Hi, I'm new to zoom. I have created a FREE company account (with CC verified) and added multiple users. (Admin->User management->users) and activated their accounts.  When I log in to my account, most of the times, I cannot see the company contacts list. It does show up sometimes, but it's not there 90% of the time. I have checked on multiple devices and it's the same for all the users I added. (added the users 24 hours ago) I can see them in my chats, I can also see them if I star them (under the starred contacts list). But they are missing in the contacts section.  I have checked this in Zoom Workplace 6.3.11 (60501) - Win 11 and in the web version.  How do I fix this ? Working: https://imgur.com/a/ZoIy5j1 Not working: https://imgur.com/a/BLQdNyU  Thank you  

I recently upgraded my laptop and Zoom (V 6.3.11).  I use zoom for 1 on 1 meetings.  On my old laptop, the participant video would fill the entire contents of the window.  My video is filling it up fine, but the participant window is not.  I tried full screen, and all the video settings i could but nothing is working.  The participant never had to set anything before.  If anyone knows how to get past this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 11, automatically updated to ZOOM version: 6.3.11 (60501).Click on the audio settings in the settings, and it will be automatically turned off.When joining a meeting, it will automatically exit and cannot join.It turns out that the old ZOOM version is normal.

I am attempting to paste rich text from a XLSX file to zoom chat.  The XLSX file has some words bolded.  When I paste into the enhanced Zoom chat, the bolding goes away.  I can paste to other apps (word, outlook, etc) and keep the bold.  What should I do different?

I just posted this commented on a more general thread "Problems with the Zoom update" but realized my issue is specific enough to probably be a separate post. Problem detailsThree times during a 30 min zoom call, camera turned off without me noticing because my mic was still working normally. Each time, my iphone pinged (even on silent) and I saw a screen asking me to give permissions for my phone camera. Can't figure out why it's switching over, zoom app is not open on my phone. I am signed into the same apple account on both devices so that explains how it's switching to my phone, but not why it did it in the first place. I was typing notes so maybe I pressed a button by accident that caused the switch? On my work computer (PC) I can login to Webinar using 2FA.  On my home computer (Mac), when I try to log into Webinar 2fA, click on the try another way, my phone number is blanked out saying not accessible on this device?

My video is showing Landscape only. Although I have changed it to portrait several times and rebooted. Same landscape screen. Anyone out there to provide guidance. I'm on a Mac Pro.

Is it possible to sync data from one Zoom Events account to multiple Hubspot accounts? Can sync settings be set by each individual event or by events within the same Zoom Events Hub? For example, if I had two Hubspot Accounts and one Zoom Events account with two Hubs - is it possible filter and sync data from Zoom Events Hub #1 to Hubspot account #1 and data from Zoom Events Hub #2 to Hubspot account #2?  Thank you! 

Hello! I work for a nonprofit, and we are trying to find a way to still use Zoom with our Meta/Facebook Portal TV in order to streamline meetings with our teammates who are on the ground providing humanitarian aid to people facing the realities of war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. As far as I can tell, the only browser still available on the Portal TV is the Vewd Browser. Using this browser, I have tried on both a normal and private tab to join a zoom meeting. I am able to access https://app.zoom.us/wc and enter the meeting code, but I cannot get much further than that. This is because a box pops up that asks for me to press Allow so that Zoom can use my camera and microphone, but then the Allow button never pops up. I also think that the Portal TV itself may be blocking me from entering the meeting. I think a box popped up for a few seconds that said so, but I haven't seen it pop up since, so I am wondering if I misread the message. If anyone can find out how

Good morning! We are experiencing some of our Poly Edge phones losing the BLF and Speed dial positions assigned by Zoom user settings. It seems to be temporarily resolved by a phone power cycle. Any thoughts one what could be causing this?

I notice that no matter how I ask the question, the internet keeps responding by telling me about "Theme" and "Dark mode"!! My question is specific: Can you make the Whiteboard be a Blackboard like you can in Openboard? Yes or No. And if yes where is the instruction. If it cannot be done, then Zoom needs to say so, so that those of us who want that feature can get it elsewhere. Repeat, I am not interested in Dark mode, Dark Theme, etc. I am only interested in turning the Whiteboard into a Blackboard. I thank the Zoom community iin advance for their response.

The meeting I participate is announced publicly and occasionally has bombers come to disrupt the meeting. One of their tricks is to raise and lower their hand rapidly. Currently, that makes them jump around in the participant list and thumbnails, making it more difficult to select them and remove them. A simple feature that would be helpful would be to have available is a throttle on raising hands so that after raising and lowering a user's hands multiple, say 3 times, within a threshold timeout, say 10 seconds, the bombers would be unable to raise their hands for a period. It would not need to be a very long throttle to be effective, perhaps even a minute block would be enough for the feature to be useful. It would be a feature that would not have much impact on our intended participates because it is so temporary and is an exceedingly rare behavior for normal meeting attendees.

Hi all, I’m having an issue with BLF not updating on my Cisco 8841 phones with Zoom Phone. The BLF keys aren’t reflecting presence changes, but they work fine on the 3 Yealink T58A devices in the same setup.Here’s what I’ve tried: Verified BLF key configuration in Zoom Phone.Ensured the Cisco 8841 has the latest firmware.Checked provisioning files, restarted both the phone and Zoom system.Double-checked network settings and reviewed device logs (no BLF-related errors).BLF works on Yealink T58A devices, but not on Cisco 8841.Any suggestions or similar experiences? I'm the host of the meeting. Before, joiners are able to take notes using their AI taking notes participants. I always allow them to join and take notes. However, the pop-up window that enables them to join no longer shows, and the zoom chat states just says "Waiting for the Zoom host's permission to begin taking notes and recording". Thanks!

So I am on a zoom meeting now, and I am not looking at the screen that they share, instead I do something in the browser. Why does the zoom window every now and then pops up on my screen and is the only window seen? This didn't happen in the past and now out of a sudden it shows on my screen when not asked to. Is this a bug? If not, how to turn this off?

How do I block invited participant's read.ai meeting notes from starting up/activating in a meeting I've scheduled on my account? (I am the only host.)

I set a Virtual Avatar and now I want to disable it.  It's annoying that it shows in every meeting I join or host.  I have to right-click on myself in the gallery and uncheck Avatar.  I just want my picture back.  How can I delete or disable it permanently?

I need some help setting up our Zoom phone system. We are a clinic and we currently have (and only need) one phone number. When a patient calls that number, I need it to ring to 4 different phones. What is the best way to set this up? If one person answers, can another person also be on the phone making their own outgoing call, etc?

If a basic plan user starts a meeting with a paid plan member attending, then transfers hosting to the paid plan member, will the meeting be able to go longer than 40 minutes?

You may have noticed that Zoom recently released a new "Shared Content Only" view mode that webinar hosts can use in "Follow Host View" mode to hide all panelist video tiles and show only the shared content (like slides or any other screenshare).  It's a very useful new feature that was designed to let webinar hosts have more control over what their attendees are seeing.  There are definitely lots of use cases where a webinar host may want to hide all of the video tiles, especially during transitions between presentation or program segments. HOWEVER... The problem is that the "Shared Content Only" view will NOT work for many of your attendees.  If attendees are using the browser-based version of Zoom, or if they have an older version of the Zoom desktop client, the video tiles WILL NOT disappear for them when the webinar host switches to "Shared Content Only" view.  As you might imagine, this can cause a lot of embarassing problems if the host THINKS they

Hi, I'm a music teacher and I'm always struggling with my students' config of their Original Sound For Musicians. They are mostly children who struggle with the configuration and it takes a lot of time to do it and we waste class time. Some of their zoom versions don't have the option to activate Original Sound For Musicians, specially when they are on the web version, or in android, cellphones or tablet. Please, allow to activate it (OSFM) with just a button in the main interface as the mute button all the time without going into the audio settings setup, it will be a lot easier and we don't need to waste time by setting it up.Also, we as teachers (hosts) of the meeting should have a button to ask for activation (Original Sound For Musicians) as we do to ask them to start their video or open the mic (with the button request) Please, add this configurations! Recently we've noticed that Zoom seems to be "listening" to our private meetings. These are End-To-End encrypted, yet still Zoom is asking if I'm playing music and recognizes things such as hand gestures. AI Companion Panel is off and locked for our organization.  We are uncomfortable with this feature and do not want Zoom or its associated AI agents listening in and participating in our meetings or learning from them. How can we turn this off? Hi Everyone - I can't figure out how I lost the ability to share my iPhone and mirror it to my Zoom desktop presentations. I'm on the same Zoom version on mobile and desktop. I'm on the same internet connection as well. When I tap the mirror icon on my phone, it just doesn't find the Zoom meeting any longer. (I have selected sharing on iPhone/iPad / Airplay).Any help, I'd be grateful!
