Error Message/Can't log in

Hi,

I am having trouble logging into zoom to start a meeting and to join a meeting. 

I am receiving the error message "The application 'zoom.us' is not open anymore."

What should I do? I have a MacBook.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @DrTruth! I'm sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Can you kindly do a clean reinstall with the latest version for Apple and let us know if the issue persists?

Hi Mark, Thank You. I had to install the newer version of zoom. Now it is working.
