Could you please allow me to change the sound when someone enters the room?The one you have is really unpleasant!

I receive an error when trying to login on my iPhone and only my ios device. I can login perfectly fine using the same credentials on the zoom browser on chrome and the desktop app. What is the issue? I am 100% certain the email and password are being entered correctly so it seems isolated to ios. 

Hi ya'll!   We submitted a number port request that was rejected by  our current carrier, but is stuck as "pending" in the zoom portal. Ideallly, we could delete that port request and attempt again with different port details, but the delete button is grayed out. Anyone aware of a solution for this issue?  

Since the latest Zoom update, every time I join a meeting on my mini-iPad and see the video preview, I must backtrack to the “meeting settings page” (more -> settings menu -> meetings) and toggle OFF the “mirror my video” as well as toggle ON the “mute my microphone” settings. Anyone else having the same issue? Okay, it’s not a nightmare, but this annoyingly repetitive and time-wasting protocol didn’t occur until recently, and I want the developers to make it stop. Because I have a basic account, I can’t contact them directly about fixing what seems like a bug. Maybe someone here can do me a solid and send my query along to the folks who can fix the problem…. unless someone here actually has a solution! Thanks in advance for any help.

The Cisco 9800 series of desk phones have been out for about a year now but I am not seeing any mention of them on the big cloud VOIP phone providers like Zoom, 8X8, RingCentral, Nextiva, etc.  My rep tells me an internal roadmap shows them as possibly being certified in June 2025. We are very seriously contemplating switching to Zoom phone and the hardware is a big element of the switch away from our legacy Avaya on prem PBX. So far, we are very impressed with Zoom Phone. We've been testing the Poly Edge phones and they are nice, but the Cisco 8800 and 9800 series devices seem just a tad higher quality, maybe more substantial, etc.I like the larger buttons. We like the Poly Edge phones, but if given a choice I'd probably pick the Cisco phones after holding both in my hands. Hi, I was using Zoom to make a phone call, when i realized all of my text messages have disappeared!  When i logged into the app on my desktop, they were all there, and when a client texted me, our full conversation popped back up.  Is there any way to recover the messages onto my phone?  i'm often communicating with clients away from my laptop and need our chat history.   Has this happened to anyone else?  

Hi Team, We recently signed up for Zoom Phone and used the service for a brief period (1–2 days), during which we also ported in our business number. Unfortunately, our account was permanently suspended due to a reported violation. As a result, we are unable to log into our account or access any information. We submitted an appeal to have our number released or ported out, but the appeal was rejected without any explanation or details provided. This number is extremely important to us as it is actively used for our day-to-day business operations, and the current situation is causing major disruptions. I would appreciate your help. Best Regards,

We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early.  Is it possible to see who these participatnts are?  I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room.  I have been told by Zoom support that this feature is only availble for Zoom Meetings, but I have see references to this feature being available for Zoom Webinars.  Can anyone confirm if this is available?  We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs.  Thank you.

Hello - suddenly one day recently, my output audio (what others heard) became very muffled.  They could hear me only if I shouted.  Then today I tried headphones in a meeting, thinking maybe that could fix the speaking issue.  It did not.  However, upon removing the headphones, now the speaker output is very low.  I can now barely hear the other participants.  I have an older Mac Pro laptop, running High Sierra.  It was all working fine and only recently has this audio issue.  And only with zoom.  I have updated zoom, and checked all audio settings, both on the mac and on the zoom app.  I reset the NRAM or whatever at the Apple store.  Any suggestions?   Thanks!!  This is making zoom unusable.  

Just received an email headed "Your Zoom account has used almost all of the available cloud recording storage".  But I have no cloud recordings stored on my Zoom Pro account. I have made a lot of recordings to my computer, and they are listed on my account portal.  But they presumably don't take up any cloud storage space. Right?What to do?

I want to use scheduler for my business, where multiple employees could have their calendars available for clients to schedule with them. I paid for an additional user, but I can't find any instructions on how to add another calendar. Anybody know how to do this?

hello - i have a problem, zoom will not find my external webcam (using a sony a7iii). it only allows me to select the integrated laptop webcam. this problem only occurs on my laptop, i can use my webcam on my desktop no problem. The laptop is a dell latitude and is running up to date windows 11 and the version of zoom is the latest. I have tried adding camera permissions to zoom in windows - but the only option there is to add permission for the laptop camera. The cable I am using is good and works fine on my desktop. I have tried deleting and re installing zoom and checking for latest firmware for camera and zoom. Any ideas?

Wondering if it is possible to submit a recording for producing a summary through AI Companion. A meeting was recorded, but no summary was produced. So wondering if it can be run through AI Companion again?

Is there a way to show more than 5 members in a team chat?  I have a few chats with more than 5 people in them and only 5 display with a button under them that says "View all 10 members".  Clicking on that opens up a popup that displays everyone. I am trying to set up multiple price options. I got it to work once but cannot seem to get it to work now. My new events offer only a single price for the event. I cannot see the ticketing tab. Any help for a newbie?

Hello Zoomies Looking for your expert opinion!I am Zoom admin in my organisation , managing Zoom users , meeting, phone etc. Under the admin role we have Contact Center edit access already enabled and account also has Zoom CC Essential and Elite license.  However when I try accessing Contact Center Management option it hits the URL  "https://XXX.zoom.us/cci/index/admin#/without-license"   and  page says  "Access to this page requires a Zoom Contact Center license. Add yourself as a user to Contact Center to have permission for access and administration."I dont know which License is needed and how do I assign that license to me .  Any guidance is much appreciated. ThanksSanket

On a clean (well-maintained, no viruses or sketchy software) Windows  PC.  I recently moved to new HW and upgraded from WIndows 10 to Windows 11.  I updated my audio driver (Realtek) for the new Motherboard (Asus B760M-A-AX).  Everything works great, except.  When I go into zoom (using a USB logitech camera), The audio tests work fine, but I can't hear anyone else.  I tried uninstalling/reinstalling Zoom, and now when people are talking I get occasional badly distorted audio.  I have checked all audio settings in zoom and on my PC and all appears ok.  Video works fine, and they can hear me.  I just can't hear them.  I thought maybe zoom needed some permission but after the reinstall I do hear -something- but it's distorted and mostly silent.   I have the latest audio driver for my board, and all my other audio works fine.  I'm afraid I can't pinpoint whether it was caused by the HW upgrade or the windows upgrade :-(.&n

Hi Everyone, I have a situation where customer has scheduled a  webinar.  Issue : Customer wants their participants to join their scheduled webinar without registration. However, they want to add two more fields like EID, email id while joining that webinar. May I know is it possible? As far as I know only in registration page we can add fields. Please help me if there is any workaround for it

I am running the latest zoom (6.2.5.2440) on the latest Debian (sid; using Wayland). This has been working fine, but recently when I *stop* sharing my screen (either the whole screen or one window), zoom freezes - immediately, when I click "stop share". The connection remains for some time - I can talk to the other person, and they can see my video (but my shared screen is frozen) - but after a few minutes zoom completely freezes. I have to manually kill zoom. I haven't figured out how to get any error messages out of it either. This basically makes zoom unusable for me. Luckily, I'm not teaching a class right now. Any suggestions how to debug this? Is this an issue that the developers are aware of?

Hi,i recorded a webinal that included chat usage. when i downloaded the files the chat was very pure and patial. is there a way to get the full chat? maybe rejoining the session will alow me to copy all written chat.can someone helpthanks

My requirement is to pull webinar data from zoom for couple of user accounts. Currently our zoom admit created the app and shared us the client id and secret key with that I'm able to generate a access token but when I try accessing webinar api with previously generated access token I'm response getting 'Code - 1001, Message - User does not exist'. Our admin is saying he has given all the permission and the user I'm trying is also exist in the system but I'm not able get the api response. Kindly guide me here.

Hello,We would like to test out a poll in a practice session, a few days before the webinar. The practice session would be used a second time, just before the webinar.Apparently, if we test it out, the poll will be deactivated. Is it possible to recreate the poll after the practice session? Also, I don' t know how to join the practice session as a normal participant  to see how the poll looks like. Is there a way to get this view? Thank you.
