email address participants reports

Hello,

Since few months i don't see the email address on participants reports. Do you know if it's possible to found a solution to have them?

Hello @Thomas33,

Active Host reports are where you would find emails of the participants that have joined your meetings if that is what you ask.

These reports are found while logging into your Zoom web client (web browser) through your vanity URL or zoom.us.

You can generate reports for the last 12 months of your account history.

Is it possible to see email of participants of pervious meetings participants as a basic plan member as I am not able to see anything under usage reports under basic plan

Thank you very much for your answer !

However when i watch the report with participants, the email column is empty and this information is very important for me to identify the participants.

Few months ago, yet, emails were visible and i don't understand why this is no longer the case.

Have you an idea ?

For emails to be included you need to require registration. You will then have a registration report and a participant report. You can export both to excel and use a VLOOKUP to join on registrant id to map an email to each participant. If you want to automate this there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you generate a combined registrant and participant with emails included.
