I know how to create the breakout rooms, but when I have more than one breakout room session in one meeting it always throws the same people back together in the second breakout room session. Is there a way to have it anonymously assign the people in the room independent of each session? 

I abhor automatic gesture reactions in Zoom so I've disabled them.  Recently, Zoom started popping up desktop notifications every time I start a new meeting - not traditional desktop notifications but one that hangs off the camera icon in the MacOS taskbar (Sequoia 15.2).  This is horrible. How do I make it stop?  Grr, I would upload an image but this forum isn't letting me. The notification reads: Turn On Reactions"zoom.us" has turned off Reaction effects. Click <camera icon> and select Reactions to add more impact to your gestures.

We have an app on the Zoom marketplace. We're trying to add the www.youtube-nocookie.com domain in the allow list for privacy reasons (see https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?hl=en#zippy=%2Cturn-on-privacy-enhanced-mode).However, when trying to add this domain, we get the following error (see screenshot): > Domain violates Zoom App Marketplace domain policy. Reason: Domain uses invalid SSL certificate. Do you know why that happens and how to fix this? Here's an example link:https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/jNQXAC9IVRw?rel=0 The 2nd screenshot shows the certificate is valid, so I'm not sure why Zoom displays that error.

Good afternoon!We have MDM server (Intune) which is used for deploying Windows machines. When machine is registered to Zoom Rooms we also want to have ability to upgrade it remotely via Zoom portal When Zoom Rooms app is deployed to PC, I link it to room using activation code and initiate upgrade via Zoom portal. In 30-60 minutes it doesn't arrive to PC. However if app was installed locally and linked to Zoom Rooms, it start to update in 5-10 minutes. Deployed via Intune with next setup: "msiexec /i "zoomrooms-6.3.0.5145-x64.msi" /quiet Silent=true AcceptGDPR=true SystemOption=510" as Win32 app

I used to be able to copy and paste from word document file, but for the last several months.  But, for some reason, the zoom in chat will not copy and paste.  

The section for Recurrent meetings dissapeared and now I cannot get into them but from Zoom Web, which is very uncomfortable. This happened since the last actualization and is very anoying. I want the recurrent meetings section back because I am paying for a service and I couldn't taking it comfortably as I used to.

I've tried to contact Zoom about this, but it's been a week and they aren't answering back.  We have our schools switched to Google Meet for now due to a warning sent out by Michigan State Police Cyber Command Center regarding security concerns involving Zoom. We have not heard any updates from MSP, and we have not heard anything from Zoom. Our users would like to get back to using their Zoom accounts for their meetings, but due to the sensitive nature of their communications, we are being very cautious. Anyone here have any updates regarding this Michigan Cyber Command Center warning about Zoom meetings? How can I record at 1920x1080 pixels, instead of 1280x720?

I recently did a FREE zoom meeting that ran out of time and we got bumped off. How can I access the recording?

Users can’t join a scheduled meeting, or they get a "Meeting not found" error.

We would like to conduct some interviews via Zoom.  We are thinking of setting up a single Zoom meeting for a 3-hour period. We would then tell each of the 5 interviewees a time to log into the meeting (one every half hour).  I am thinking if we use the Waiting Room function, we can monitor/control when the next interviewee can enter.  Does it make sense to do it this way, or do you recommend a different approach?  The interviewers will be the same for all 5 interviews. Only the interviewee will change. TIA.

We have just licensed ZCC and do quite a bit of outbound calling. We use Windows machines and cannot get the click to call to default to calling via ZCC rather than Zoom phone.  Can anyone tell me exactly which registry item needs to be changed to handle this?  Or does anyone have another way to set the callto: default app as zoom contact center rather than zoom phone?  Without this capability, it is very cumbersome to call out - need to click + next to new outbound engagement>New Voice Call and then copy and paste/enter the number. This used to be a one click process for folks with zoom phone.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

I am admin for over 200 users. I used to be able to set admin privileges for me so that i could administer their account - including seeing how they have set up meetings or setting up new meetings. As far as i can see i only now have that privilege if the users gives it to me. Many of our users have only basic IT skills which is why it is useful to be able to go in and see what they have done (often wrongly).How can i have delegate privileges without them having to assign it to me?

I just set up a new meeting for a recurring group and was confused when the invitation listed several participants, even though I invite people by email and not directly via Zoom.  The list included 9 people: myself, plus 7 named individuals who are part of this group and one more, identified by the initial 'D' and no other identifying info. other than "Not invited before meeting."  Where did that come from and how can I delete it?

I saw that my one friend using zoom and is not able to start her video.  She doesn't have the option to start her video.  Even the host does not has the option to start my friend's video.How can she resolve this issue?

I'm looking for for info on how/whether it's possible to configure Zoom so that when I require registration for a meeting (not a webinar), can I edit the confirmation, send email to registrants (changing date/time), and sending an automated followup message after the meeting? 

HiRecently I finished recording a podcast session and after it was done I left it to convert. Well when I came back it said it failed to convert and to double click the .zoom files... Well those files aren't in the folder Is there any hope to recover? I didn't use the cloud unfortunately 

Currently, Gesture Recognition ("I physically raise my hand and Zoom detects and posts a reaction that I am raising my hand.") is a function available in Zoom meetings through the Zoom Desktop app.  Is there a way to have this working in a Zoom Rooms evironment? If so, how do you even go about turning it onDoes this need to be a feature request?I did not see any mention of this in upcomming notes but I may have missed it.

When I click on a meeting invite in my calendar, the app does not load.  It starts the Chrome meeting instead.  How can I get the links to start the App again?

Anyone else use two screens and can't get their whitboard to start on the second screen? I have the dual screens setting toggled on. I use the Classic Whiteboard. My computer knows which screen is screen 1 and which is screen 2 - but Zoom apparently doesn't. Since I am an adult education teacher, I want the documents I'm sharing on my second screen, not on my main screen. I don't want to accidentally share confidential information on my main screen. But every time I pull up the whiteboard, I have to move it over. Is there any real fix to this?

Anyone know a way to make the annotation tool not "reset" everytime you change a screenshare? It always pops up on the lefthand side. I then move it to where I want it - at the top of my screen - and when I change my screenshare, it then will be on the left again. In the past, at least when I had already been to that document - the whiteboard, or a PDF, or a something I had shared before - it would pop back up in the same place as when I had left that type of document. As of this week, that is no longer happening. It just keeps popping up on the left side everytime I do change what I am sharing even if I've been to it before. Is there a setting I can choose to get it to show up where I want it to on every screenshare? That would be amazing if so, but I haven't found anything.

Hi everyone,Over the past week, I've been experiencing an issue when trying to copy and paste images from one Zoom Whiteboard to another. This feature had worked flawlessly for several months, but now it suddenly stopped working.Specifically, I'm copying images from a whiteboard where I prepare teaching materials and trying to paste them into the whiteboard I use during class. When I paste, the images briefly appear and then disappear again. It looks like the whiteboard reloads itself right after the paste action.I've tested this in Firefox, Chrome, and the Zoom Workplace App on Ubuntu — the issue happens in all of them.Any ideas what might be causing this or how I can fix it?Thanks in advance!Cheers,Hannes

i have tried to purchase zoom phone but the time o checkout it showed me this error in the upper banner so anyone can guide me through this as how can i fix this issue and purcahse the zoom phone i have tried to contact support and the agent said that that's not our relevant department the internal team will work on your issue altough he generated a ticket on behalf of my issue , so what i wanna know ishas anyone got the same error like this ?is someone aware of this error so that he/she can guide me through this ?  and if internal team is working on this so how many days it will take them to fix this ?  

Does anyone know if it is possible to share audio while using the Zoom whiteboard template feature? Usually I just share audio when I want background music, but when using the whiteboard there isn't a way to utilize the share screen/audio without closing the whiteboard. I've noticed that while collaborating (i.e., everyone brainstorm your ideas during the next 5 minutes) I utilize the timer feature which is great, but the quiet is obvious and distracting in its own way.Thanks!

I have been searching form this everywhere before posting here. Each custom emoji has a mandatory name like :Smile: however it is never possible to use this.Can someone please explain how to use a custom emoji by its name, with the keyboard, without having to use the mouse and select it in a long list of emojis ? Thanks a lot.
