IDK why but there is a giant rainbow behind me when I select "none" as my virtual background. I have updated, uninstalled/reinstalled etc. It will not go away! Does anyone have any suggestions?
We have a Call Queue on our account that has 3 members who answer any calls that come in to that queue. They are experiencing a weird issue when they go to transfer a phone call to an internal user - all 3 members in the Call Queue will have their desk phones (Polycom VVX 501) ring simultaneously and the member transferring the call will also have their phone ring like there is a call incoming but no display on the desk phone. They also mention that whenever internal users call each other on Zoom, their desk phones will ring as well. I have done numerous testing with this to determine the cause but I can't seem to find the solution. I have tried adding myself to Call Queue and see if my Zoom apps ring as above (nothing), I have checked call logs in Zoom admin portal and did not find any issues with call flow as stated. I am unsure if this is a phone setting or a Call Queue setting that I am missing. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Any additional informat

The Zoom FAQ indicates that as a paid meeting subscriber I can host a meeting up to 30 hours, way past my needs. I need to host a meeting that lasts 6-7 hours and to which intermittent attendees may attend. The 2nd info posted in FAQs contradicts the first, indicating that if the meeting has no participation for a period of time, it will be ended. This is what the FAQ says. Can someone explain the difference between these two scenarios?Thank you! Only one person remains in the meeting. The meeting will end 40 minutes later if no one else joins. Several of my teammates and I use templates to schedule webinars. We just realized that the polls do not save with the template or are we missing something? We all don't want to have to add the polls to each of our templates.
Hello. I'm trying to create a template. It seems that if I am editing an invitation, there should be an option to "save as template" at the bottom of the page. However, I cannot see that. I am running an older Chrome and can't update on this Windows 7 laptop. Could this be the problem or is it something/somewhere else? Also, is there a way to send invitations right from Zoom that come with the embedded calendar invitation? Can this only be done by allowing Zoom to access my Google Calendar? Please advise. Thanks in advance
Halfway through a meeting today I could suddenly no longer hear the host. I at first I assumed he had accidentally muted himself, but I was the only one affected. I was not touching my laptop at the time and I received no error message. I checked other apps that have sound (Youtube, Spotify) and my audio was fine. I left the meeting and came back and still couldn't hear. Then I restarted my computer and came back and I was able to hear the meeting again. About 30 minutes later it happened again. The meeting was almost finished so I just left. Anyone know what could cause this? This is a huge problem since I teach online and have many meetings on Zoom.
Whenever a call is upgraded to video and a user opens the link from a computer, the end user background is blurred. This makes it difficult for identification purposes if they were to hold up an ID or something which blurs what they are trying to present. This works fine on mobile devices. Is there a setting on the admin side to make calls accepted from a browser within Windows to have a blurred background when opening the link within a browser?
Hello, is there any tool or AI feature which can boost predictivity for receptionist to transfer calls to different queues, instead of doing it manually. Thanks!
can someone assist me with how I access a recoded meeting or find it
IssueThe end user cannot utilize their webcam on a few Windows 10 systems with Zoom v6 installed. The issue is occurring on 2+ systems in our environment. When they try to start a meeting, they receive the following error:Cannot start videoFailed to start the video camera. Please select another video camera in Settings. Troubleshooting performedCamera works fine in Windows, Google Hangouts, Slack, etc.Downgrading to Zoom v5 works fineQuestionsDoes Zoom have a solution to reset privacy settings and/or an updated version of v6 that will work? This issue appears to be true for all v6 versions we've tested.Any other suggestions would be appreciated, aside from upgrading to Windows 11, as we shouldn't use a hammer to fix this issue.
This is the error I get as administrator when I try to log into one of our accounts "Allow on other devices, your sign-in request was denied on another device" How can this be resolved
I am carefully following the steps at https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060257#h_5ae26a3a-290c-4a8d-b3b0-6384ed267b13 for 'How to Complete the Initial Setup' in order to port a number.I have successfully completed the first step from that page: 'Sign in to the Zoom web portal'. However, the second step tells me to 'Click Phone System Management, then Begin Setup' and I see nothing regarding 'Phone System Management' on the web portal I've signed into. Where might I have missed something, and where can I find the appropriate steps to follow?

Is access to technical support provided with a Basic account? I'm having a technical issue and Technical support does not recognize my account.
I am wondering if there is a way to search my call history for a specific number using the Zoom Workplace phone system.Say I have a person claiming they called and left a message, or just that they called and I missed it. How can I search my call history to verify this?
Today for the first time I tried to attend a zoom meeting using my iPhone and Airplay on a Roku stick to cast the meeting to my large screen TV.Trouble is that the image was a very small rectangle in a large black rectangle that filled the screen. How can I expand the tiny meeting window to fill the TV screen? Thanks!
My room calendar is confirmed synced and it's confirmed that my account is unaffected by EWS (uses EWS but is full delegate access) but I'm not able to get the calendar to sync to the room logi controller. I'm at a loss as to how to restore the convenience of the calendar being available in the room and any help would be sincerely appreciated. The end button does not work when I try to end a meeting I started. I need to press alt + q to force the end meeting popup. Also I have a green border around my desktop and or chrome after sharing in a zoom meeting about a month ago (it was never there before). The green line never goes away even after restarting the computer and uninstalling zoom.
Last month, I was banned from Zoom with the error code 1132. I reported the issue and submitted an appeal, and they eventually restored access to my account. I can now log in through Zoom Web without any problems. However, when I try to sign in using the Zoom app on my MacBook, the same error still appears. Interestingly, I can log in through the Zoom app on my smartphone just fine. I’ve already tried reinstalling the app on my laptop, but the issue persists. I also reached out to Zoom support, but so far, they haven’t been able to resolve it. How can I fix this?
I've had 2 meetings now w/ about 8-10 people. I am on ethernet but I might try to go wifi this week. Everything is fine until I speak and then after 30-60 seconds it's frozen and my internet connection is gone. I can restart computer and then i'm good but I can't have this happening any time I talk. Any thoughts? Thank you! (It's an HP work computer. The organizer said it could be a firewall issue but my administration says it's not. Most recent version of Zoom. Zoom Workplace I guess).
I use a MacBook Air Mac14,2 on a macOS 15.4.1 with Zoom Version: 6.4.6. Unfortunately, for the past three months, the audio input for the people attending my Zoom meetings has become robotic within an hour of the meeting. No one else hears the robotic audio except for me. I've uninstalled, reinstalled Zoom, and updated it with no solution. The only thing that fixes the problem is to restart my computer. Which is not ideal to do during a meeting. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
I just ran into a situation where the AI Companion meeting summary assigned an action item to a person who had not attended the meeting. There is no record of the person's name in the attendee list or in the meeting transcript.I've relied on and enjoyed the meeting summaries, but my confidence stumbled.
