Is it possible to order multiple phone numbers from different countries? I can see in the pricing pages obvious options for adding additional numbers in different area codes in the US for example, but the specific use-case we are looking for is:- Normally making calls from Australia, but occasionally, the US, South Africa, Canada and Europe- Need an Australian mobile (+61 4xx) number, but also US and New Zealand numbers ideally- The ability to add additional European numbers in future would be very useful

The next time I'm hosting a Zoom meeting and I start having wifi issues, how can I leave and come back without ending the meeting for everyone? Making a co-host doesn't seem to work.
Hi there I'm having an issue with seeing the meeting video from PC onto Samsung TV. Here is the setup I'm using.Connected to zoom meeting on PC using the Zoom desktop appSign into Easy Connection to Screen app on PCGo into the Workspace on my Samsung TV QN90BWhen in the Workspace app, select my PC and then TV connects to PCGreen edges appear on the perimeter of both PC monitors but the TV screen turns black. In the past the green edges only appeared on one of the PC monitors. The cursor from the PC is visible on the black TV display but it is very faint. The cursor remains in view on the black display even when I move the cursor across both displays on the PC. The black TV screen seems to be viewing the 2 PC displays as 1 display as the cursor is always visible.If I set the PC displays to 'Duplicate these displays' or 'Show Only on 1' or 'Show Only on 2' then the black screen disappears and TV displays the zoom meeting. The TV only shows black when the PC displays
I start recording video but it records only the sound and first picture. It doesn't record the screen or picture or avatar - nothing. Just sound. I tried to reload zoom, relogin, uninstall zoom. Nothing helps
Recently I'm finding that when I ring a chime on my phone and hold it up to my laptop mic, Zoom doesn't want to pick it up. My voice is fine, as are my speaker and mic settings. What is this???
I used to be able to supply my small team with a link and they could jump on a call at anytime if I was on zoom. Now I will be on zoom with a team member and another team member attempts to come on my meeting and they do no show in the waiting room.Is there a setting I can change so I can go back to normal.
RME UFX III causes Zoom to Hang in Audio Settings. Greetings, when I launch Zoom and open Settings/Audio, I get the spinning beachball and must force-quit the Zoom app. This is due to Zoom not being able to address all 188 channels that the UFX III presents by default. My workaround currently is to run the interface with a USB 2.0 cable that reduces the channels to 60, which creates issues with my other audio apps. Is Zoom aware of this and working on a fix? I am the only user on my Zoom account, and my role is owner. The account has no admin, and I unable to add myself as an admin. This is preventing me from using some features that require admin approval. Do I have to add another user in order to make myself admin? Is there no alternative solution?
Hello, I am the host of a webinar. Today, I did a practice session with one panelist, audio is working when speaking. I will have a prerecorded presentation for the webinar, when I am sharing my screen, there is no sound coming from my computer. I can hear the sound from the video, but not the rest of the participants. I cannot click the option share sound (it is grey, not available) when I click on share screen. I tried to restart my computer, it did not work. Could you please help me with this?

I bought an N100 budget PC recently and was disappointed that Virtual Backgrounds are not enabled for this platform in the latest Zoom Client. The chipset support Intel UHD Graphics and I am running the latest Intel 31.x drivers. The capabilities of the CPU also supercedes the minimum Intel Pentium / Celeron & Core i3-5000 requirements stated in the FAQ about hardware requirements but is disabled for no other reason than the chipset is not reported as being a "Core" series processor. To me this restriction is artificial and says that development has moved away from Virtual Background technology. Despite using Zoom since the start of the pandemic, I see no improvements in the AI around Virtual Background technology and still see "leaks" of the background around the inner rim of the speaker's headset and my kids regularly pop into view in the background. HelloI have a tablet connected to my bluetooth speaker. I can hear any audio from any other app or sound through the browser through the bluetooth speaker with the exception of zoom. In zoom it is specifically on bluetooth audio output but it always plays on the tablets lousy speaker. I have gone thru all settings to ensure that zoom is playing through the BT speaker. This suggests that zoom is the problem since all others have no issues with the BT speaker. Is there any solution to this? Have already trying wiping the app including any data and cache and reinstalling to no avail.
In the "Room Controls for Zoom Rooms" page where JSON examples are provided (Room Controls for Zoom Rooms), ther's a note in the "Rules" section that says the following:Room controls users can specify "events only" in their JSON configuration to hide unnecessary room control interfaces. When this field is specifically defined in the JSON, the Native Room Controls UI will not appear on the Zoom Rooms controller. In deployments using both NRC events and Zoom Apps, the Room Controls button directly launches the Zoom App interface without showing empty room control page.I am using the JSON to trigger states based on meeting start/stop actions, but I don't want to see the "Native Room Controls" icon on the touch panel, since I am using a Zoom App as my primary control interface. When I deploy the Zoom Outlook Add-In with the default settings, it appears at the last group in the Outlook ribbon, on the far right. Is it possible to deploy it at a custom position in the Outlook ribbon?

After the last update allowing participants to be moved to a room without admission, even if I still admit them… when you initially move a participant to a room, they don’t fully move, their name stays gray and you will have to move them to another room and then move them back to the room you want them at.
A recurring meeting I've had for years has literally just disappeared today as if it never exisited. It's not even in previous meetings. I searched the subject on here, and one 'solution' was that in the app, if you go to the bottom of the window, it is in a tiny link that says, 'Recurring..' I have indeed found it there, however, A. There seems to be no way to put it back on the calendar for easy access to the link, it appears you have to go to this tab every single time you want to start this meeting. And B. Why has this suddenly happened? Disappearing from 'previous meetings' after years of using this link is not right and I'd really like to see the reasoning behind this resolved. It seems impossible though to actually get any real support from Zoom.
In the June 16, 2025 Zoom Events Release Notes (as of this posting), there is the following entry:I can't find any other reference to this anywhere. Where can one configure this setting? I also looked for the similar Zoom Sessions functionality mentioned in that note, but can't see any place in Zoom Sessions where the Join button timing can be configured. If you find it, please let me know... maybe with a screen shot. Thanks!
On the Screens tab when selecting Screen Sharing, I sometimes get Entire Screen OR Application Windows option, and sometimes I don't get the Application Windows options but only the entire screen. I do use the zoom Timer App from time to time and not sure if this could be a factor in this issue.
Is there a method to retrieve a Panelists email invite WITHOUT having it send the email? Most notably I would like to retrieve the unique passcodes and join links of each. This is for single session live webinar in Zoom events. I am used to the regular Zoom Webinar setup where when you add a panelist, you could retrieve their unique join links and passcodes by "Copying Invite" in the panelist area, or by exporting the panelist list (which i see is no longer an option either). For the way In utilize Zoom Events/Webinar, emails cannot be sent out to the panelists, and I had this setting turned off in Zoom Webinar.

I would like to suggest a feature enhancement for Zoom that could significantly improve the user experience, particularly in low-bandwidth situations. Currently, when the network bandwidth is limited, users often face challenges in turning on their video, impacting communication quality, especially in meetings where video presence is important for engagement and content delivery. It would be incredibly helpful if Zoom could introduce an auto-adjust video quality feature that dynamically adapts video resolution based on the available network bandwidth. This would allow users to maintain their video feed, even at lower resolutions, rather than having to disable it altogether. Thank you for continuously working to improve the Zoom experience. FEATURE REQUEST: This comes up all the time for my teachers and I. When hosting, we would like to be able to spotlight our video for everyone, even when there is only one other participant. Currently the option to click my host thumbnail and select "spotlight for everyone" when hosting say a group meditation class, is only available if there are more than one participants. This can be a bit jarring, as this is super important for recording classes to make available to clients after an event. Without this option, when participants talk, the recording captures them too, and there have been some ruined recordings where the active speaker view stayed on a participant instead of the host. I'd love to see this option even if everyone is just one attendee. Can anyone put me straight or add this to the future development map?
