I'm trying to embed the form to register for a webinar on my website. I added the form using an i frame, and it is functional, but after you enter your information, check the capcha, and press submit, you get an error message reading, "us06web.zoom.us refused to connect." And you get a large gray screen with a broken image icon. Zoom is capturing registrations, but I don't want users to think they encountered an error when they try to register, obviously. Can you tell what I'm doing wrong here? Thank you!
I have been participating in regular zoom meetings for years. Tried to log in to a regular meeting this morning and got a complete runaround. First they tried to log me into facebook, which I do not use. Then they sent me to the login page, which I have never had to do before, and after multiple attempts, I created an account. I still could not log in to my meeting. And the AI 'assistant' (which is garbage) kept running me in circles. And tech support is only for paid customers. I see that there has been an 'upgrade' here, but it has made things worse. Using a Windows 11 PC.
Hello, I'am new with Zoom meetings. I use an Apple Mac mini with MacOS Ventura 13.2.1. The system preferences are correct. I was phoning with Apple Support and they told me, I should ask the support of zoom, cause the preferences were right. Can somebody of the community help me?
I am having issues with a new pair of Bluetooth headphones that I am using in zoom meetings. The old one works well without any issues, it was just too old and worn down so I had to replace it. (I am using a windows 11 computer). With the new headphones, I am having issues while on call. The microphone just stops working after 2 - 3 minutes in the call, I have to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth manually for it to work again, and just gets disconnected after 2 - 3 minutes. This is a lot of hassle since I am conducting online classes, and the mic stops working in the middle of my discussion. I tried to use the same Bluetooth headphones (the replacement) on a mac and it's working fine. It only has issues on Zoom when using windows. I tried using the same headphones with other applications on windows and they are working fine. I tried the following fixes, but to no avail:(1) Unpair and pair the BT headphones, then restart the computer(2) Uninstall and reinstall BT drivers (und
Just found out about the Zoom fax option and Ive sent out a few as tests. One of them came across a bit distorted but the other was fine. I then noticed you could also receive so I sent some to my DID number and it too came across distorted sort of squashed down. When I download and open it up and loo into printing it, Adobe does not recognize in the manner it was scanned. The page was sent in portrait mode and it comes across as landscape which is probably why it looks smashed down. Thoughts on how to fix this??
We've recently ported our office number over to Zoom and we use a virtual office to answer calls to our office number. In order to identify incoming calls from our customers, the virtual office rely on us sending our office caller ID so they can correctly identify calls and answer appropriately. I've setup call forwarding which works fine however, when using call forwarding I want the caller ID sent to our virtual office to be the accounts Zoom primary number, not the incoming callers id. How can I do this?
Hi everyone! I’ve been running into a problem when using the Zoom Clips feature. Whenever I create a clip and select “Share computer audio,” the clip records the audio just fine — but I can’t hear the audio myself while I’m recording. It’s like the sound gets routed into the recording only, and not to my headphones or speakers. Has anyone else faced this? Is there a setting I’m missing, or is this just how Zoom handles audio routing for Clips? Would love any help or workarounds! Thanks in advance
If I enable Meeting Summary with AI Companion, how can I also enable Smart Recording with AI Companion at the same time? I love the meeting summaries, but I also want to access the full transcript (With the Smart Recording features) but I can't find a way to do that, I can only pick one or the other. Any ideas?
We keep regularly getting emails from Zoom saying we are using 1.76 GB worth of cloud recordings, and that our account only has 1 GB of cloud storage. However, whenever I check our Zoom archive of cloud recordings, there's certainly less than 2GB total. And the total we are allowed for this account is 5 GB? Any ideas? Also, we have a number of local recordings stored on a few different laptops, but this shouldn't contribute to our cloud storage total, right?? This is largely a repost, however, we are having the exact same issues! We received an email stating " This is a reminder that your account is using more than the available cloud recording storage. Cloud recording will be disabled on Jan 11." If anyone has any ideas or any similar situations/findings you can share, I'd sincerely appreciate it! Thank you!

I was in a Zoom call on another person's account, so the other person was the host and not myself. I hit record, and the only pop-up window I saw was one that said request the host to accept. The host, I presume, accepted, and we had our meeting. I can't find the recording anywhere. I've looked in the settings Users/Name/Documents/Zoom. I've looked in Finder and there are no MP4 files from today at all. No recording with today's date was shown. I've also tried restarting my computer, and I tried the customer service phone number, which, for some reason, the automated security screening couldn't find my account, so I couldn't talk to someone. This is for a school assignment that we recorded twice already. I really don't want to film again.

I am sure many users participate in calls in multiple languages like me. The meetings I participate can be in Portuguese, Spanish or English in the same day. I typically turn on the Closed Caption feature as it makes it easier to follow certain calls. The problem is that everytime I start a meeting, I have to switch languages manually and need to find where the language is on the list menu. My ask is that either I choose my preferable languages or have Zoom app understand the most used languages and set them on the top of the list or the bottom for quicker access. Thank you.
I've recently switched to Proton for security reasons, and I've installed the Zoom integration with my Proton Calendar so links can automatically be added to any scheduled events. However, those events are not showing up in the Zoom desktop app itself, and I can't seem to find any answers/solutions. My desktop app version is 6.5.3 (7509).

Hi, A few weeks ago I did a presentation and the recording was great, it recorded me, my learners and the presentation in gallery view no problems. But, last week I did the same thing but when the recording downloaded it only recorded my presentation and not me or my learners. I have tried looking into this and changing anything to help but nothings working. Now every time I practice recording it only records the presentation. I need to but able to record in gallery view in a few days time and I don't know what to do. Please Help!!!

I was on a meeting yesterday (Sunday, December 11th) and some popup informed me I now had animated reactions or emoticons. Sure enough...the hands clapping were clapping...it was cool. But, I cannot find any documentation or settings for that feature now.
Hi all,I hope you can help me solve a problem I'm having with sending scheduled meeting invites.I have 3 imap accounts configured in Outlook and one of them is configured as the default mail account.I added a new Exchange account and now zoom uses that as the default account for sending. How can I change this setting? If I manually change the sender of the invite I get a notification of non-deliveryI searched the community posts but I couldn't find the solution to my problem.Thanks to everyone can help me
Hardware/Software:Mac M1 on Sonoma 14.4.1Bose QuietComfort 700 headphonesZoom Workplace 6.0.72 Problem:I connect my headset to my computer as default sound input and output. I enter a meeting, headset works great. I leave that meeting and go to another meeting. No sound. When I run the audio tests I get activity bars for microphone input and sound output but I hear nothing on playback and no one can hear me talk.I've done various restarts and connect/disconnects, tried switching between "system" and the entry for the headset. I can't find any true pattern to when it's going to fail, but usually it works for the first meeting and fails for the second one.
Zoom clips provide users with 3 options for how to share their clips: Anyone with the link can view: Allow anyone to view the clip without restriction. Anyone at Your Organization: Allow only members within your account to view the clip. Only invited members can access this clip Apparently, after speaking with Zoom support, it's not possible to restrict your Users not to use "anyone with the link can view" as a Zoom Admin. allowing only "Anyone at Your Organization" or "Only invited members" In our company, this feature is necessary as we don't want our recordings to be publicly available with the link for security reasons.What is also sad, is that this sharing option is the default one, and the default option cannot be changed by Zoom Admin.I'm not sure how Zoom wants to compete with the alternatives available on the market, where SSO protection is a basic feature.
