To fix this issue, contact the meeting’s host and request access by having the host modify the Approve or block entry for users from specific countries/regions setting, either through their Settings page or by editing the meeting ahead of the next session.
If the issue persists, submit a request to Zoom Support for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide the following:
- What operating system you are using
- What you were doing when you received this error
- Meeting ID, if in a meeting or trying to join/start a meeting
