I recorded a meeting to the cloud. As the host and administrator, where do I find a report that shows me who viewed the recording? I want to know name of person who viewed, the date, and the time it took them to view the recording. Is this possible? When starting a recording, a message appears on the top of the video that says, "Who can see your viewing activity?" The pop up window says, "The host and the account owner can see who you are, your contact information (if you're logged in or provided it) and whether you viewed or downloaded their recording." Zoom hates Apple. Why? I left Zoom 4 years ago because I could not justify the expense. Now I'm back and it turns out the meagre integration with iCal is even worse (nonexistent?) than before. My workaround is to simply use the PMI link when scheduling meetings in iCal -- meaning: I do not get anywhere near the full value out of Zoom Pro. Seriously? (Thanks @Realmaverick for the tip on using TextReplace - that works like a charm!) Zoom v6.4.12, on MacOS 15.6.
Hello, I received the following message from the website view of recorded meetings. The medial could not be located either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. How do I correct this?
We are a 12-Step group and we allow multiple meetings to use our paid login to host their individual ZOOM meetings. There are no time conflicts between meetings. However, we have had several instances when someone cannot start a ZOOM meeting because the system says "host is in another meeting" even though that prior meeting was closed properly by the person hosting using "End meeting for all". This even happened at the first meeting of the day, at 6:30am, even though I have been told that ZOOM "clears" all these restrictions overnight. What are we doing wrong?

I changed a bunch of settings in order to enable recording on the cloud and integration with Otter.ai, but I've found a better way to do this and would like to put the setting back to the way they were before. Is there a way to reset settings to their default state without manually going back and resetting everything? At this point, I'm not even sure what I changed. Thanks for any help ppl can provide.
Phone numbers no longer appear in the 'Copy Invitation' screen and this has already caused a problem this morning for folks who don't have desktop audio (Microphone) capabilities. What changed?
I have two laptops. The older Windows 10 laptop plays Zoom perfectly in every respect. My brand new Windows 11 laptop has poor sound and when music is shared from YouTube for example, it is completely distorted. The singer's voice distorts and sometimes fades out while none of the instrumental accompaniment is heard at all.Help Please! I returned an Acer laptop for this reason (as well as poor after-sales service) but am now finding exactly the same on an Asus laptop. The common factor appears to be Windows 11. I downloaded Zoom first from the Zoom website and then from the Microsoft store but nothing worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! ElectronicVin

I have a "meeting info" icon in my toolbar and when clicked shows meeting info including host password. This happens whether host/cohost or not. Same info available by clicking on security icon top right of header. A meeting timer was showing also and I found how to remove that. (not the timer app which does replace the meeting timer when in use). I am not able to share screen shot right now (room in use) but I will add when available.
I recently have had to switch laptops, and had to redownload zoom onto this new laptop. Ever since zoom was downloaded, every time I would go into a meeting any other sound playing becomes muffled, this applies for Youtube videos and Spotify. It is irritating as I have gotten used to playing music while being in zoom meetings and this makes listening to music while IN a zoom meeting impossible. It is important to note that this only happens when I connect audio to my computer, and doesn't happen if my microphone isn't connected to the zoom meeting.Any help or solutions would be appreciated.
I am not sure what I have done to my Zoom app, but I no longer have the capability to cut and paste an email address into a meeting invite. It must be my settings because I used to be able to do this, and Zoom would never remove something like this from their application. Can anyone tell me what settings I need to re-enable this functionality?

Participated in scheduled Zoom business meeting today on Win 10 PC using the Zoom app v5.7.4 (804) . When it ended, there was a prompt to upgrade to the latest version of Zoom. Got error saying the download failed. Tried the manual download option using Firefox 92.0.1 but keep getting this error: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG Tried every suggestion I could find on line but nothing helps. I don't have -or want- another browser on this PC. And obviously, FF worked previously to download the Zoom app since it's been installed and running properly for over a year. Any suggestions? I work for a nonprofit organization and we have been trying to get an SMS campaign submitted for months. I have followed the campaign creation checklist to a T, and I continue to get vague rejection messages that don't make sense based on all the work we've done to make our campaign legitimate. It's frustrating because we don't use Zoom texting for any commercial purposes anyway- we rely on it to communicate with our clients. Below is the message I got with our most recent campaign rejection:Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign CWIOFGR. I am a zoom manager for large events. I am a mac user. When I open up breakout rooms, the first 17 rooms are expanded and after that they are all collapsed. I have to go in and individually click on each room to expand it so I can see who is in each room. My friends who are Window users say that all the room are expanded when they open their breakouts. As I think about this, it has been this way for years. I'm amazed that I'm not seeing a lot of mac users complaining about this issue. Thanks. Lance
I'm using 5.17.5 on my iPad Pro OS 17.2 (21C62) I see on the release notes (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0073923) that "Users have the option to switch back to the classic Whiteboard via their meeting settings. Under In Meeting (Basic) settings, users can click the Use Whiteboard by default if available toggle to seamlessly revert back to the classic Whiteboard in their next meeting." I'm not seeing this anywhere. Suggestions?
Zoom started putting a time/date stamp in the chat box at the end of meetings. This takes a lot of screen space and is completely unnecessary.How do I turn off this feature? Thanks! gigi
Whenever I try to screenshare & share computer audio I get a pop up that says:Turn off voice isolation Audio sharing works best when "Voice Isolation" is turned off. To turn off "Voice Isolation", go to Control Center in the menu bar, click Mic Mode, then select "Standard".I have looked everywhere and I do not see this as an option. I have tried adjusting every mic setting and I keep getting the pop up warning. How do I fix this so I can share my computer audio when screensharing?
Attendees are not able to listen audio from media being played while screen sharing session.
I am trying to support someone using Zoom's screen sharing. I am using a laptop or an android phone (I have tried both) and he is using a Nokia smartphone, not sure which model. After he goes into Share, Selects Screen and Start now he gets up a message saying ... This feature is turned off as it will slow down your screen I can't find any reference to this error anywhere or whether there is a setting / solution / method to get it to work. Liam
