I have a colleague who when trying to launch a Zoom meeting within Outlook for iOS it leads them to the webpage to join the meeting. Once in the webpage window, it tries to redirects to the app store and reinstall the Zoom App even though it's already installed. It then doesn't join the meeting and you have to enter the session keys manually within in the app. Is there a way round this please? 

Hello, we are attempting to integrate the Zoom Meeting SDK and have provided all the necessary keys. However, when we call the SDK, it displays a 0,0 error. How can we resolve this issue? We obtained the Flutter plugin from pub.dev.

Has anyone tried to integrate the zoom with the website so you can allow your users to participate in meetings and join the discussion? Is it possible to do that?   Please, if you can suggest me a better idea, do comment. waiting for your answer....

In the original version, when multiple people sent me text messages during the meeting, they would be displayed in a window for me to check.In the current version, I have to click on each person's chat window one by one to check, which is too troublesome!!!In the original version, when replying to others, there is a drop-down menu to select the reply object, which is very convenient.Now I have to click on each person's text message and check them one by one to find the one I need to reply to.The fundamental reason why I chose ZOOM instead of Google Meet is that ZOOM can be set to chat privately with the host during the meeting. Now that the chat function in the meeting has become so difficult to use, I may consider giving up ZOOM.

I really want to turn zoom sound to zero sometimes.  Eg receiving an important phone call.  Using multiple devices in the same room.   

With the Basic free plan, if you schedule a meeting but start it 10 minutes late, do you still get 40 minutes or does it end 40 minutes after the scheduled start time? 

I have Zoom Workplace Pro and Zoom Phone Pro Global Select, yet Zoom is not allowing me to make outgoing calls to any phone numbers.  It tells me the requested service is not available in my calling plan.  What am I missing?  Do I need to change a setting or buy a different plan? Thanks in advance.

Every time a start a new meeting, the virtual background I set on my settings keeps resetting itself (no background at all). It was working fine before the last update. I'm using the desktop app for Windows 10.

Is there s way to enter activity logs so when a team task is created, collaborators can see the progress and what other team members have worked on? Or is there a alternative way for recommended team task management and collaboration?

I am running Zoom on Windows 10 and latest Firefox. I tried to install the latest version of Zoom Workplace and at the end of the process it gave me some error that it could not access MS Edge and to check my Internet connection. I do not have MS Edge. Does this mean that without it I cannot install Zoom?

Hope someone can help with this issue. It appears that the problem started with the new version of zoom. I set-up a zoom meeting and the attendees tell me that my voice is breaking up even though I can hear them clearly. I am using a Lenovo laptop which I have never had an issue with before, window 11, and zoom version is 6.4.7.  Thanks in advance.Gusnk

I have Zoom Pro and a license for Large Meetings. I have read through all of the supporting documentation provided for bulk uploading registrants to a meeting via CSV and am unable to make the following work. The meeting is a single occurrence, and has an auto-generated ID. Registration for the meeting requires the default fields: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, plus two custom fields: Organization, and Job Title. I have created a CSV file without headers in the format: Email Address, First Name, Last Name [from Zoom template], Organization, Job Title. When I upload a test file, the Organization and Job Title are not imported. I have checked the formatting (no special characters), tried to upload the Zoom upload template with text in columns D & E, CSV file is saved as CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv), and I am using Google Chrome. We are converting to Zoom Phone. Our old provider allowed us to set a user's phone so that incoming voicemails are forwarded as email attachments, and then automatically deleted (or not stored in the first place). We basically had three options: 1) store voicemail, 2) email voicemail as attachment, or 3) both.  It appears that Zoom supports options 1 and 3, but not 2. Did I miss something?  Many of our users, having dealt with a voicemail that they received in email, don't want to bother with deleting the original voicemail as well. Thanks!

When a voicemail is deleted in an email client (outlook for example) voicemail is deleted in Zoom. Other phone systems are able to do this I was very surprised to see Zoom is not able to do this.  This is a inconvenience to all users as they need to mange each voicemail twice in two separate applications (The email client and Zoom client). 

Hello Zoom Support, I’m experiencing a persistent issue related to a recurring Zoom webinar that I created a couple of weeks ago. Here’s the full context:I originally created a recurring Zoom webinar via the Zoom web platform and added one panelist.I did not send invites through Zoom, but instead created a separate calendar event in Google Calendar for all participants. I added the Zoom link there manually and sent out the invites via Google Calendar.After some time, I needed to cancel and change the topic, so I went to Zoom and deleted the webinar entirely from the Zoom dashboard.I also went to Google Calendar and deleted the full recurring series of events by choosing “All Events.” The event shows as deleted on my end.However, participants are still seeing the event in their calendars — including the panelist, and others who received the original calendar invite.In some cases, it even shows Panelist as the organizer now, even though I was the original host. I have a smart Samsung TV. I cannot find the Zoom app when I go to the search bar it does not come up. How do I install the Zoom app and have it stay there all the time

Hi all, Does anyone know if the "Sign in with Microsoft" option can be disabled/hidden? I've looked in the available install switches and group policy, but have yet to find a setting for it. Thanks. 

I use zoom desktop client (version 6.0.2)  on my Manjaro linux (my desktop environment is KDE Plasma 6.0.4 under Wayland) machine for work and lack of hardware acceleration is simply appalling. I have Dell XPS 9520 laptop with Intel Xe Graphics GPU, and without dedicated GPU. I have hardware acceleration set up, because Firefox is using it just fine. Moreover I don't even have option to enable it in "advanced video setting". I tried to set enablegpucomputeutilization=true in ~/.config/zoomus.conf only to have it returned back to false after zoom startup. Please, fix this ASAP, as using zoom without hardware acceleration is horrible experience.
