Hi, I have a pro membership. I always share my computer sound (music), via 'share screen' --> advanced options --> share computer sound/ audio. I haven't used zoom for one month. Now this option to share computer sound is no longer available. I have no idea why this has changed.I have removed and then re-installed the app 'zoom workplace'. I have a MacAir, Apple M1, MacOS Seqoia 14.5.1.I hope you can tell me how to fix this. thank you so much!

Our app uses the Print dialog to print a document after our app flow finishes. The Zoom Embedded browser doesn't respect "Landscape" css directive, and there isn't a way to manually print in Landscape mode. There doesn't seem to be any place I can find to submit a bug report. Here is what it looks like - the layout direction buttons are not clickable.  

Our organization has several new laptops (Lenovo P1 Gen 5) with the AMD Radeon™ 780M graphics chip that are running into a BSOD when using virtual backgrounds in Zoom Workplace. This is across multiple users and computers, and all available drivers have been updated to their latest versions on all devices with no change in behavior. Our current version of Windows is 23H2, but we are upgrading soon to 24H2. Steps to reproduce (so far):Connect device to a docking station of some kind. Hello I am trying to access the ZRA accelerator api to fetch tranascripts. I am using the get conversation interactions end point. In my app i have developed, i have added the scope "zra:read:conversation_participants:admin"; the documentation also states that the scope "zra:read:conversation_participants" is also needed to call that endpoint. Yet, the latter is not available for selection from the app and thus when i try to make the api call with the token having just the first scope, it fails with this errrorInvalid access token, does not contain scopes:[zra:read:conversation_participants, zra:read:conversation_participants:admin] Does anyone know why the zra:read:conversation_participants scope is not available for selection?thanksmassimo   

Using the ZOOM app on my Apple Tablet with iPadOS Version 16.7.11, I cannot schedule a meeting by inviting participants with EMAIL. I can prepare the email but there is no way to SEND the email. Although there is a circle with an arrow pointing up, it is GRAYED OUT and there is no response when selecting that symbol.

Hi Team,I recorded 7 audio files during a single meeting, but only 3 are visible in the storage folder. During the session, I double-clicked one audio file to convert it, as I wanted to verify everything was working due to prior issues. After this conversion, the next 4 audio files are missing from the folder.This is the first time I’ve encountered this problem.Could you help identify where these files might be or suggest a solution to recover them?

Hello! I'm experiencing issues with keyboard input during remote control sessions in Zoom meetings, and it seems related to Wayland. System configuration:OS -> Ubuntu 22.04XDG_SESSION_TYPE=waylandKeyboard Layout -> English (US)Zoom 6.4.6 (1370)Together with a colleague, who has the same system configuration, we tested all the combinations of Wayland and X11 environments. Only the X11 -> X11 setup worked correctly for us. In Polish language, the letter c with a diacritical sign (c + alt) is very frequently used. Unfortunately, using this letter starts immediate ZOOM and clip making. How to change the setting to avoid this? Eryk

Zoom market’s itself as being fully compliant and accessible. I am deaf and rely on captions. I am unable to have captions without the host of a meeting allowing them or the host nominating someone else. There is no incentive for me or for other deaf people to pay for a licence as video meetings are inaccessible whether we pay or not.  I currently attend language lessons and have been since September and the tutor is struggling to understand how to enable captions. They must be a host as the lessons are two hours long.  I have neither the time or ability to talk them through what to do. I have read all of the forum posts I can find to see if I pay for an account whether that will give me the ability to have captions whether the host is capable or willing or not. It seems not. When is it going to be possible to get captions on Zoom ?  Will Zoom stop marketing itself as fully accessible until it enables captions for all users.

I accepted an invite for an interview at 7am on 4/3, but as soon as I click "accept" in Outlook for Mac – the meeting lands at a completely different date and time 2am on 3/30. I tried going into my deleted items folder and accepting the invite for the correct time once again, but it continues to show incorrectly. This is extremely frustrating as this is an important call for a job interview. What is going on?    

I want to view all the users on our account all their meetings that are scheduled. how do i set this up 

I am frustrated that the new Zoom look has removed recurring meetings (or at least all my former ones). And now instead of presenting me with upcoming and recurring meetings, I get my Outlook calendar. I have Outlook - I don't need Zoom to inform me when my dental appointment is and to "helpfully" be sure I know that it is "not a Zoom meeting." All these apps start great, then go downhill when they think they need to be the center of our universe. Integrate will with other apps like calendars, but don't duplicate them. I'm glad we are on MS Teams so I only have to use Zoom on occasion - very clunky and not user friendly compared to what it was a couple years ago.

Thank you to Storyhub for your support.I spent three days intensively troubleshooting a critical Zoom issue where my clients couldn’t enter the waiting room, and I received no notifications in the app. After trying all the recommended settings, the root cause turned out to be something I would have never suspected: Zoom had silently unchecked the "Use my personal meeting ID (PMI)" setting in the desktop app's "New Meeting" configuration. This caused Zoom to start using a different Meeting ID instead of my real PMI , even though my account still showed the correct PMI on the web. As a result, my clients were joining a non-existent or mismatched meeting space—and I couldn’t see them or get notified. If I start a Meeting from the iMac and share a document all other members can see my annotations and add their own and the record of these edits remains.  If I host a Meeting from my iPad or iPhone and share a document I can annotate from that device and the marks remain. I can annotate from either of the other devices and the edits remain on the host's document but disappear after 5 seconds on the screen of the device making the annotation.  Collaboration is impossible. I've checked Meeting settings on the Web portal and annotations are enabled for everyone. I'd really appreciate some fast help on this. I fly to Britain tomorrow. My wife will have the iMac in Japan. We plan to hold ZOOM classes for students and sorting this out would make sharing the work much easier. Thank you.

What is going on with the quality of the Meeting Summary with AI Companion?  Has there been some change or upgrade implemented recently?!  My Meeting Summaries have gotten progressively shorter and worse over the last week or so.

I am using Zoom Phone to handle phone and fax. I have noticed that automatic phone recordings do not appear in the desktop app, even though they do appear in the recording log. The same goes for faxes—sending and receiving faxes works, but received faxes only appear in the log, and my desktop app on my Mac says "No faxes received yet". Is there something I have to do in order to sync my desktop app with the company's account? Is it a permissions problem? Thank you!

I underatand how mirroring the front facing camera for selfie mode so it looks more like what you would aee in the mirror.  But when i change the camera to the main camera on the back of the phone.  It stays mirrored.  This is not a natural or even desired. Why is the mirroring also applied to the main camera???  It makes no sense. I feel that this is a valid BUG in the code of zoom app. The mirror ahould not applt to both cameras, only the front facing.If the main camera also needs to invert, then there should be a separate setting that is not defaulted to mirror.
