How do I fix my presenter mode in Zoom

Even When I choose presenter mode when sharing my screen, it still will not display my floating window with me in it. So as I’m presenting I can’t see myself talking over the slides. Is there a setting or something that I need to enable in order for this to work? Please urgently help, this is stressing me out.

    Did you try viewing the session from another device connected to the session? Often your view and the audience view are different. Did you try setting the template for the screen share appropriately?
