Hello, I am trying to capture sound from my MPC (third-party software/hardware) and have it recorded during a Zoom meeting. I’ve tried tinkering with the audio settings on my MPC, Zoom and Macbook… but I can’t get any sound when I try recording a session. I can hear myself just fine and random music I play on my desktop, but when I try to capture sound coming from the MPC I get no sound on the recording. I’ve tried creating aggregate devices, various multi-output device setups, and using Zoom’s native share sound functionality to no avail. I just want to use Zoom to capture music that I create and play using my MPC software/hardware, if possible, so I was hoping to see if there are solutions to help me figure this out.
Hi Zoom Community, I’m trying to build an integration to check, via API, how many user licenses and Zoom Room licenses my account has contracted and how many are currently in use. I’ve been through a lot of the documentation and tried several endpoints, but I’m still not able to get this info reliably. What I need:See the total number of user licenses (contracted) and how many are assigned/in use.See the total number of Zoom Room licenses (contracted) and how many are in use (i.e., how many rooms are using a license). What I’ve already tried:I’ve used /v2/users to list users and filter by type, so I can count how many are licensed. That works for “in use”, but I can’t see the total contracted.I tried /v2/rooms to list Zoom Rooms, which shows me the rooms in use, but not the total number of Zoom Room licenses available/contracted.I tried /v2/accounts/{accountId}/entitlements (which some docs mention), but I get “endpoint not recognized”
A lot of our team uses reactions (emojis) as confirmation or acknowledgement of something sent in a team chat message (both direct messages and channels). However, I have not found a notification option when reactions are used on messages within team chat...not meetings. Is there a way to do this to keep us from having to go back in and check on things manually?
Hello, When i host a meeting, my participant page shows 25 user windows out of 100 users who joined the meeting, and i have to scroll to next page to see more participants. Is there a way to see 49 participants per page, as zoom claims is possible
With the new update the only way to have people in a room see the presentation and the gallery at the same time is to use the "My Screen" tab. However if you are using the "My Screen" tab you can't advance your powerpoint slides using the keyboard. Does anyone have a solution for this? Most of my University's preferred presentation view is slides with the gallery visible for hybrid meetings.

When engaging Original sound for musicians to allow background sounds, this reverts back to full noise suppression without being requested and this can be a random time before this happens. I am running 6.3.6 which has now included an extra audio option - Live performance audio BETA. This has probably screwed the existing software, especially as this is a BETA version. Why has this not been tested fully, I need background sounds for Funeral Live Streaming so that people can hear music and hymns being sung, not any more!!!
I've already written about this in two other posts here, and I've received no response. I've had a free Zoom account since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I find it very frustrating that I can't even get support through live chat. The chatbot says that my free account doesn't qualify me for chat with a human, and that I have to upgrade. This is very concerning to me considering the ease with which I could originally use Zoom. I access Zoom through my browser. Because Zoom has grown increasingly tech- and graphics-heavy, it's become more difficult for me to do so. As recently as a few months ago, I could click on Launch Meeting, and I would be taken to the meeting room. Now the options are Download the App or Launch Meeting in Browser. I am not downloading any apps when I can use the browser itself. I use a desktop computer with Windows 11. My browser is the latest version of Firefox. I do not use a cell phone,
When scheduling in Zoom, I was able to add a email address right in the meeting and it would automatically send the invite to my calendar and all those that I invited. It has suddenly stopped working last week. My calendar is still integrated so I am not sure what happened. To make it even more worse, when I select the outlook calendar on the bottom to generate the outlook invite to add the invitees that is not working either. When I click on the download of the invite it opens up a newer version of Outlook (not what I am working in) with no actual invite and the invite it is not on my calendar to even pull up and send. So now what I have to do is generate an invite on Zoom then copy the the invite on a clip board. Go out to Outlook and create another meeting, paste the zoom information from the clip board, add invitees, and location then send. Double the work for each meeting. Anyone having the same issue and/or knows how to fix it?
I've come to terms with the fact that the SMS for Zoom is not going to work for my business and I'm looking for other options which saddens me. For starters, I can't opt-in a client manually to receive texts. Nor can I find information that explains why I can or can not. If I had a client for a long time I would prefer to indicate that they have verbally agreed to SMS if they have asked to receive information. I deal with a lot of grieving people and they hate extra steps. Some clients or new clients forget to opt-in and become a little agitated with not getting the information that they requested promptly. Then, I just had an issue where I can't send videos of my products via text, only photos. In what world does SMS not include video submissions. Maybe it's me but I would like to be able to communicate in whatever way the client needs. Furthermore, phone calls having weak singles when I'm not at my desk is troublesome. I'm begging for help.
I have written previously and gotten no response to a product suggestion. In short, the idea is to create a teleprompter mode so that presenters don't have to look away at their notes. I gave a more fulsome description of the idea in my prior note. Happy to discuss this with anyone on your team.
I am the scheduler at my company and schedule most all Zoom meetings for others. Why does this change my availability status to "in a calendar event" and cause me to be marked as unavailable? Is there a setting in the meeting scheduler that I can change?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet S6 Lite and Zoom version 5.16.10. My screen sharing was working perfectly last week, but when I shared my screen yesterday, it looked normal from my end, but my meeting partner said they only saw a black screen. This has continued. I assume there was an update which messed it up. I tried following the guidelines here, but I'm using a tablet, not a desktop. I don't see an option on my tablet for pulling up a control panel at all; I can't find nvidia or an app that seems to do what they want on my tablet; I can't see options in my tablet's settings to input the graphic that the link recommends. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
Hello. We are integrating and testing Zendesk and Zoom Phone.1. Installed the Zoom Phone for Zendesk app from the Zendesk Marketplace.2. Clicked the Zoom Phone icon in Zendesk and logged in with the Zoom Admin account.3. Set permissions for the Zoom Phone for Zendesk app in the Zoom app.4. In the Zoom App, completed the Zoom Phone for Zendesk settings > Zendesk sub-domain settings and checked the boxes for ticket creation for inbound and outbound calls. We have completed all the settings and conducted inbound/outbound tests, but tickets are not being created in Zendesk.Can you help us?
My video freezes when I try to make a virtual background change in a meeting in ZOOM.When I select NONE my video comes back. I am using Ubuntu 20.04 OS. I have friends using ubuntu but don't have that problem.When I was using windows I hadn't that problem.To fix the problem: 1. I joined a meeting from my mobile phone. I was able to change the virtual background from my mobile phone.. 2. I checked the Settings>meetings section in the Zoom administrator settings. "virtual background" button was on. 3. Zoom app is up to date.4. I watched a lot of videos on youtube and applied but the result was same.
Hello, fellow Zoomers! I'm trying to figure out how/if I can provide a prompt to the AI companion on how I would like the summary formatted? Currently, I'm taking my summary and then pasting it into a custom prompt I built to re-format the summary into the format my client requires. (an organization I contract with to serve their clients. They have a specific format they want the meetings outcomes reported in). It would be great if I could accomplish that within Zoom and lose the extra step. Thank you in advance!Mike
Keynote and PowerPoint have a new live video feature where you can place a window with a live image of the presenter on the slides. So, when screen sharing a presentation in Zoom, the audience can see the presenter incorporated into the slide. The problem is, Zoom still shows the thumbnail of the presenter off to the side for all participants, duplicating the presenter's video. Is there a way to hide the Self View of just the presenter for everyone?- Not just "hide" Self View because it only hides my image from myself. It's still viewable for everyone else- Not just "turn off camera" option because PowerPoint and Keynote still need the camera to show my live video during the presentation- Not just turn off participants' cameras because I want to continue seeing the other participants Can I hide my Self View from everyone else while I'm sharing my screen?
hi , i am actually in urgent requirement for the solution to this , i have gone through the documentations , can someone tell me if i am building an application using zoom api services in which he meeting host will start the meeting ,and then transcription of the meeting should happen , i want to bring the transcription records on the application for my app users.
Is there a way to have the new Zoom tasks integrate with the Outlook to do's? I have not been able to find anything at this time, besides just how to integrate the calendar. I see when I create a new zoom task it can integrate with Jira but that is not a software that is being used at this time.

I recently updated our Zoom Rooms and all of our USB cameras now appear mirrored in the local preview, even though they were previously shown correctly. This change applies to all four cameras in our multi-camera setup and is creating confusion for people in the room. This is in a church service and for most of the service we display the local preview for people in the congregation. It is disconcerting to see it mirrored. There is currently no setting in the Zoom Rooms Controller or software to disable this mirroring. Please consider adding a setting or toggle to disable mirroring of the local preview, either globally or per camera. This would restore the functionality we relied on prior to the update that broke it.
I am currently on a free trial for Zoom Scheduler. I was informed that the trial will end in 3 days time and I do not want to continue. Is there an option for not wishing to continue when the trial ends? I tried to stop it today, but Zoom just assumes that I want to buy it, but I don't. I did not even want to be on this trial. I just clicked to look which I find rather underhand. This is no way to treat customers.
