I can't schedule my webinar

I originally had a one time use webinar that expires on 2/14th, I tried to schedule another webinar that will be on 2/16th and was prompted that I need to buy a new subscription, I bought another one-time subscription that will expire on 3/10th.  Despite this I still am getting the prompt that I need to subscribe in order to schedule the webinar.

hi @Palmy ,

I can not tell if you purchased a monthly subscriiption or PPV. IN both cases you will need to allocate these licences to the user account which is setting the webinars.

The pay per view license runs for one year, or untill the number of people attend the webinar for which the subscription was purchased.

Please like and mark as the solution if this helps

All the best
