Spinning wheel and grayed out time slots when accessing Zoom scheduler.

When using the link provided in Zoom scheduler, it takes you to the page, allows you to select the booking page of choice, but once clicked pulsing gray blocks where the time blocks should populate and the 'spinning' thinking wheel is all that shows.  After a few minutes it will show a simple error message with no explanation as to why the page did not fully load.  
Greatly appreciated if anyone has a solution or can relate to having a similar problem.

every time I create a new meeting - I get new tab with spinning wheel of doom - I open a second schedule event and the window opens immediately - I enter the details and save and get the spinning wheel of doom that never refreshes but after a few minutes if I refresh the meeting will have saved. Using Edge and Win 11 PC. This is extremely aggravating.
