Hello! Can you tell me if it's possible to export of a list of the registrations for a meeting prior to the meeting start date? We've asked a specific question in the registration page that we need access to and the only way I'm seeing to look up the answers is to click each attendees name which I won't be able to do for every registration. Help!
Until recently I was able to use my Zoom app to schedule a zoom link to be used for recurring sessions without specifying dates or times. I do not like the change that now requires me to log in using the web portal to attain the same results. I am running Zoom version 5.14.11 (17221) on a PC with Win10. Is there a way to return to the previous format for scheduling such recurring sessions. Thank you.
I was recently asked during a meeting to record it. I hit record and after Zoom downloaded it to Local. I didn't want that, I actually wanted it to be available on the Cloud. Is there a way for me to upload the files that Zoom gave me and place it in the Zoom cloud so I can send a Zoom link to the attendees? I have a paid account btw, if that helps. Thanks!!

I previously used Google Signin to link to my account - but because i travel around and use different people's devices, some times i need to just signin using my email and password. I cannot seem to reset my password as ZOOM keeps forcing me to link my Google Account - which i'm not comfortable with, as i use it on so many devices. How do i stop that? I tried unlinking my user, under user management but it doesn't seem to work
When I am using zoom I find the mouse pointer stutters. In other words, it lags the update. When I stop screen sharing it continues. I have an Alienware PC with an nVIDIA 3080 RTX running windows 11 with the latest drivers and the latest versions of the zoom client.
Hey guys I accident dragged my zoom recording to my desktop of my computer and trashed the video to free up some space on my desktop. I came to edit my interview i did over zoom and found that the video was deleted because I dragged it out of the recordings folder. I have a basic account and I’m wondering if I upgrade to pro will I be able to retrieve or re download my recordings from previous meetings??? I’ve tried retrieving the videos from my trash can and still awaiting some help from Apple and I really need these interviews! Can someone please help me to get these videos againThank you
I recorded a long meeting. It shows up under local recordings but then when I open it, it says 'no such file exists'. Anyone know how to retrieve this? I'm sure I've done it many times in the past without any trouble. Thank you
Our team is running into an issue with agent schedule adherence. When we run the report it does not give us the opportunity to "fix" the historic information. We use this in scenarios such as a call runs long and the agent doesn't go on break at the right time. We wouldn't want to count this against the agent. The only solution we have found is to manually update their schedule for the prior day by using the Schedule adherence report. The problem with this on top of being time consuming, is the report tells us the agent is out of adherence and for how long, but not at what time the exception started. Does anyone have any advice on measuring this?
I have a new computer which is more powerful than my older one. My older one shows all virtual background options and I can use them, but the new one doesn't. It is an i5 with 32 gig Ram. Why can I see virtual background options on the older computer but not the new one pse? I have virtual background switched on in the settings.My Zoom is paid for by the company I work for and I just have use of it and don't see anywhere that I can update Zoom under my account picture in the right corner, just my picture, name, email address (says Licensed) add account and sign out.Thanks in advance.
I've been having a devil of a time getting Zoom meeting to work without crackling audio. I believe this is only sound out and not the microphone as I haven't had a complaint as of now.I've read a number of posts and there is something about reducing the buffer but after Googling how to do this I'm stumped.Hardware/SoftwareWindows 11; HP laptop; Bluetooth headset; Zoom 5.16.2 (22807)Sound and microphone are OK on all other applications. When you go in a breakout room, it's hard to see what room you belong to. A message is only briefly shown, if you miss it, you miss it. People may not be friendly enough with the tool to go and figure out what room they belong to. When in a breakout room, there could be people sharing a screen, or a Zoom app running. All of these take real estate in the top bar, and the breakout room number disappears. I would prefer for the breakout room to always be shown. This is useful for context, and simplifies the user experience. For example, it could be important to know the room number when the host has assigned exercises to individual rooms, and sends people randomly there. People right now get confused because they can't see their room's number.
I have a recording in cloud and when i change the settings to not show the transcript and chat and then share the link and email to myself to test it still shows both. Help
How do I prevent AI hallucinations from posting profanity? We Zoom our church service and have started using the ZOOM AI closed captioning for our hard of hearing folks. We have had a few instances of profanity popping out of nowhere in the closed captions. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't in church!
my camera view is focused the wrong direction from my keyboard and needs to be flipped back to face me. Where can I flip is back to face me as the participant?
Zoom has this voice notification feature that I can't turn off. It is audible voice that says when I share screens, turn on audio, or have new emails. how can I turn it off? I have already gone into the accessibility tab and unchecked all boxes and that did not work. Is there another workaround?

Hi there, my video is perfect in preview mode before entering the meeting. Upon entering the meeting Zoom is zooming my video in. That sucks. I have a fine background with my company logo put in perfect lighting. I use zoom in chrome browser, actual version.It has nothing to do with my camera settings, the OS settings or the browser settings: Google Meet and Teams work perfectly well. Please help. It is just ugly to have my video zoomed in. ThanksFrank
I have used Zoom for years and still to this day when a meeting is completed... the message box of "Converting meeting recording" comes on my screen and is on top of all other windows and I cannot get it off until it is done converting. It is in the way and effecting my other work. I have requested this feature to be fixed before... How can I get this fixed right away?
20% of the time I'm on a Zoom call the voice of other people in the call is garbled. I am the only person who has this problem on the call. When I use transcription apps such as Otter.ai it also cannot pick up the voice and is not able to transcribe properly when this occurs. Other times it works fine. My upload and download speeds are extremely high, so why is this happening? I'm on the latest version of Zoom using an android laptop.
Hello, Running a Webchat campaign (not exactly a campaign but its the only way to get the welcome screen). On the welcome screen I am capturing the customers first name, email and language selection.We only need 2 languages (English and French) but the drop down list provided has way more than that. Which means right now I have to create a catch-all in the flow for any selection outside of those 2 that then requires users to select their language again (this time from a shorter list of buttons that I created). The whole point of the Welcome screen is to save on some of those nested clicks and capture some relevant information into variables right from the get-go. Is there any way to customize that list of languages that Zoom auto-populates?
I have worked out how to save the auto transcript in recordings as subtitles, and I can see them in the recording (when viewed in Zoom). However, when I download those recordings the subtitles no longer show up - anyone know how to get the subtitles to save to the downloaded recordings?
I saved about a dozen contacts in the program. According to everything I have seen when I want to schedule a meeting I can start typing the first 3 or more letters in the name/email of the contact in the attendees field and a list should pop up of names that match. Is there an option I need to turn on to make that happen?
Hi! My Zoom Desktop Client (on Windows) updated to one that has consolidated the Calendar and Meetings tabs (or so it says, feels more like it -lost- the Meetings tab) and now I can't really access cloud recordings from my desktop client. Or I just can't find them. Is there a way to go back to the old UI? Having to log into my Zoom account on my browser when I have a desktop client open just to get a cloud meeting's URL is a really bad experience.
Hi, does anyone know how to fix this issue please? I created a Zoom calendar invitation; it was sent successfully. I then opened the sent invitation, and tried to forward the invitation by adding email addresses. When I clicked "send" on the forwarded invitation, MS Outlook crashes and the invitation is not sent. So far neither Microsoft nor Geek Squad can fix this issue. Does anyone know how to fix this please? This issue just started; in the past I could forward existing Zoom invitations.
