I organized a webinar with a co-host, but I was registered as a regular attendee and wanted to post in the chat. However, I was only able to send messages to the "Hosts and presenters" chat. Some of the other attendees posted to the same chat, while others posted to the "Everyone" chat. What could be the reason for this? Did I configure something incorrectly in the settings?
Does anyone know how to retrieve a chat conversation from a zoom meeting earlier today?
Hi Zoom Community, I’ve been facing an issue during Zoom meetings where my audio intermittently cuts out, making it difficult to communicate. It happens randomly, whether I’m speaking or listening, and doesn’t seem to be tied to my internet connection as my video remains stable. I’ve tried troubleshooting by restarting Zoom, checking my microphone settings, and updating the app, but the problem continues. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how to fix it? I’d appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!
Hi, I Always stuck during navigation between rooms and main session for 2-3 mins. I'm in the meeting is in guest session, I have fast internet. Can somebody help?
When using the link provided in Zoom scheduler, it takes you to the page, allows you to select the booking page of choice, but once clicked pulsing gray blocks where the time blocks should populate and the 'spinning' thinking wheel is all that shows. After a few minutes it will show a simple error message with no explanation as to why the page did not fully load. Greatly appreciated if anyone has a solution or can relate to having a similar problem.
I recently started using Zoom for my video calls. I have Zoom integrated with Zoho CRM and create the meeting from the CRM. I have SPF and DKIM set for Zoho but the meeting invites are going into SPAM folders. I was previously using Zoho Meeting and never had an issue with meeting invites going into SPAM. Do I need to do a DNS verification for Zoom?
I am using Firefox. When I used to click on a Zoom link, I would get a dialog box that looked like this: ------------------------------------Allow https://us04web.zoom.us to open the zoomus link with zoom.us?Choose a different application.[] Always allow https://us04web.zoom.us to open zoomus links [Cancel] [Open Link]------------------------------------ However, I made the mistake of choosing "Choose a different application" and picking Firefox, which did not work at all. Now, I get the following dialog box: ------------------------------------Allow https://us04web.zoom.us to open the zoomus link with zoom.us?You'll need to choose an application.[] Always allow https://us04web.zoom.us to open zoomus links [Cancel] [Choose Application]--------------------------------
Hello,We're currently experiencing difficulties with Zoom Workplace integration in our MS Teams rooms. While we can and often do use Zoom successfully for certain meetings, there are specific scenarios where we're unable to configure or join Zoom meetings properly.Below is an overview of our setup:Dell Optiplex 7000 PCPoly GC8 tabletPoly Studio audio and video system"Third-party meetings (Zoom)" enabled in Microsoft Teams Rooms settingsHere are the scenarios where we encounter issues:1. Joining a meeting directly from the meeting room:The Zoom meeting has "Registration Required" enabledOpening the meeting linkEntering the meeting ID and password directly on the tablet launches a browser (Chrome or Edge) displaying the registration pageAfter entering the required information, we receive the following error message:"Request failed with status code 401"2. Creating a meeting from Outlook using the ics file:We download the ics file from the scheduled Zoom meeting and open it in the Outlook a
My video is not working on the zoom application, I am on a lenovo yoga running windows 11 with the latest zoom workplace application downloaded. My windows 11 os is up to date and my drivers are up to date. The Zoom application does have access to video in my privacy selection. My camera is working, I am able to use my camera with google meets and with zoom via my chrome browser. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the application and I receive the same result. I also receive a message that pops up and says " Virtual Background is Still Loading, Start Video Anyway?" This message also pops up after I have removed the background, which is a an image, to not having an image at all. Not sure what else to do here.
How do I allow zoom to access my outlook calendar but NOT MY EMAIL. I don't know how my email was hijacked but it doesnt' need to go in to Zoom. I want calendar accessible NOT EMAIL
I have a basic ZOOM account and all of sudden I'm unable to log in unless I use an authentication app ( I don't even know which app!) or a back up code. I've already used (2) of the back up codes provided but I can't use one every single time I need to sign in. This is frustrating because there is no security option to change this. Can any one tell me which app I'm supposed to be using? Did Zoom just do this is to basic users? Thanks!
Hello Zoom Community,I recently updated to the latest version of Zoom Workplace v6.4.0 software and noticed that it is using an End-of-Life (EOL) version of the OpenSSL library, specifically v3.1.7. Given the importance of maintaining up-to-date security protocols, I am concerned about the potential vulnerabilities associated with using an outdated library.Could anyone provide information on whether Zoom has plans to address this issue in upcoming updates? Is there a timeline for when a fix might be implemented? The affected paths are:c:\program files\zoom\bin\libcrypto-3-zm.dllc:\program files\zoom\bin\libssl-3-zm.dllc:\users\user\appdata\roaming\zoom\bin\libcrypto-3-zm.dllc:\users\user\appdata\roaming\zoom\bin\libssl-3-zm.dll
we use outlook and i always on behalf of my boss to set up meeting, but my boss can't use AI companion if i don't join in the meeting. some meetings are confidencial that i won't take part in, my boss can't use Ai, it's very inconvient for us
User from the Unied States is able to join the meeting hosted in Taiwan. Her screen showed Error Code 1142. I checked “approved or blocked entry for users from specific countries/regions” settings, but it cannot help. How can I fix the problem?
Previously, HeyGen offered an option to connect the avatar with Zoom, but it seems this feature is no longer supported. Could you please explain why this change was made? Also, is there any way for us to create this integration ourselves, or are there alternative solutions available?
When I share screen in a meeting the screen share can be 20-30 seconds behind for the viewers on the other end. I get 500mbps up and down on my network with about 35 ms ping so I don't believe network side of things is the problem. As for device I am using it is an M1 Macbook Pro I use for work. I also have tried zoom on an M1 Pro Macbook Pro that I own personally. Both should be sufficiently powerful for zoom so I am really at a loss as to what the issue might be. Any ideas as to what I can try or where to look next would be great.
Hi, I keep getting a system notification that says:“zoom.us” is accessing your screen“zoom.us” has accessed your screen and system audio 2 times in the past 30 days. You can manage this in Settings. It appears in the top right corner of my screen. Does anyone know how to turn this off or prevent it from showing up?
We have a VDI environment and all users have the same setups. However i have 1 user who cannot take screenshots of Zoom meetings. When they do, the meeting is blacked out. You can see the Window frame and anything else in the screenshot. This only happens in Zoom. Teams meetings screenshots work fine. Other users with the same license can take screenshots. I have dug through the settings and cannot find anything that would affect this. I close every application on the desk top aside from Zoom to make sure nothing else is stopping it to no avail. Any ideas on what would do this? i have found countless posts of people wanting to do this but nothing on how to fix it.
We use a fleet of Meta Portals (10inch and Plus size) in the office. These work marvelously as Zoom Rooms clients and can be easily managed by the admin. I have noted after a recent meeting using one of the devices that a message appeared saying Meta (Facebook) will remove the Zoom app from the device in few weeks on January 31st. I dug around online and there is absolutely zero information on any upcoming change on Meta's website. However, Zoom has a support page which confirms it. If this were to happen, the Zoom Room clients would stop operating, correct? I mean, Rooms can't work without the Zoom app, it would seem. It is unclear if this is Meta's decision or Zoom's, but given that the app is set to be "removed" as opposed to simply becoming inoperable hints at Meta's hand. Is there nothing Zoom can do to talk them out of it? It's a 3rd party service, what does the hardware manufacturer care? Does Zoom have another hardware partner offering the same Zoom Rooms touchscreen
Hi all, I’m using a new iPad Pro (iOS 18.5) and Zoom (version 6.5.1). In my meetings, I want to share my screen to show a website that includes video and audio files, and I’d like to be able to play them for others in the meeting. Until recently, this wasn’t an issue, but I’m now unable to perform these tasks. The website also includes a feature where I can record myself saying something and then play it back. I’d like to be able to do this during the meeting as well, but I’m currently unable to.
Yesterday, when I was using Zoom as normal, with dual screens and my laptop, I went to share my screen and suddenly both my monitors stopped working, full stop. I couldn't get it back again on the call, but afterwards, the problem persisted. So I rebooted my computer. Now I can only use one external screen at a time. I can't use both. Both screens work independently, but when I plug them in together, neither of them works. I spent two hours with Lenovo, and we've reinstalled the drivers, et cetera, and we're trying to figure out why Zoom appears to have blown my graphics card. Has anyone else had this problem? Do you have any suggestions for things that I could try at this point? Should I just reinstall my entire operating system, or has Zoom caused hardware damage, so I need to replace my laptop? Thanks for your help.
I'm trying to understand the correct size for my Zoom profile photo. It keeps appearing blurry even though I have it set at a 1:1 radio and the image was high resolution. Any advice on how to create a profile photo that isn't blurry? When I update it on the Zoom web site under my Profile it shows as a correct resolution, but within any meeting it's very blurry and looks unprofessional.
Hello, every single time I create an availability poll and try to update it, the scheduler freezes and never updates. I just get the spinning wheel forever until i force quite out of Zoom and log back in. This has been happening every single time - for months - on the Zoom App for Mac. I've tried making sure my laptop and zoom are on the most up-to-date system but I've never gotten it to work. My workaround has been to delete the entire poll and make a new one but its a horrible option when the link was already sent to clients. Any troubleshooting tips?
Every single time I use Zoom, it crashes my internet across all devices.I still have Wifi - I can login to my router - but no internet on any devices. This only happens when using Zoom.I have restarted my router, restarted computer and my network card, and tried splitting my connection into 2,4 and 5GHz networks. I've updated everything, nothing works. Please can somebody help me?
