Hello everyone! A locally saved recording cannot be converted.It also does not appear in the list of recordings made.However, there are the recordings in a folder with the temp files.When double-clicking on the two “double_click_to_convert.zoom” files, the only error message that appears is “unknown file type” Copying the files to another folder and tryingfrom there has not brought any improvement.Operating system is Ubuntu. during a zoom in which i had muted myself, I took a phone call. Normally, it mutes the audio on the zoom and switches over to the bluetooth headset automatically and when I finish the call goes back to the zoom audio still muted. Recently, it has taken me back to zoom audio but then I am no longer muted. How can I fix this?
Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I'm currently setting up a touch device (digital whiteboard) in a classroom to create a hybrid teaching experience. The idea is to run Zoom on the device (which uses Windows) and have an extended screen where the teacher can see only the participants' video.So far, things are working well: when the teacher starts the meeting and shares their screen, the content is displayed correctly on the main device, and the participants’ video appears on the secondary screen — without interruptions.However, there is an issue: when a student or participant shares their screen, their content is shown on the secondary screen instead of the main one. This behavior is unexpected and problematic, as we want shared content to always appear on the main display and have the control toolbar always there as well.We found a temporary workaround by connecting a mouse and manually dragging the Zoom window back to the main screen. Já baixei o aplicativo em todas as versões disponíveis para download (32-bit, 64-bit etc) e o aplicativo trava toda vez que entro em uso. Já reinstalei e nada. Meu computador é compatível com os requisitos mínimos e ainda assim não consigo usar o aplicativo sem que ele pare de responder e eu seja obrigada a fechá-lo. I am using Zoom to contact a client. I am polish speaking person, so my primary keyboard settings on my OS is set to polish. But i am using english to communicate with client. Zoom is autocorrecting some of my words when i am using english into polish similar one, eg. them -> tchem (which is correct polish word), finish -> finisz (same as before) and some other. Its annoying, and it happens all the time. I was looking for some setting for it, but there is none or i am literally blind. And it happens only in Zoom, no other app and i tend to use mixed languages everywhere, not only Zoom. Is there a way to force Zoom to use english or disable this autocorrect completely?
Been having this problem for two months with no resolution. Computer is hooked up to Dual Monitors and works fine for the day until I join a Zoom Meeting at which point ALL of the computers apps, moving my mouse around the screen, etc. all lags. AGAIN, computer only lags once I join the Zoom Meeting, even if my mic and camera are off and I'm not screensharing. All apps lag. Mouse movement lags bad which has nothing to do with internet. About half of the time, I can unplug from the dual monitors and it'll speed up. Sometimes it requires restarting my computer for the computer to stop lagging even after the call. Hardware & Software: - Dell Latitude 7430 (new in March 2023) / 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1265U 1.80GHz / 32GB Ram / 64-bit, x64-based processor /Windows 11 Enterprise version 22H2- TWO Dell 2422HE monitors with built-in docking station, daisy-chained and plugged into laptop via USB-C. Modem hardwired to Monitors. - Zoom v 5.
As the account owner, I should be able to remove / minimize the rather blatant advertisement of AI Companion on the home screen. I do not use that that feature and certainly don't appreciate the "in your face" advertisement.
Hi, I don't know how but somehow I have created two tabs while in a meeting where someone else is screensharing. How do I close one of the two tabs? One is titled "meeting" and the other is called "*name of screen sharer*'s screen" please help it's driving me insane.
I want to log into my zoom account and schedule a meeting on my home laptap and invite participants. On the day of the meeting this laptop will not be available, zoom will be logged out and the laptop will be switched off. I will be at another location when the meeting is scheduled to start - can I log into my zoom account from a different laptop at this second location and start and run the scheduled meeting?
I have a weird issue when it comes to meetings. When I am in a zoom meeting, the person talking would randomly freeze but I can still hear the audio. The interesting thing is, only the person speaking freezes, the others in the call are fine. I confirmed that no one else in the calls have this issue with the main person speaking, so it's isolated to me only. I am not sure what the problem is, but my computer stats are the following: Ryzen 99503xdGTX 509096gb ram1gb down wifi / ethernet cable (happens on both)57" Samsung Ultra Wide at 240hz (DP2.1)Zoom ver: Version: 6.4.12 (64384) Things I've done- Reinstalled Zoom- Reinstalled Video Drivers- Installed most recent AMD chip set drivers - All drivers are up to date on everything When looking at load on cpu/gpu, its quite low, so it can't really be that. Anyone have any ideas why this happens?
I have 6 different meeting types for my clients to book on Scheduler. I added them in a random order. I have noticed that the newest meeting is the first to display on my booking schedule page and my public page. I want these schedules to display on my public page in a specific order. Is there a way to do this?

Can i run multiple meetings simultaneously using a single account? Does zoom offer concurrent licensing, if so what are its features?
We are a company of 25 staff, many of whom work with clients and need their phones on the go. We switched to zoom phones about 6 months ago and have been struggling intensely. Calls get dropped, missed, audio is inconsistent, voicemail notifications with a major delay until they actually appear... We've dug deep into the settings and a few things have helped, but nothing has solved the issue. The only thing that seems to potentially explain it is that we need very strong Internet connection to use the phones, it can't rely on phone data. We aren't receiving error messages, just extremely poor performance. I'm wondering if zoom phones are good for people who are primarily desk bound? Customer support comes back with the same auto responses with every ticket: send a screenshot. The issue that we can't screenshot what's not happening or capture the poor performance. Are others having these issues? Thank you.

My team uses Zoom for as many meetings as possible, but as a consulting company we cannot always choose the meeting platform. We need the ability to add our AI Companion to meetings that we do not and cannot manage. A bot that we can add to MS Teams, GoTo and Google meetings, similar to the dedicated note taking AI apps like Fireflies, Read, and Otter, would save our team from turning to a competing solution for meeting summaries and action items. If this is available, please let me know how I can enable the feature.Thank you.

We've had a webinar set up for months now with a particular title and just recently the title of the Zoom webinar changed to 'Zoom Webinar'. Apparently, admin can change this but neither the owner nor admin can change this. Does anyone have any answers?

Hi Everyone, I am trying to setup one of our team so our main call queue will ring on their desk phone but not on their iphone app.Is this type of setup possible? They are a member of a call queue but are often away from their desk. I dont want them to be bothered by the call queue when they are not at their desk whilst still being able to take internal calls. I realise they can opt in and out of the call queue but this can be easily forgotten.
Hello I have only two, quite separate, organisations which I log in to webinars. Neither of their webinar registration emails arrive, and my email provider confirms they are not blocking zoom in any way. Being a free user, zoom won't talk to me. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Was there a fix? Thank you.
Is there a way to free up memory to allow this room to connect to meetings again? Zoom Rooms app is being run by Dell Precision 3240 btw.
I can see JPG and MP4 file types in line with a chat, but not MOV, PDF or DOC file types which have to be downloaded to view. Is there a list of file types that can be viewed without downloading them?

We have a number of sales reps that all need to monitor each other. In addition, we have managers that need to monitor the reps but not be monitored. The issue we see is that reps cannot be members of a monitor role and a monitored role. Has anyone found an easy workaround for this or a similar scenario?
