Hello,If I open Zoom, and join a meeting the preview windows will open with the correct title(meeting 1). If I then exit the preview and join meeting 2 the preview windows will show the wrong meeting title(meeting 1) It will usually show the last joined meeting title instead of the one I just joined. Pressing join will show the incorrect meeting in meeting info, as well as the incorrect meeting link.After I leave the meeting the next preview will be correct. closing it, then opening a different one will be incorrect again, with the incorrect meeting preview title, meeting info, and meeting link. This occurs for meetings scheduled by someone else on your behalf on both Windows and Mac or meetings created by you. This also happens for meetings scheduled via Outlook extension. I've tested this most extensively on Windows 11 24H2 with Zoom v6.4.12 64384. Clicking on the meeting link, which is different for both meetings, will result in the same behavior. I use a static

While I am able to successfully receive webinar.started and webinar.ended events in my Ngrok setup, I am not receiving any real-time chat messages.I have configured the webhook to include the following events:webinar.chat.receivedmeeting.chat.receivedall_chat_messages (or related chat events)Despite this, messages sent in the webinar chat do not appear in Ngrok.I would like guidance on:Whether I am missing any specific event configuration to capture real-time webinar chat messages.If there is an alternative method to receive real-time chat data for webinars.Any common pitfalls that might prevent chat events from being delivered to my webhook endpoint.This is critical for my application as I need to process chat messages in real time during the webinar.
The Block Contact option seems highly inappropriate in a corporate environment. I would like to disable it across the entire account. Senior Executives have requested a report of how many (& who) have used the Block Contact option, is there a way to generate this type of report?
We have a 7-member board that physically meets in a room with 20-30 seated guests. We want to Zoom the meeting so that off-site individuals can listen in. The problem is that off-site individuals cannt clearly hear the audio from audience individuals who may be speaking in the onsite location. What kind of audio equipment is needed, and how does it interface with the Zoom program? We currently have one individual in the onsite location with a laptop running the Zoom application.

From an Zoom invite link, I click on the prompt 'Use microphone and camera' button to turn on my mic and camera. Button not work at all, so I click on 'continue without mic and camera' to join the meeting. I click on the mic and camera icons there to turn them there. That does not work either. Mic and camera do not activate with either method on my chromebook I next tested on hosting a Zoom meeting. I could not activate the mic and camera this way too. I then tested on Google Meet to see if my chromebook's mic and camera were the issue. The mic and camera activated in Google Meet, no problem. Anyone know how to fix this so it works on Zoom too? Hello, everyone.Yesterday, on July 29th, 2025, I made a cloud recording.I didn't initially enter the online meeting. I was turned to a "Host". Since I was panicked about full storage, I used a Cloud Recording. Everyone noticed that the recording was in progress. Later, as I checked my recording history, cloud recording, I couldn't find that.As I contacted the customer service, I was told that it usually take 24 hours to process via Cloud Computing. It's been over 24 hours since the meeting ended. There's also not a single email about the cloud recording.Additionally, my account is Basic account, so I won't get help from anywhere. Does anyone here have solution?
About a week ago, I noticed that my Zoom meetings were no longer being stored in the Zoom app itself even though I had exported the information successfully to my iCal. I then noticed the Zoom app was saying that I had not connected a calendar. As I see on other parts of this forum, there does not seem to be support for iCal. What is worse, is that, having unsuccessfully tried to connect a calendar, I now do not seem to be able to schedule a meeting at all. Can someone in Zoom Technical please contact me urgently to talk me through what needs doing? I am writing from the UK / GMT. I also do not want to start doing a calendar in Office 365 or Google.
I bought a new laptop basically for conducting Zoom job interviews, but audio will not work in Zoom desktop despite spending hours messing with drivers, settings etc. !! This is extremely frustrating. Troubleshooters do not fix anything for me. Speaker works fine in youtube etc. and all other windows applications Why does your sound not work Zoom??
Hello, We have about 7 team members who work in different offices in the building and offsite. We would like to bring them together so we can collaborate during the day. I know we can use Zoom for meetings but the problem is these team members already use Zoom heavily for company meetings with customers. I am looking to have a secondary system put in place so we can have all of our staff in a conference throughout the day so we can collaborate and talk with one another while they are working their primary calls. Anyone have any ideas how I can accomplish this?
Hello, We have a somewhat unique ZCX customer use case. During normal business hours a restaurant chain might call this customer and request some new food orders (bulk food supplies). However, some businesses are focused on late-night or after-hours such as bars or or other food and entertainment venues and need to perform fast paced tasks with this vendor out of band. One of these customers might call into the Zoom contact center and place an entire bulk order over voicemail, sometimes dozens of items or part numbers etc. These voicemails, while probably 2% of cases, exceed the 5 minute limit imposed by Zoom contact center for inboxes. Can we get this limit bumped up to 10 minutes for individual voicemails?

Waiting room is enabled under my Zoom settings, but yet everyone that joins my meetings are not placed in a waiting room. I have verified these are not co-hosts. This randomly started happening and it seems the setting is not taking. I have disabled and saved and re-enabled a few times. Still no luck.
This is such a simple problem, I can barely believe I need to ask. My ZOOM software was many months old, so I installed the latest just now and rebooted my Windows 10 PC. I started ZOOM as usual, but I only get 1 window, the one with the controls along the bottom. I have always had a second window, which I use for the speaker, and use the first window for the gallery. I can't find a way to open that second window. In addition, ZOOM is not showing the feed from my camera. In video settings it identified the correct camera, but it is only showing my background; no video at all. Help!

Windows laptop, zoom and windows updates all done and rebooted. Lately if I'm sharing a video with someone - specifically sharing that window - if I flick to another window (to take notes), the screen sharing pauses and/or shows the other person a black box. It never used to do this, I used to be able to keep sharing the video while taking my notes. It's really stuffing me around!I don't want to share the notes window - I just want the window with the video to continue being shared with the other person.
Hi everyone, I would appreciate your input on this issue.We use Yealink T58W phones; these phones are constantly rebooting for firmware updates.When the firmware reaches 40% the phone reboots and does the same thing again & again, not stopping.Reached both yealink and zoom.They are not able to find the resolution yet.Is anyone experiencing the same issue?Also, on the Yealink phone, the admin/admin credentials aren't working for me.Did a factory reset as well. Hi. For the Zoom account for my synagogue, Waiting Rooms are disabled and Allow Participants to Join Before Host is enabled. But it doesn't work. Participants who attempt to log in before the host still get the "Please Wait for the Host to Start this Meeting." Some setting must have changed but I can't figure out what. Any idea why? Thank you.
Hello, We are getting setup with Zoom Phone and we have a few Yealink desk phones. Does anyone know how to add contacts from within our organization who use Zoom, so I can have them on my phone with their Zoom presence? Thanks
I have an iPhone 14 Pro on iOS 18 and an iPad Air on iPad 18. When I start a meeting on iPhone it immediately closes it out. Tried restarting phone, checking camera privacy settings, reset the phone settings, updated zoom, changed network, reinstalled zoom, EVERTHING. Nothing helps. On my iPad, I can’t activate the front facing camera but the meeting does stay open. Is Zoom really this buggy? I tried Zoom (with my account) on my wife's ipad that has iPad 17 on it and everything works.
