Hi, There is a glitch in the zoom program.  When a zoombombing occurs and we Suspend Participant Activities- the participants should not be able to do anything at all.  But, they can use the react button.  And raise their hand and put their hand down over and over, thus making their square jump to the front of the cue and then back to their original spot.  This is occurring on multiple paid accounts with very strict security settings set up.   And if there are multiple zoombombers at the same time, then multiple people are raising their hand over and over and they then are jumping to 2 squares each.  Making it much more difficult to remove and report them.   Why does the zoom program allow all participants to "react" when the host has enabled the "suspend participant activities" which is supposed to freeze and lockdown everything? Thank you

Is there a way to see if previous scheduled video calls were actually made and for how long they lasted? I see Previous Calls that I scheduled but I need to know if they happened and the duration. Thanks

For some reason calls are going straight to my voicemail.  Calls are not ringing on my computer or phone

Today when i just dial a number it appears that your account is de-active contact to your admin. How can i fix it

I get a message "You need permission to access call recordings. Please contact your Admin to request access"  I can't find where to go to get this access and to make it confusing I am the owner of the account and the sole user so I must be the admin.  All I want to do is hear the recording of an outgoing call. I upgraded to zoom one pro on 25th April. I had my first zoom meeting today and it ended after 40 minutes even though on zoom one pro there shouldn't be a time limit. I have a meeting tonight and cant have it end after 40 minutes. Can anyone help please?

I'm posting from the POV of a webinar attendee, not as a host/planner. I am using Zoom Workplace version 6.4.0 on Mac Ventura. I swear there used to be a way for me, as an attendee, to adjust the size of the presenter's camera view while they are sharing their screen.  For example, you could have the presenter and their PowerPoint side-by-side, and drag to adjust the size of the presenter  relative to the size of their PowerPoint slide. Now all I see is the option to switch between the slide and a camera view up top that is so tiny you can barely make out the presenter's face. If you switch, then the shared PowerPoint is way too small. I realize that if you go full screen, you gain some control, but this is awkward compared to the side-by-side view, requiring multiple clicks rather than just dragging to adjust. I swear I looked through all of the view settings and can't see a way to switch to a view that makes the presentation engaging -- in other words, you can clearly

When I'm in call, the hangup softkey is on another screen - very annoying as I use speakerphone nearly exclusively.   I read an article on how to change "features.cfg" as a means to remapping these softkeys, but that sounds like something which will be wiped out whenever a provisioning/phone update takes place.  Is there a better way to change the softkeys?

Hello my name is Edna I'm kinda new to this so please feel free to reach out and help me understand what I'm doing on this zoom cause I really don't know 

We have a shared phone group for our front reception desk that has a few members of our administrative staff who rotate behind the desk when our dedicated reception is out of the office. Recently, they brought to our attention that they get bombarded with voicemails from the main office line when they have the shared phone group turned off. Is there a setting that I am overlooking that includes suppression of them getting voicemails on top of phone calls when they toggle off the shared group as they no longer need to be answering calls from that line?

There's something Zoom does that really bugs me and I don't know if there's a fix. When I record a video to my computer, there's a box that shows the progress of the video conversion. But that box stays on top and blocks everything I'm working on. Is there a way to get it to appear in the back or something? I'm using a 2022 iMac with the latest OS. 

can not connect to advanced screen sharing, powerpoint with backround has a explanation mark on it 

For years I have been using Zoom to teach and share my slides, clicking on Share - Advanced - Powepoint as a backgroung. And since last week this option is not available on my PC, but it is available on my macbook. I have updated my zoom account and my Powerpoint and I am still unable to use this option that it was available before.I like this option because then I have control of my position and size in front of the slide as I need to demonstrate different aspects. Please help!

Since a month or so, my Zoom desktop client on my laptop fails to produce sound over the speakers. I can't hear any sound, others in the meeting do hear me. I have already reinstalled the app twice and followed the instructions in the support article about sound output for Realtek. Also on latest version of Windows (Windows 11 Pro, version 22H2) and have latest audio drivers (for Realtek Audio). All other apps that use my speakers (Teams, Spotify, etc) work without problems, and so is the web-version of Zoom. Just rather use the app for my meetings! Anyone with a suggestion? Hope to fix this soon!

I want to host a 4 day virtual event. There will only be 1 session at a time. I also want to create a lobby where participants can network. Even in different breakoutrooms with different topics. I want the attendees to only register once for the 4 days. I also want to create VIP tickets, these attendees get an extra session. Can I do this with sessions or do I need events? I believe I only need events when I have multible sessions at the same time over multible days/

We are using ZoomVDI in VMWare Horizon. We have the plugin installed on all client machines and in general its working great.  We have a few requests for wireless headsets. Ive grabbed a Jabra and a Poly headset and both seem to have the issue where the audio works fine but I cannot pickup/end a call from the dedicated button on the headset.  Does anyone have a good recommendation for a headset that is known to work with this setup ?

Good morning, I really need help with this as it's causing me a lot of trouble:I'm always the host of a meeting (an online class, actually). Since last week, every time I share my screen, black boxes appear on the side of the participants: they are "the back" of my tool bar and my "participants +  host" squares where our live faces are shown. When I move the tool bar and/or the boxes where my students and I appear, the black boxes move too.It's difficult to explain. It happened overnight, I didn't do anything at all.  Can someone help me, please? I've tried to uninstall and install again, rebooting the laptop and the problem persists. Thanks in advance Laia
