not launch. I have deleted Zoom Client and reloaded - no difference. I then launch my meeting through the browser but the video goes about 5 minutes into the meeting. Any help? 

When a Meeting ID has expired, deleted, and then released to the pool of available Meeting IDs there is the risk to inadvertently join someone else's meeting if the old link is mistakenly clicked and the new meeting owner has not protected it with a password.Currently, the only 'flag' presented to the user joining the meeting is that they are [joining an External Meeting]. Expectation would be that, since the old link is pointing to a specific domain not associated to where the Meeting ID lives anymore, that the user attempting to join the meeting is presented with a notification to note the [Link is invalid]. Alternatively, it would be great to have a way to either keep users in our account from inadvertently joining meetings that are not password protected or to 'Accept' that they are joining a non-password protected meeting.

About a week ago, Zoom starting having microphone issues. In the first meeting, I restarted and it was fine. In the next meeting, as I attempted to join, the app locked up. I restarted the computer and had the same issue. My speaker works fine with Youtube, etc., so that's not the issue. It appears to be the microphone, as when I try to test it in the app, I get nothing. All drivers are up to date.  I used Zoom's test meeting and it comes up with a dialog box saying Failed to detect your microphone and speakers. Please make sure your devices are properly connected.  I have a Dell Inspiron 3521 and new drivers have been installed in the past few weeks, so that may be the source of the issue. I'm using the computer's microphone and speakers.      

On nearly 100% of our calls via Zoom Phone, the audio delay is so bad that it leads parties to talk over each other and is nearly unusable for phone communication. We've been on Zoom Phone for about two years, and it's been this way the whole time. I can't imagine it's this way for everyone, and Zoom video meetings don't suffer from this problem, so I'm hoping there is a fix for us to get Zoom Phone working. ???

Before you answer "just turn on notifications when someone enters a meeting" that is NOT what I'm asking for. I don't own the meeting, I can't turn it on. Also, I don't want everyone to be notified. What I want is personal. I want to be able to enter a meeting, and go about working on other things while I wait for people to arrive. The meeting window will be covered by other windows I'm working in, so what I want is a little bing so I know when someone else shows up. Seems like a simple and obvious feature to me, and I'm surprised it isn't already implemented. Any ideas? Please, Zoom, can you add this simple feature?

I cannot hear a specific person in the meeting, but other members can. I can also hear anyone else. Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it? TYIA.

Hi. I am developing a web page specifically to display as digital signage in a Zoom Room.I am not sure what type of browser (ie. Chromium) your using to embed a web page in the digital signage feature. My end goal is to find a code snippet that I can add to the webpage to disable the X&Y scroll bars withe page is wider or taller than the display.

My internet service wanted me to buy an upgraded package. Anyone know what speed internet (upload and download) is needed for a zoom meeting?

I am unable to access my Zoom recordings in the cloud or on my laptop via the documents folder. I have only some of the recordings, some are very old recordings I no longer need. the recordings I record even with a smart assistant are not accessible both in the documents folder on my laptop and in the cloud via recordings and meetings. I sent a request to zoom to correct this a week ago and have not received a response. 

Zoom Audio not picking up the music intrumemts sound even after enabling the original sound for musiciation. I am having this issue for the last six months, hoping Zoom would iron this out. However, it has been working previously. I have tried all the zoom settings. No luck.I have also checked Mac, as to whether it is dropping the input. But, Mac is taking the instructions sound.I have tried with a professional audio card, and it is confirmed Zoom is dropping the music instrument sound.  Zoom Team: I would appreciate it if you could address this issue.  Note: I am not a paid user currently, but my tuition provider has the paid version.  Zoom version: version 6.4.0 (51205)OS: Moc OS (Apple Zip) - 15.3.2 (24D81)
