What’s one Zoom feature you think is underrated but actually improves your meetings the most? And is there any feature you wish Zoom would add in future updates?
There was a very useful facility in Zoom meeitngs that is available anymore. I teach students online. Students could send answers privately only to the host. We could see these private messages in one window. This facility has been changed to individual named chat messages. There is a need to navigate around chat widow. I am trying to find out whether this facility is still there or move away from Zoom.

As a Pro user, we have two licenses—one assigned to the Owner and one to the Admin.In that case, is it possible to host and run two meetings at the same time, one created by the Owner and the other created by the Admin?
i had a online class in zoom, and it is a meeting with password. im sure the password is corret, and i can enter the meeting without enter password by my phone, but when i use a computer or a laptop. it always needs a password and always says the password is wrong. i want to contact the supporter but there is only ai pop up. can anyone help me fix it?
I love the ability to save a transcription of my Zoom meetings, however I don't need a timestamp every 12 seconds. I rather have no timestamp at all, or one at the beginning and end of the meeting. Is there a way to deselect the timestamp on live transcription before I save it? At the moment, I am editing them out of the final document which is a fair bit of editing on an hour long meeting. thanks for your help!
Even When I choose presenter mode when sharing my screen, it still will not display my floating window with me in it. So as I’m presenting I can’t see myself talking over the slides. Is there a setting or something that I need to enable in order for this to work? Please urgently help, this is stressing me out.
Hi, I need help. My Zoom has stopped recording Full HD videos. I have the Pro subscription, and I have the HD option enabled in my computer's Zoom settings. I don't know why it was recording in HD at one point and then suddenly stopped. I have 20GB of free space. I don't know what to do anymore, and the Zoom support on this website isn't helping. PLEASE HELP.
My account is free, my Chinese clients are getting error code 13215 when logging in. How can I resolve this?
We use have a handful of digital signages installed with TVs rotated 90 degrees in portrait orientation. It appears that Zoom as of v6.7.5 that there is new ability to control the orientation of digital signage using the Zoom admin portal.We are seeing that despite the orientation changes, that the app is auto reorienting the display to standard rotation.As a workaround for now, I am reverting to v6.3.5 but I am posting this here to see if Zoom is aware of issues with this new feature and if there are plans to address it.For note, we are an Apple exclusive shop with the issue occurring on Apple silicon Mac minis.Thanks!

I originally had a one time use webinar that expires on 2/14th, I tried to schedule another webinar that will be on 2/16th and was prompted that I need to buy a new subscription, I bought another one-time subscription that will expire on 3/10th. Despite this I still am getting the prompt that I need to subscribe in order to schedule the webinar.
I will be hosting a webinar with 3000+ participants later this month. All attendees sign up for the event on a separate (non-Zoom) platform and then we register the attendees (via CSV upload) into Zoom. We are hearing from a disturbingly large number of attendees that they did not receive their Zoom registration confirmation email. The emails are not found in the recipient's inbox or spam folders. Having them search for emails from '***********' also does not produce the registration confirmation email. Resending the confirmation email (an incredibly time-consuming process now that Zoom has inserted a 60-second countdown timer between resends) produces mixed results; some attendees receive the subsequent email while most do not. So far, Zoom technical support has advised two things:1) tell the recipients to contact their email server provider and ask them to unblock all of the 50+ IP addresses that Zoo
For about 2 months now I noticed zoom no longer sends out confirmation emails to CSV uploads and people that register through the registration link for a webinar. This has been affecting my business lately. Are their possible workarounds or other platforms to explore?

The AI generated transcripts of recordings put timestamps in the middle of sentences, and overall there are far too many timestamps. Is there a way to turn off the timestamp generation for the .vtt auto generated transcript?

I can hear my phone ringing and I’ve also done the test speaker function, which I can hear but once I answer a call, they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. I have test called other people so I know it’s not the client, it appears to be on my end.
