Where are my phone call transcripts kept after call completed

I enabled the Zoom call transcript and today I used it on two calls, but I cannot locate the transcript. Where do I find them to copy and paste them into a system?

Hi.
Transcripts are available only when call was recorded (but I'm pretty sure that you are aware of this).

When logged to your account, in Personal section go to Phone > Recording.
After pressing play button, it will also show transcription.

However, you may see "Admin has disabled this transcription" info.
In that case go to Admin section, Account Management > Account settings > Zoom Phone > Ad Hoc Call Recording
and enable Allow call recording transcription option.

I need to find out where to get a copy of that transcript after the call ends as I use it for note taking.

That seems to be only so called "live transcript". So you can play the recording and view transcribed text. I haven't found any option to actually download it or copy the text easily...

From what I've also found - to be able to download the transcription of phone calls, you will need "Revenue accelerator" license:

NO, the instruction on enabling transcript steps did not mentioned that you also have to record the meeting in order to have the transcript. That sucks!

Why is it that even when I turn on the transcription service the recording still doesn’t show up in Zoom? I usually will have at least one zoom call a day that even though I turned on the transcription service it never records or it isn’t saving it. I’ve tried all of the tips here but I still have the same issue. Any advice?

To get transcriptions, (1) transcriptions and (2) automatic call recording must be turned on (or ad hoc recording enabled and turned on for a selected call).

To see the transcription, play the recording and transcription will display.

After the transcription has reached the end of the recording, click the copy icon to copy the transcript to clipboard, paste from clipboard the transcript into a word processor or note pad, and save the word processor or note pad file. The copy icon is on the right side, near the top, under the word “COPY”.

To get call recordings, you must have automatic call recording turned on and call live transcription enabled.
