I changed the currency I use to pay my bill to make it more affordable for large gatherings. However, now the change won't let me buy anything because it says the payment hasn't been updated yet, but I've already paid my monthly bill. Does anyone know what I can do?
In a Zoom meeting on the desktop app... 1) I was the host2) There were 3 participants (me + 2)3) The selection "group chat & anyone directly" was selected' BUT4) There was no drop down menu to select a direct message recipient5) The "more" icon (...) was missing from the bottom menu bar in the chat panel HOW DO I REINSTATE THE ABILITY TO DO DIRECT CHAT????
I was removed from an account but need to access my recordings so I can download them. The admin readded me but when I try to login, it keeps taking me to my downgraded account. How can I access the old account so I can get my recordings?
I have been leading a meeting for over 2 years. The past 2 weeks I am unable to do so because I start the meeting and no one shows up. I start getting texts from members saying: they can't get in; they got in but were dropped. I have tried to restart the meeting but get a message that I have to end the meeting in progress. Clearly when I do this, they get dropped. However, although I am in my meeting and they say they are we are not visible to each other.

Il link della riunione è stato regolarmente generato e condiviso, ma al momento dell'accesso Zoom lo ha riconosciuto come "non valido" e ha reindirizzato alla homepage, impedendo a noi (e ad altri) di partecipare. Successivamente è stato generato un nuovo link per lo stesso incontro. Grosso problema per noi perché in così poco tempo non era possibile avvisare tutti i contatti invitati e siamo stati costetti a rimandare di una settimana, davvero una brutta figura con le persone coinvolte. Quale potrebbe essere stato il problema?
We've have difficulty pulling the text transcriptions from Automatic phone call recordings. I've referred to this previous forum (https://community.zoom.com/t5/Phone-System/Zoom-phone-audio-transcripts-text-file/m-p/100072#M4914) and we've tried to access it through the API, but still only pulling the audio transcriptions. Under our call logs, it shows that 'Admin has disabled this transcription' for our automatic calls but we've enabled every setting accessible to us to allow for text transcriptions. Is there a security setting we're missing? Appreciate any guidance here.

I want to delete my basic account. But, when I try to terminate from Account Management > Account Profile it need the verification code. I Request the code and sent to mail. But, I didn't received the code. I need the code to terminate this basic account. Because I want to change my paid account to this email. Thank you

I reached out to support but the confirmed this is not possible currently. We answer phones on a physical phone, but to help assist the staff answering the phone we were hoping the use the call summary and live transcription features in the app. It is not currently possible if the app is paired to the phone and the phone answers to the call to get those features.
When ever a user of mine clicks on "schedule" on the Zoom app she gets a screen that says loading, then after a bit she gets a blank screen. I've uninstalled with third party tools, i've installed the full version and the web version but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
I have been hosting meetings regularly, the last one was last Thursday, but yesterday, upon launching, instead of the regular screen with controls, I got a blank screen with only my ID and no controls (see screen capture). Attendees joined (in another screen) I could see them and hear them but I could not join my own meeting. I closed the meeting for everyone, created another meeting, same thing. I had to cancel the meeting. I have been testing creating meetings and launching, and still the same blank screen with no controls. I have updated to the latest Zoom Client 5.13.10 - nothing changes.I submitted a ticket to Zoom support yesterday, no reply. And I have another meeting planned for tomorrow Thursday. When trying to schedule for someone, they receive the error: ""Schedule For" is not available because Shared Access Permissions is not enabled. I hold weekly sessions... now I have been using the same Meeting ID for past year and never it was an issue. This week when people were trying to login they were getting an error that the meeting is at 7pm when I was already logged in. So I had to create a new meeting ID and share it with people in that way I lost a few people. Secondly I generally set chats as with hosts and co hosts only... now due to the chat separator it is becoming problematic opening each window and checking for the questions... can we get it in the old way.... bcoz during sessions or workshops it breaks the flow as it becomes time consuming to open each window..... Thirdly, for all the participants it shows as if the chat is disabled when the chat is still on. how to fix it?? Another issue is, when I used to send any info in such meetings previously it used to go to all participants, now I have to send it individually which is time consuming, any way to fix it?

I join a weekly writing group and discussion. Lately, I can hear some participants but not others. Sometimes, I can hear "Gail," but if she speaks again later, I won't be able to. I know it's on my end bc I can see everyone reacting to her. Help!
I'm a public speaking instructor, and hold live Zoom sessions to listen to my students' speeches. I have my settings set up so that participants can record on their computers, and I can also record to the Cloud. Last year, everything worked just fine...but now, for some reason none of the students are able to record on their computers, even though the program says, "Recording in progress." I'm NOT intentionally recording their speeches unless they get a notice that they can't record from their end...and yet, their speeches are recording to the Cloud, but not recording on their end. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?
So Wierd - I got on Zoom yesterday and all of a suddon, It is Ready OUTLOUD Every Message in the Chat while I am Live on Zoom. Not sure Why/How this started, but cannot find anywhere to get it to stop. I cannot hear the regular zoom because of this - nor can I personally go live because everyone can hear it too.Also, How do I get help from Zoom to stop this. Frustrating there is no one to ask, chat, email etc for resolution.Help! 😉

How do I set a basic Webinar for free?
We are facilitating Zoom meetings with over 100 people. We want the Chat to automatically scroll to the bottom of the Chat or to the most recent post as it has done in the past. Today, we had 190 people, so the chat was filling up quickly and we couldn't find recent chats. Scrolling down through hundreds of posts made it absolutely impossible to see them all. How can we correct this?
I am looking to create an automated process (without having to use Zapier) where:1. User receives an email to sign-up for a meeting. 2. User clicks on the CTA, which brings them to a landing page. 3. User signs up for meeting and hits submit, which brings them to a Zoom link. 4. User can then add meeting to their calendar, whether it is Google, Apple or Outlook. Is there an easy way to set this up to make it low friction for the user and ensure an easy addition to their calendar?
Yes I know the alternative host needs to be in your same organization- and they are. im creating zoom rooms with alternative hosts that are a part of the same plan (we're all under a university) and some accounts zoom recognizes and zoom doesnt recognize other accounts. i know for a fact the emails that aren't working have been attached to a zoom account, so im not sure what the problem could be. is there any service i could use to manually appeal this, and get those zoom accounts registered? or is there no way?
