Hi, I use Zoom under Linux Mint, and it was recently that I lost ability to pin group chat participants.The "Pin" menu item is still available, but nothing happens when I select it. Participant layout does not change.My Zoom version is 6.4.6 (1370), installed as Flatpak.My OS is Linux Mint 21.1.Cross-posted from "Zoom Team Chat" area.Sorry if violating anything unintentionally.Any ideas would be most appreciated...

Hi all,I have 2 users in the same Zoom group reporting 2 different things then they turn on Zoom AI. User 1They turn on Zoom AI and everyone in the meeting is automatically muted and has their camera turned off until they agree to the recording via a prompt that shows on their screen. User 2Performs the same action and the meeting continues with no one being muted or having their camera turned off.I thought it was the setting under Recording notifications - Zoom clientsBut I change it to 'guest only' with the same result.  Anyone have an idea?

Hello, need help with meeting ID.I was recently given a 12 digit number meeting ID and was not able to input all 12 digit as the limit was only up to 11 digit however the host informed that she had more than 30 participant whom had joined the session using the same meeting ID. Has anyone experienced this and advise how to resolve the issue?

I don't have gmail (free nor paid) or o365 (free nor paid). I've searched through the posts but I haven't found a discussion around receiving SMS only.  My company has a phone number through zoom and an approved Brand.  However, we do not want to send SMS we only want to receive them.  We can't create an SMS campaign because the questions make no sense for our business.  We do not, for example, have a privacy policy - or need a privacy policy for the work that we do.  Am I stuck or is there a solution?

Zoom updated today on Ubuntu and now I have a popup notification titled "Introducing Zoom Drive" that appears on all tabs and refuses to close. Yes, I clicked the x in the top right corner. Is there any way to get rid of this thing? 

Hi Zoom Community, I'm currently managing a Zoom Phone setup and have configured a Monitoring Group to allow certain users to listen to calls from both User & Common Areas and Call queues. The issue I'm facing is that the "listen" icon does not always appear for some calls, even though the monitored user is actively on a call, either through their direct extension or flow from a call queue. Here's what I've checked:Monitoring privileges are assigned correctly.Users and common areas are properly added to the Monitoring Group.The call queues involved are also included in the monitoring setup.Licenses are Zoom Phone ProZoom App version: Version 6.2.0Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there specific call scenarios where the "listen" icon is intentionally unavailable?Any advice or clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I get calls from my bank for verifzing mz identy. The number of my bank is "Blocked by System" When I go into mz web account. There is nothing blocked. How can I unblock the system for that number? 

My microphone has suddenly stopped working.  Getting message  "Failed to detect your microphone"  "There seems to be an issue with your microphone."  It worked fine last week - have NOT done anything to change things since then.  Can anyone help?  I have a zoom job interview in 6 hours!!  

Hello, I downgraded my zoom pro account to basic just last week because I was not using it and now need to confirm whether a particular recording is still available in the cloud on my account from last August. I can't see anything when searching using the tool provided. Would cloud recordings from that time frame have been saved on a pro account? And should I be able to access them on a basic account or do I need to resubscribe? Lastly, is there a way to confirm that I have access to the meeting recording before resubscribing since that is pretty much the only reason I would resubscribe? Thanks so much!

how can i join public meetings? 

Sorry, this seems like a basic question, but I can't seem to find the answer on my own. I have admin access for Zoom at our org.  There is an upcoming meeting that I need to make some changes to, but all I have is the meeting ID.  I don't know who the host is. Is there a place in the admin dashboard where I can search for future meetings by the ID?  Or do I have to figure out who the host is and find it that way?

We are a team of 10, we have a daily catch-up call every morning where anyone who is not busy with a priority task jumps on the scheduled reoccurring Zoom call.We don't know exactly who will be on the call each day, so I've made all ten of us co-hosts. It appears that whoever joins first becomes the host, which is fine.The problem is that if that person leaves the meeting the Zoom session is stopped and everyone gets bumped off unless the person leaving remembers to reassign the host role.Is there anyway to define a reoccurring Zoom meeting person with having a host?

I have been trying integrate zoom with my own app. Its a general app. I have given all the details like redirect_uri, client_id and client_secret . when I try to connect the connectors or  preview my app listing it throws resource_access_error. Zoom Workplace desktop no longer operates on my computer. I have been using the browser version for the last month or so but I would like to troubleshoot the desktop version. When I select Zoom either using the StartMenu icon or by directly double-clicking on the Zoom application, I seemingly get no response whatsoever. I see no delay, window opening or other indication that the program has attempted to run. There are no Zoom processes in Task Manager....not even briefly.It also does not launch from a browser or email/appointment link. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times with reboots between the steps. I have run the CleanZoom program. Zoom does show in my Apps list but the "Modify" option is grayed out. I am not experiencing problems with other programs. I've cleared caches, deleted cookies. I've also run CCleaner. I browsed other messages here in the community but did not find additional suggestions. Configuration:Microsoft Surface Pro 9; 16GB

I have set a PowerPoint presentation on Zoom with overlay. It works fine for recording purposes if I am the only presenter. However, I have a co-presenter on the same PPT presentation. How can I add her to the video with me so the audience can see her? Thank you. 

Running Zoom Pro for Healthcare (for TeleHealth interviews w/o using emails), have BAA & Scheduler add-on added. Some post say use Call Out, but this feature is not showing. Post also say, you do not need Zoom Phone or Audio Conferencing.Using the list Zoom products, how do you setup and/or send video link invites from Laptop to cell phone? If not possible please advise

hi Everyone I'm a zoom host and recently, some people attending meetings are getting a weird glitch, where the "raise hand" just goes up by itself, have you herd of this, and can it be fixed? It seams to also, for these people, happen with the "thumbs up" emoji as well. i was there when it happened and had no idea why it was doing this. any help is appreciated, thx so much.  

If I want to use Zoom to record 1-1 video interviews for my Substack and YouTube channels, what plan and settings do I need? Any advice from content creators who have used Zoom for this purpose is hugely appreciated!

I am in a recurring weekly meeting where we always go into breakout rooms - about 40. Every week, a tech support host has to painstakingly rename them with particular names. Some people go to the same rooms every week, some move around, so it's not like we can preassign the participants. Is there any way to set up the zoom rooms so their customized names persist from week to week and we don't have to spend 15 minutes each time doing it over? I've googled/AI'd this endlessly but haven't found an answer that works.
