Hi, We have recorded a zoom meeting. How can we reply this recorded meeting on an existing scheduled meeting? Can it we achieved automatically or does somebody has to attend the meeting and start to reply it manually?

Hi we have a main phone auto receptionist that will direct dial some call queues, but for others, we want to leave a dialback option, so that when a user makes a selection, if they change their mind they can return to the main menu and make a different selection.The only way I'm finding to make this happen is by setting up a secondary auto receptionist for those lines (I would love is there was a better solution at this level). In doing that we have a scenario that runs somewhat like this:Main IVR: Customer selects 3Secondary IVR, "You have reach team 3 who handle the following types of calls (e.g). Please stay on the line while we connect you or press 1 to return to the main menu or 0 to leave a voicemail."Auto IVR message (that we would like to remove) "if you know the extension of the person you are trying to reach please dial it now or press zero to return to the operator...please wait while we connect your call."This IVR message is confusing customers, many don't realize that the
In Zoom Scheduler, if a calendar event is marked "out of office" instead of "busy" it is not considered blocked time. The time will still show as available booking time. Scheduler only removes availability if the calendar invite is marked "busy" or "tentative". This is really unfortunate as it causes availability in Scheduler to be inaccurate. What is Zoom's reasoning for this?

Is there a specific method or best practice to ensure that custom styles don’t get overridden by system defaults?Interestingly, it feels a bit like going through — plenty of options available, but only some choices actually fit what you need at the time. in my Zoom meeting, I can share the Chosen movie sound but not the image. I am not sure if it is a zoom setting that needs to changed or if Google prevents sound sharing. Google has not responded me yet.
Does anyone know if you can use a different email's calendar than the zoom account email for zoom scheduler? For example, if my email as EmailA @ work.com to log into zoom, could I then use a different email account's calendar to link to zoom scheduler (like EmailB @ gmail.com) ? Or does the zoom scheduler email account have to be the same as the zoom user account?
A new problem has come up just in the last couple of days that I have had no problems with previously. While using Zoom to tutor, I use both my MacBook and iPad. The iPad is for writing on the Zoom whiteboard. For some reason, when I write on the whiteboard on my iPad, I can see what I am writing until I lift my Apple Pencil at which point what I wrote disappears on my iPad but is visible on my MacBook and for everyone else in the meeting (including my student). As you can imagine, it is quite difficult to write on the whiteboard with my iPad when I cannot see what I have already written. Has anyone experienced this? How can I fix this? I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Zoom app on my iPad, following and unfollowing the creator of the whiteboard, and creating the whiteboard on both my MacBook and on my iPad. None of these have helped.
The Zoom looks as it should when we are using Immersive View, but our Livestream is showing some peoples backgrounds. A new problem we started seeing about a 3 weeks ago. This is happening with latest Zoom version, Windows computers and Mac. We've had people toggle on & off basically every option we could find for their own virtual backgrounds. Image below shows how the person on far right looks as expected in Zoom, but is showing his home background.
I'd like to sync my Apple macOS Calendar with my Zoom MacOS desktop client. I clicked on the link to connect my calendar, and it presents me with a dialog box where I can either Create Zoom CalendarSign in with GoogleSign in with Microsoft I clicked Create Zoom Calendar. It then switches to my default browser and drops me in to my profile in the Zoom web client. But it doesn't give any indication of what I'm supposed to do here. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi, I am currently doing presentations to some fellow learners through zoom. The first we I did a recording and it went great. The recording recorded the presentation, the learners & I in gallery view. This is what I wanted. Unfortunately the next presentation session, when my recording finished the recording was only of the presentation and nothing else. I have another presentation coming up and I want to get this fixed. YouTube and other guides have not been helpful. How do I get my recording to record in gallery view and not my presentation. Again, when I go on to zoom recording settings no cloud settings come up and thats what all the videos have been telling me to do. Please help
I know there are a lot of questions about chat history, so apologies for adding yet another! However, I haven't found a scenario equivalent to mine, so I'm hoping someone can help. Around an hour ago I ended a meeting but then realised I'd forgotten to manually save the meeting chat. Not to worry, I thought, I've set the chat to save automatically: "Viewers can see the chat" was switched on in Account Settings. However, when I try to access the chat history (Account Management > Reports > User activity reports), I find no chat history. What am I missing? 1. Can I retrieve the chat from this morning's meeting?2. If not, what else needs to be set for chats to save automatically? My Zoom app was on v6.4.12 during the meeting, although it's just flagged it wants to update to v 6.5.9. Many thanks
I can't seem to get the timestamps removed from my recordings, even though I have it unchecked in my settings. Any ideas how to fix this?
I don't see my Zoom meeting today in the Recordings and Transcript section in Zoom. I usually see it after a couple of minutes, but it's been past an hour and still no recording. It's a very important meeting. I checked the Zoom local folder; there's nothing there. Please help!
One of my clients is having a problem connecting his Zoom account to Eventbrite.We keep getting an error message saying "We are having trouble connecting, please try again".Anyone else come across this issue? Maybe this is a tech glitch with Eventbrite or Zoom but it's been going on since yesterday, so not sure what's going on.
Hello,If I open Zoom, and join a meeting the preview windows will open with the correct title(meeting 1). If I then exit the preview and join meeting 2 the preview windows will show the wrong meeting title(meeting 1) It will usually show the last joined meeting title instead of the one I just joined. Pressing join will show the incorrect meeting in meeting info, as well as the incorrect meeting link.After I leave the meeting the next preview will be correct. closing it, then opening a different one will be incorrect again, with the incorrect meeting preview title, meeting info, and meeting link. This occurs for meetings scheduled by someone else on your behalf on both Windows and Mac or meetings created by you. This also happens for meetings scheduled via Outlook extension. I've tested this most extensively on Windows 11 24H2 with Zoom v6.4.12 64384. Clicking on the meeting link, which is different for both meetings, will result in the same behavior. I use a static

The Block Contact option seems highly inappropriate in a corporate environment. I would like to disable it across the entire account. Senior Executives have requested a report of how many (& who) have used the Block Contact option, is there a way to generate this type of report?
We have a 7-member board that physically meets in a room with 20-30 seated guests. We want to Zoom the meeting so that off-site individuals can listen in. The problem is that off-site individuals cannt clearly hear the audio from audience individuals who may be speaking in the onsite location. What kind of audio equipment is needed, and how does it interface with the Zoom program? We currently have one individual in the onsite location with a laptop running the Zoom application.

From an Zoom invite link, I click on the prompt 'Use microphone and camera' button to turn on my mic and camera. Button not work at all, so I click on 'continue without mic and camera' to join the meeting. I click on the mic and camera icons there to turn them there. That does not work either. Mic and camera do not activate with either method on my chromebook I next tested on hosting a Zoom meeting. I could not activate the mic and camera this way too. I then tested on Google Meet to see if my chromebook's mic and camera were the issue. The mic and camera activated in Google Meet, no problem. Anyone know how to fix this so it works on Zoom too?
