Hi, I need help. My Zoom has stopped recording Full HD videos. I have the Pro subscription, and I have the HD option enabled in my computer's Zoom settings. I don't know why it was recording in HD at one point and then suddenly stopped. I have 20GB of free space. I don't know what to do anymore, and the Zoom support on this website isn't helping. PLEASE HELP.

Welcome to the community where you will find experts and experienced users to help you.

Selecting HD does not exclusively control HD recording.

    1. Make sure that at least one participant is viewing full screen on a 1920 X 1080 screen.
    2. Start the recording with the display of a 1920 x 1080 graphic in screen share mode.
    3. Check settings > statistics to verify the actual resolution.
    4. Be sure to use an ethernet connection for the host - especially when recording to a local drive.
    5. Streaming and recording requires significant CPU and GPU power. Minimum PC would be an i7 with 16GB of RAM.
    6. A hard disk is considered full at 85% of capacity.
    7. Full HD on a Pro account using a meeting ID is typically 720P
    8. Full HD on a Pro account using a webinar ID is typically 1080P
