However, about a week ago, zoom started crashing whenever joining someone else's meeting. I tried checking if Zoom was 32-bit, but it is indeed 64-bit. I tried updating Windows and Zoom, but both are up to date completely and the issue persists. Restarting changes nothing. From what I've seen with others' issues, reinstalling does nothing. No error code is given, it just prompts to send a report to Zoom. Web searches show others have the same issue when using 3rd-party conferencing software add-ons, but I have/use none. Zoom meetings function fine when joined from browser. Need quick resolution, I use Zoom for work 7 days a week and require a virtual background for many of my meetings, which I can't use from a browser.

I'm an online teacher, and I use a paid Zoom account for my classes. One of my classes has three students: A, B, and C. Every time students A and C are in the meeting together, student A gets randomly kicked out—whether it's just the two of them or all three students together.At first, I thought it was an internet connection issue because sometimes the student returns to the meeting almost immediately without having to go through the waiting room. However, lately, she hasn't been able to rejoin the session at all, and I can't call her back (she says she doesn’t receive the call). The odd thing is that I’ve had full classes with student A alone and with students A and B without any issues, even immediately before student C joins the meeting, as well as after student C has logged out.

Can you please add the resources to the registration content block for emails? That way we can email the links to resources in advance of the meeting/webinar.

I am not receiving meeting invitations from various senders who send them to my gmail account. I have no idea why or how to fix this.

Для микса использую rode Streamer X,Используя оригинальные кабели от rode для подключенияZoom установлен на планшет galaxy tab7+. И выяснилось что идет только мой голос , а музыка нет. Функция демонстрация экрана мне не подойдёт, т.к. мне нужна мобильностьт во время прямого эфира и я активно передвигаюсь в кадре и нужно регулировать громкость микса с помощью аудиоинтерфейса.При этом бьесплатные приложения WhatsApp, инстаграм и т.д. справляются с этой задачей!Zoom как раз приобретался , что-бы увеличить качество прямого эфира. Может есть какие-то способы это исправить? Так же музыка не идет и с другого аудинтер, другой фирмы. Что делать?

プロプランに変更し、支払いも完了し、アカウント名を見ても「ライセンスユーザー」なのに無料プランの時と同じように、ミーティング設定時にミーティングパスワードを外すかどうかのチェックボックスがグレーのままで選択できません。ミーティングパスワードのチェックボックスが変更不可能の状態になりました。（パスコードの番号は変更ができます。パスワードを無効にすることができない状態）調べても何も出てきません。プロプランに変更してから数日ならなかったチェックボックスが有効にならない等の理由がわかりましたら教えてください。 

Dear Community: I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the lack of resolution regarding the Poly E-350 desk phone provisioning issue. It has been nearly two weeks since I opened the initial support ticket, and the problem continues to cause significant operational disruptions. The prolonged delay in addressing this critical issue has resulted in not only operational headaches but also a great deal of anxiety. I've been set my preferences using step by step in Zoom guidelines.However, I still cannot record my meeting into cloud. There's no option to cloud recording in my Zoom apps.Anyone have some suggestions? Thanks!

My team member had an issue with one of the Meetings,She has delegate access on her managers zoom account and scheduled a meeting invite from his Calendar , She is able to see the invite on her Google Calendar but its missing from her Zoom Calendar, please help

Clicking the typing cursor in the text field to reply to another message makes the whole list of the chat jump to the past posts. This is on an iMac with Sequoia 15.2. Any possible solution will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I am the admin/owner of our account. I deleted a former employee's account and transferred their cloud recordings to my account when I deleted theirs. Dear Community, I have created a meetings page for upcoming event and handed over the html code to my teammates in the web team to embed the registration on a landing page. Unfortunately, I am receiving the feedback, that the html code is not including responsive code, something I was told comes out of the box in Calendly. Is this also supported in Scheduler? And if so, where is it to find or how should I change the existing code? Many thanks!

Hi Everyone,I hope you're all doing well!Our company pays for Zoom, and part of the package includes the AI Companion feature.During meetings I host, I'm able to activate AI Companion, and other attendees also receive notifications that it's enabled. However, I never receive an email summary, and when I log into Zoom Web > AI Companion, only old summaries are visible. It never generates summaries for meetings where AI Companion has been enabled.Other people in our company receive AI Companion summaries without any issues.I've checked the AI Companion settings, and they are enabled. Hola, Tengo un inconveniente:Estaba utilizando zoom desde una pc de escritorio que me permitia utilizar mi Avatar. Y lo dejé puesto. Luego la pc se me rompio y ahora me conecto desde una pc que no me permite usar avatars, y no me deja sacarlo. Lo tengo puesto permanente. Nisiquiera me habilita la solapa de "Avatares" como para desactivarlo. Me dedico a dar clases y solicito una solucion, alguien podria ayudarme paso a paso por favor? Muchas gracias

Ich möchte Meetings durch den AI Companion zusammenfassen lassen. Die Meetings finden in deutscher Sprache statt. Leider fasst der AI Companion die Inhalte nur in englischer Sprache zusammen. Ich finde keinen Weg, dass die Zusammenfassung (Catch me up) automatisch in der gesprochenen Meetingsprache erfolgt. Kann mir jemand helfen?

Hello there, everyone. So, I am trying to access the class recordings inside the CANVAS website/portal. However, I can only get this message " Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again."I have a hypothesis that is: I have logged in with the wrong zoom account and, in order to make everything work, I need to log out and, after that, log in with the correct one. The problem: I don't know how to log out. Help, pls. Here is a print screen of the "error":  Btw: The language is portuguese.  

I recently received the notification to update zoom client. Cool. Looked at the release notes and saw this: "Changed local storage to one year for free accounts. The local storage duration for free accounts has been changed to one year, allowing messages stored locally to remain accessible for a year for free users. This change will take affect for both new installations and reinstalls." What does this mean? Why is there a timer on what I can view in my own local storage?? Why will it be applied retroactively upon new install? How can someone else decide what I can and can't have access to on my own device?

I need to schedule 25 to 30 zoom meetings a week and until recent I would set up the meeting day and time. I would then be able to enter the attendees by starting to post their email address. I did not have to enter the entire email. Now, the system does not do that. Instead, I have to manually type in the entire email address. Not only is it more effort but it increases the chance of error. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

When I am sharing whiteboard and editing live, participants' pen edits to my whiteboard jump from the original place the pen is placed. This issue started after I completed the latest update and is preventing my online teaching business without this functionality corrected. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?

Hi, I have an issue onsite with with camera preferences when using the Teams WebRTC on the Zoom room. We are running Zoom on a Crestron UC Engine and we also have teams button on the page to do teams calls. What we're finding is when a teams call is initiated it isn't defaulting to the camera we want and always selects a different camera. We currently have to remote into uc engine and select the correct camera. Is there a way to select a camera as a default. I can't find anything on the UC engine to do it. Is there a setting on Zoom backend to do this?

Hello, I have encountered a problem where I cannot access the meeting link of my teacher. This issue occurs only on my device, while on other devices, the same meeting can be accessed without any problems. On my device, I can only join the meeting through the web version. I have tried using a VPN, changing the DNS server, completely reinstalling Zoom with the removal of all folders, and many other solutions. Thank you for your understanding.

I am not able to add members to a group or channel. I receive an error message: this email address cannot join. These addresses are in my personal contacts.

Hi All, I searched the forum and support section but didn't see a post on this particular problem. I have an iPhone and I use Zoom phones desktop and mobile app for work. When I set up the phone system I accidentally synced my call history and contacts from my Zoom Phone with my personal calls and contacts. Is there any way to undo this?  It's not impossible to work with, it's just kind of annoying and redundant. Thanks,Anna

Hello,I have set up a focus on the Macbook when zoom is active. As soon as I share my screen, the focus is turned off because Zoom is no longer in the foreground and my shared screen is. What options are there for activating the focus mode when I share my own screen? I don't want any messages to be displayed when the screen is shared that the audience can see. ThanksAndreas
