I am unable to sign in in the application which is the only way to open the meeting as it keeps saying connection error even tho theres no problem on my side, what to do?? I need to sign in so i can join the meeting

Hi @Omar1117, can you do the following and see if this resolves your issue? 

  1. Review your app version and then upgrade as necessary.
  2. Uninstall the app, then download and reinstall it.
  3. Clear Zoom cache and cookies from the settings.
  4. Restart your device or browser.
