I can't use the zoom desktop app for win11, but I can log in using the zoom web version or zoom mobile version.Error code 1132.I filed a complaint but have not received a response.I purchased Workplace Pro.Please speed up the processI doubt Zoom Corp is forcing people to buy the Pro plan in this way.

Does anyone know if there's a way to reformat the recording? For example, I want an easier way for participants to show up vertically stacked so I can edit for mobile. Otherwise the screen is too large to edit in imovie. This is for a podcast where there are only 2 Zoom guests. 

 I record my zoom on a macbook. I want to record my meeting in a vertical video so that it is mobile upload friendly. if required.  I want to know how can I do that as the meeting is recorded in the landscape mode or what are the other options to record zoom meeting in a vertical mode. Please let me know. Thx

Hi everyone,I used to frequently add Unsplash images directly into my Zoom Whiteboards, but recently I noticed that the feature seems to be missing. I can no longer search for or insert images from Unsplash like I used to. Has this feature been removed or temporarily disabled?If so, does anyone know why, and whether it's planned to return in a future update? When I try to start zoom, a white box appears (presumably a broken version of the main menu) then the "Zoom unexpectedly quit" screen shows up.Zoom was working normally for me until this weekend.I have tried using CleanZoom to remove zoom completely and reinstall it to no avail.I'm using an Acer aspire A515-54 series laptop.My laptop is up to date on windows updates and driver updatesI don't have Powertoys installedI was messing around with OBS the week before though...Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with joining Zoom meetings on mobile app and would appreciate any help.I receive a Zoom meeting link from my server.On a desktop browser, the link opens fine.On mobile, when I open the link, it opens a webview and asks me to install Zoom, even though the Zoom app is already installed.The only way I can get the meeting to open properly is by joining from the webview — but I want the link to automatically open the Zoom app if it's already installed.For context, I'm building the mobile app using React Native.Is there any solution for this issue without using the Zoom SDK?Ideally, I just want to handle the meeting link so that it triggers the installed Zoom app directly.

I enabled the Zoom call transcript and today I used it on two calls, but I cannot locate the transcript.  Where do I find them to copy and paste them into a system?

Hi,I installed the newest version of the Linux client yesterday and recognized that when sharing the screen I only see a black screen.Version: 6.2.0 (1855)I am definitely on XOrg and NOT on wayland.Downgrading to version 6.1.10 fixed it.I'm on lightdm and use Qtile as TWM.I can't check whether this happens on GNOME or Plasma, too.Many thanks in advance!

In order to protect people with disabilities, the European Union is about to start implementing the accessibility directive. One of the requirements is that products supporting two-way voice communication need to support RTT (real time text). Zoom is also an app that supports two-way voice communication, so of course it also needs to support the RTT function. I would like to ask whether Zoom has the RTT function. If it does, how should it be enabled? If it doesn't, is it expected that this function will be available in the future?

I’m experiencing an issue with the video feed on Zoom where the camera appears to automatically focus on me, leaving the background slightly out of focus, even though I don’t have the background blur enabled. My FaceTime HD camera works fine in other apps like Photo Booth, so I don’t believe it’s a hardware issue.I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Verified that "Touch Up My Appearance," "Adjust for Low Light," and "Portrait Lighting" are disabled.Toggled "HD" and "Original Ratio" in video settings.Checked the "Advanced" video settings for any relevant features.Updated my Zoom app to the latest version.Ensured no third-party apps are interfering with the camera.Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Dear Zoom Team,I have been using a Ryzen 2600 processor with 6 cores and 12 threads (16GB RAM), and I have successfully utilized the background blur function without any issues. However, I noticed that the new requirements now specify an 8-core processor, which seems to be an increase that may not be necessary for such a basic feature.Could you please provide any insights into this change? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider lowering the hardware requirements for the background blur feature, as it has been functioning well on my current setup.Thank you for your attention to this matter. However, my Zoom client consistently connects to the United States (DCA) data center, which causes noticeable lag, audio/video sync issues, and slow screen sharing performance.Even when I connect through a European VPN (Netherlands/Germany), Zoom still routes me through DCA. I have an Asus Zenbook Duo with the RealTek audio drivers and I plug in the Aux cable to my JBL Bar 5.1. When I test the audio it plays for two seconds but they the sound stops and doesn't work. Same thing when I use the computer speakers as well.  I already tried changing the Audio Enhancements to Off.  Can anyone please help?

Like many others here, I'm a long time Skype phone client looking to port my number to a new service. I live in Mexico and bought a US Skype number 9 years ago to make/receive calls and SMSs. I'm looking at the Zoom phone plans, and all I'm seeing are "Global Select" at $20/month and "Business Plus" at $26/month. In the forums here,  people refer to other plans "US/Canada Metered" and "US/Canada Unlimited" which are less expensive and suit my needs more, however, I can't find them on the site to sign up or read about the features. Are these plans still available? Where can I see them or sign up for them? Thanks!

I cannot see how to share part of a screen on Zoom 6.4.2 (62735). The instructions I have found do not reflect what I see on my screen. There is no green border although the green border option is ticked in the Share Screen> Advanced part of Settings.Would appreciate any help available.Thank you! 

I have been trying to get a higher resolution on my zoom meeting recordings for MONTHS now. I have dealt with internet providers,  routers etc. Everything is working fine. My speed etc is high so I dont know what to do. My  recordings are now always 640 x 360. I have  clicked group HD, and also. made it  always on the higher recording setting in meeting settings.I use this content for art tutorials but I cant really use them as the resolution is so low. My recordings are  about an hour long,  but even shorter ones aren't  recording great either. I have a paid account.  even a 720 would be  better than what I have been getting. Please help Me. Andrea 

I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blank page!What to do? Please advise and much thanks.

Whilst my face is clearly displayed when conducting a meeting, my video background is constantly darkened even though I have set the tick box to adjust for low light. Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to lighten the background. I have also unset the tick box for low light and this does not seem to make any noticeable difference.  I am using version 6.3.1 on an HP Envy 360 2 in 1 laptop and using HP's inbuilt Truevision 5 MP camera.
