On the overview page in my account all docs are listed but in random order.Is it possible to sort them alphabetically or by date? That would be very helpful

I use Windows 11 Surface Pro 11 Arm Device and the Zoom Workspace 6.3.6 (56144) always crashed and becomes not responding. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Using Windows 24H2.

We have a dual-screen Zoom Room, utilizing 2 DTEN touchscreens in what I believe is a DTEN configuration of dual screens.We were wondering if anyone had any experience with this configuration and/or if there's an obvious Zoom Rooms setting such that the "primary" monitor can be swapped.The reason for this is because the current "primary" monitor, meaning the monitor that has the Zoom Rooms controller panel, is having an issue with its touch capability. Rather than physically swapping the position of these monitors, and then come to find out that wasn't the solution, we wanted to find a configuration solution.My guess is that it's a DTEN and/or Windows dual monitor setting. Just wanted to see if anyone in the community had any experience or could shed some light on this issue.Thanks!

Ubuntu 22.04.5, ThinkPad X1 Carbon w/ i5 and 16GB RAM  I have 6.4.3 (827) installed.  Zoom is crashing every few minutes.  I've seen KB0062684 and it doesn't help.  What else can I do?

It's not working and I can't find a solution. I have a PRO account. What am I missing? 

Hello! As described in the title, I'm having some issues around authentication. I am running a series of 4 webinars and, despite disabling the requirement that users log in to a zoom account to join the webinar, Zoom still requires it anyway.  I have tested this by attempting to join as an attendee using my personal account. When doing so, I get asked to log in to my Zoom account and then I am taken to the webinar sign up page and have to sign up again. When I do this, I get an email saying that my registration has been updated. I have received several complaints from customers who have encountered this issue and refused to sign up for a Zoom account so weren't able to attend, and some have said that even after logging in they couldn't join anyway. Note that the webinar in question is a repeating webinar, with 4 instances taking place on a specific day of the week over the course of 4 weeks—although I don

Hi there, My hotmail address (which is also the address under which my zoom account is registered) used to be my default address for sending out calendar invites. I changed it to another gmail address recently and want to change it back to my hotmail address.Zoom indicates that I can change the calendar by going to the Schedule Privileges but this doesn't work as it is only intended if other people are supposed to be enabled to send invites on your behalf.  Otherwise, in the calendar settings, I wanted to add a new calendar and that should have enabled me to switch to the original hotmail address for calendar invitations. The issue is that when I tried to register my hotmail address, I get an error message indicating that I cannot register personal email addresses. Can anyone help? Many thanks.  Themba

Within Zoom Contact Center, is there a way an agent can view their live hold time to monitor how long they have someone on hold? A timer is available when transferring or conferencing, but nothing when they are simply on hold to research information. Is there a setting somewhere to have this display? 

I'm on Zoom Version 6.3.11 (50104) on MacBook Air MacOS 15.3.2 (24D81) I have been teaching online since lockdown and I use Classic whiteboard for notes.  I often switch to share a webpage or a pdf then come back to the whiteboard and continue the notes.  This works fine.  I share the notes with the student after the lesson. Today, following the update, every time I switch back to Classic whiteboard all the notes are gone and I've got a blank whiteboard.  This is exceedingly disruptive as we normally carry on with the same calculations through the lesson and now all the work we've done is gone every time we come back after looking at a different screen, for example, the pdf of the problem we're working on. I explain to the students that every once in a while Zoom releases an update that ruins everything, and it's happened again. Please can someone direct me to the setting that makes

I've just tried to run a meeting and lots of my potential participants received a message to say they couldn't join from the Netherlands.  They were all UK based and lots of people did manage to join.  How can I stop this happening again? 

I'm experiencing an issue where my Zoom meeting window closes immediately when I start a meeting. I was going into a meeting and when I connected the audio it closed, I thought it was because I had too many tabs in the background so I closed everything and restarted. When I opened only zoom I could enter but when I hit connect shared audio again it closed, I hit test audio and if I could my headphones worked while it was being tested. So I closed and tried to set the audio to connect automatically and when I went to settings and then audio settings it closed the settings. Could someone please help me.

I regulary share my iPad screen to Zoom meetings I host on my PC, it works by selecting Share screen on Zoom, iphone/iPad and then proceed to tapping on screen mirroring on control centre on the iPad and tap on Zoom<My Account name>. This is all done via my home network without the need of any cables. Today this stopped working entirely. I have tried restarting my device multiple times, reinstalling Zoom multiple times, restarting my PC multiple times and a combination of them without resolution. There is an alternative which is to broadcast a screen recording from iPad to Zoom, but that's over the internet, rather than my home WiFi network, so framerates is extremely low. There used to be a iPhone/iPad sharing with cables options on the PC, but that options vanished from Zoom over a year ago. My PC: Windows 11 22H2 19045.3208Zoom: 5.15.5 (19404)iPad Pro running iPad OS 16.5.1 (20F75) Any

We are currently facing a significant delay when using the Zoom Meeting SDK in our react native mobile application. When more than 150 users attempt to join a meeting simultaneously, the joining process takes over 10 minutes, which severely impacts the user experience. I enrolled for 300 users plan.Could you please provide insights into the following:Are there any known limitations or restrictions when handling a large number of simultaneous join requests?Are there any recommended optimisations or best practices to improve the meeting joining speed?Would upgrading to a different plan or making configuration changes help resolve this issue?Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After the conference is over, the zoom application continues to load the processor (at least 22% total), although all windows are closed and there is only an icon in the taskbar There are many processes in task manager with commandzoom.exe --action=preload --runaszvideo=true --useroption1,2,3,4 etc. Each new such process is added after each new conference and by the end of the day there are more and more of them and the processor load approaches 100%, and the computer starts to boil!

I am trying to activate the "Meeting has been created" webhook, but i am unable to select it as an event subscription because "You do not have permission to use this event. please reach out to your admin to grant you permission". I have access to the admin account but cant figure out what permission i need? Online sources tell me to add "scopes" but because this is a webhook only app, I am unable to add scopes. The webhook URL has been validated and works, I just cant add the specific event type. How do i get the webhook to work? 

Hello, now that Skype Credit is being retired I urgently need a solution with similar capabilities. I need to be able to show my caller ID when I am ringing through as my Australian SIM card number, or at least another Australian number. I am already overseas so I cannot receive a test call without paying for roaming on my phone so I want to be sure before I purchase Zoom Phone that this is how it will show up. Can anyone answer this?

I see a new feature called Automatic smart name tags. It sounds interesting. What are they? But more importantly, it says underneath it to "Contact your system administrator to enable this feature." I am the sole owner and user of this account. Aren't I the system administrator? How do I enable this feature?

I need to create a Zoom Phone project with local survivability.The Zoom support site is clear how to deploy the ZPLS, however I could find any information about additional licenses or costs.Please community,  has anyone implemented ZPLS? We had a power outage and had to make a temporary switch to a mobile number for our practice. The next day I went to switch back to a user, that option is not one of the drop-down options anymore. Tried the chat bot with a few things like: auto receptionist "route to user" not working - Bot response: Ensure you have selected a valid routing option such as Voicemail, User, or Call Queue If you have followed these steps and the 'Route to' option is still not available, please contact Zoom support for further assistance. - My statement: The route to user option is not listed on the drop down. It used to be there. - As a workaround, I used the direct line to the user (as would for an external contact). This internal user option needs to be available. What happened?

Hello- We don't want a waiting room to be used for meetings, since we're using a passcode.   I've made sure the waiting room toggle is set to off under our admin portion and individual, yet  3 of our 4 users continue to have waiting rooms.  This is problematic for our clients. How do I disable the waiting room for all users under our account? Thank you.

We just found out the hard way that by design, Zoom AI Companion does not record any names of people unless a participant to the meeting.  My team spent three days in interviews with clients discussing projects, team members, roles and challenges faced. The meeting summaries were spot on - except that any mention of a person's name/role was not captured. This is apparently by design, Zoom help says AI Companion focuses on participant names. I get "focuses", but intentionally ignores? It renders the summary useless. I held a series of 90 minute working sessions with a client, relying upon Zoom companion to capture the elements of the meeting so my other team members could hold other sessions in parallel. Now I have to go back and revisit  as a follow-up.The example is this:Who is the project manager, "Bob Smith"And how long was Bob on the project, "8 months"And who was the functional lead, "Betty White"

How do I change the default name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting? Of course, I can click on the three dots and Rename, but I don't want to do this every single time I join a meeting. I went to Settings/ Profile / Edit My Profile, which launched a web page, then selected Profile, but the name listed under "Display Name" on this page is not the name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting.
