I am using the Zoom team chat on the PC app. A few days ago, I used the feature to add tabs at the top of the channel and added an existing document as a tab. However, yesterday that tab stopped working, and I can’t delete it. When I tried adding the same document again, it worked fine, and I was able to delete the new tab. I want to remove the non-functional tab, but I can’t, and it’s causing some trouble. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Do you know the cause or any possible solutions?(和訳)私はPCアプリでZoomのチームチャットを使用しています。
Why don't the meetings that are scheduled for me by Cal.com automatically record in Zoom, if I have it set to record at startup?
I have a recurring meeting, the first event was last week and the next is a week away. After someone registers and try's to add the event to the calendar, Zoom takes them to their calendar but then an error pops up and states, this meeting cannot be found. Is there a simple fix to this issue?
@oinky I am running free Zoom plan in Windows 11. Once I launch the zoom I have had many issues in accessing many functions which include but not limited to docs, scheduler, whiteboard etc. The error message is "You have run into an error we're trying to identify. Please submit a report to help us fix it.".Only the Whiteboard has another error message "Unable to load this whiteboard. Error code: 300001" I have install and reinstall multiple times to no avail. I have had no issue attending a Zoom meeting but when someone shares the whiteboard I'm unable to see it but only the error message.
Apparently I can't get a live person to help. My personal and work meetings SAVED are now missing and I NEED HELP. Does anyone have any suggestions to get help? Those videos include my father, who has passed away and I MUST get them back!!!
How do I disable Zoom from running the background and/or starting on its own?I have unchecked the box "Start Zoom Workplace When I Start Windows", and even looked through my Task Manager to make sure a Zoom process is not running.Nonetheless, Zoom continually pops up each morning I open my PC.What am I missing? If I can't fix this, I'll just plan to uninstall.
Hi, I was thinking of subscribing and hosting meetings. I wanted to record them and possibly sell them. (I would get permission from the people who are participants.) I always try to think ahead and was wondering if I unsubscribe later, is it ok with zoom if I still sell them? I was trying to figure out more what was ok or not ok on Zooms end. Thank you for your time!
I have "Always show captions" enabled because I have some auditory processing issues. However, every time I join a meeting, the annoying "A participant has enabled closed captioning" notice floats at the top of my screen and stays there until I close it. Is there any way to disable this notification? I know a participant has enabled closed captioning, it's me. I really don't need to be informed of this every single time. If there isn't a setting for this, can we get one please? Or even make it a sub-setting under "Always show captions", like "Hide caption notification". If someone has "Always show captions" enabled, it seems really pointless to tell them it's been enabled every single time; I'd think the only time we'd want a notification would usually be if captions couldn't be enabled for some reason.
I've been able to build my flow with a HttpCall widget to hit a webhook. I've verified the CallerID is passing successfully to my webhook and my webhook is responding with the following: { "Data" : "{"Support_Level":"Priority"}"}What I'm currently stuck on is how to get the Support_Level value mapped to my global variable global_custom.Support.Support Level to be used in a Condition widget.
When I use the backstage in my Zoom Webinar, is the number of attendees available given by my Zoom Webinar license or my Zoom Sessions license?
As the owner account, I have granted a few of the admin accounts rights to schedule meetings for me. I see them listed in the Settings>Meetings>Other>Scheduling Privileges section. However, when those accounts schedule a meeting, they don't see my account as an option to choose from. Are admins not allowed to schedule meetings for the owner?
Hello, I've turned on 2 AI Companion settings "Use screen share content with OCR" and "Use meeting chat messages" and would like to know where and how to interact with Zoom in a way that uses those settings. We recently held a meeting, which was recorded, that we had text in the chat and on the screen that was not said out loud by anyone. The text was important to our meeting, but not mentioned in the content in the AI Summary. Also, when using AI Companion in Workplace, after the meeting, it did not yield any mention of the on screen or chat text. Any insights are appreciated!
Hi, I couldnt find the setting in my account for the Simultaneous Interpreting. Could you please help me open it?
I had a deeply personal Zoom Meeting with a medium, a medium I have contacted before and someone who has helped me greatly. The medium sent me a copy of our meeting; she recorded it and then emailed it to me. That meeting was incredibly special to me. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I needed to download a copy of that meeting from the Zoom Cloud; the email copy of it that I was viewing apparently is only kept for about a month. Does anyone know if Zoom Meetings that were “in the Cloud” and are now no longer accessible can be recovered? Thank you.
When I meet in my personal room, I get a Wonderful AI summary sent to myself and participants, in English. But I just received the AI summary sent for a scheduled meeting, and it was in Chinese. I don't read Chinese. Clearly, I have not changed any settings -- all I did was schedule a meeting for one week in the future. Any thoughts as to why the summary would come back in anything other than the language I specify I use? Thanks
When I try to share my screen it tells me to go to system preferences but I never find anything there to allow for it.
How do I find my recording of a Zoom Meeting I already did, with the Basic Plan? It isn't showing up under the "RECORDINGS" tab on my profile? I set it up to record immediately at the start of the meeting. I am aware that I only get 40 minutes with the Basic Plan. Even so, it still isn't showing up for me. Any advice? I am new to this. Thanks in advance!
Hi, I upgraded to the most recent client version for Debian Linux and now in the meeting view, after each person's name I see this additional piece of information that follows a <integer>@<integer> format. Some examples are: 144@8144@-1360@22240@-1144@9 Is anyone else seeing this or knows what it is?
As an example, when I'm viewing the Zoom meeting I see the speaker in the right 50% and content in the left 50%. That is my goal for a recording. Is this possible through Zoom. I could record my screen and call it good, but that would involve even more software and the chance of error goes up. I appreciate your help.
Zoom won't close the app when clicking the 'X' in the upper right hand corner. This is by design, per Zoom - https://community.zoom.com/t5/Meetings/Exit-app-when-I-close-the-window/m-p/28362#M14018 This is the kind of "value-add" that Zoom loves to force on its costumers, and explains why Zoom was embarrassingly unable to capitalize on market share during the pandemic. Microsoft Teams and Google Meet are so much better in every way, and I hate having to admit that. I'm uninstalling Zoom from my workstation and will be using Google Meet moving forward.

Has anyone tried the new "Shared Content Only" view mode in Zoom Webinar? I was really looking forward to using this new feature and I congratulate Zoom for adding it. It sounds like a very useful way to enable webinar hosts to force a shared screen on attendees while hiding all panelist video tiles, even for videos that are currently on. However, I have discovered that this feature only works if attendees have upgraded to the most recent version of the Zoom client. Which, in my opinion, makes this new feature completely useless! Why would a webinar host want to impose a specific view on only SOME of the attendees? The whole point of the feature is to force the shared screen on ALL attendees. Until all attendees are required to upgrade to the latest version (which I think is currently 6.2.11), this feature is pointless. I can think of many uses for this feature, but now I'm just disappointed that it seems to have no practical use at all 😞
I am seeing the following error, when using Azure Enterprise Application for Zoom, in the Azure Provisioning logs: Failed to create User '***********' in Zoom; Error: StatusCode: ConflictMessage: Processing of the HTTP request resulted in an exception. Please see the HTTP response returned by the "Response" property of this exception for details. We Response:{"schemas":[urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:Error:], "detail": "You can't add paid users.","status":409}. This operation was retried 5 times. It will be retried again after this date: Any ideas would be very helpful? Thank you!Russ
my zoom used to save my professional audio settings, and whenever I would log in I would have to do nothing. for the past few months, I now have to switch the setting to on, as it defaults to off. I have a lot of technically challenged students who I have to talk through this process every time and they find it daunting. Why is this now the default setting? Is there a way of changing this. thanks Katy
OS: Window 10 I currently use window's volume mixer that allows different applications to have different volumes. Zoom currently starts at 100% volume. Changing the volume now does not seem to change the starting volume of the next use. Every solution I have seen online says to adjust the speaker volume in the audio settings, but that just changes the computer's speaker volume which also affect the volume of other applications. Is there a way to change the starting volume without having to affect the volume of other applications.
