I am on an old MacBook Air with OS High Sierra 10.13. A couple of weeks ago I started having problems joining meetings. I can host with no issues but I can't access invites sent to me. The only way it works is if I log on using a newer device then switch to the old MacBook on the App. Any insights, suggestions would be welcome. Thanks
Is there a way to record the zoom breakout rooms?
Hi, In a school setting how does one set the emergency address? We have set this address as our Main Building but is it possible to be more precise? For physical desk phones I suppose you can change it in the settings for each phone, but the problem I'm running into is the emergency location is mapped to an extension and many of our employees use the soft phone. So narrowing down their exact location becomes more difficult. I'm wondering what others have done or if you have any suggestions?

I have waisted so much time trying to look at the settings, but something happened - an update to zoom and when I recorded a class, it would always record to my desktop to a zoom folder, and or I had the option. Now, there is no option, I have messed around with the settings and they seem to be set for download to desktop. I also do not like the cloud recordings downloading because it saves 6 recording settings download and it taking too much time to download them all and open up to see which one I want. I think the latest version has a bug. Is anyone else experiencing this?I am also experiencing when I share my screen it is working fine, but I lose my screen with everyones faces, it is almost like me wanting to split screens - the shared screen on a different screen, I miss the old way, and I can't turn my video off when I am recording something, so my face is in them all of the time now, and I don't want that. Any help is appreciated.
I have just invested the $5 per month to my account to add translated captions functionality as I'm about to start working with a German client. however, on testing, the german translation is not working ... Japanese, Malaysian and Hebrew all are ok, but German just brings up english text, Is this a known issue?Thanks for any help and advice on this!

Well I guess we are no longer economically interesting for Zoom.... They just don't care about us, Mac users. We may mostly be independent workers : I suppose Zoom prefers getting big firms subscriptions. So we pay... but I guess integrating Ical cost them too much. Disappointing. And NO and I don't want to ad another calendar. because... an app is supposed to make our life easier. not forcing us to add complexity.

Hello. Please tell me about the maximum number of participants for webinars.We are planning to hold a webinar that is likely to have around 450 to 600 participants. Our current contract has a participant limit of 500 people.We only want to increase the contract limit if it looks like we'll exceed 500 participants on the day.If we increase the limit, will the expansion apply to webinars for which we've already issued URLs?Also, we don't want to change the URLs (as they've already been shared with participants).Will increasing the participant limit change the URLs that have already been issued?

I have a Pro Zoom Account. have a Meeting room in my account that anyone can join at any time, whether I am there or not. It's been up for almost 3 years. I almost never have tech issues - maybe twice in 3 years.When I learned about the Breakout Rooms feature, I created breakout rooms for this Meeting which have been used for a couple of years.The Breakout Room option is set up so anyone can open it (or a number of members of this group who have the host key can open them - I forget which.)Today I came on the Zoom room and another member who can open the breakout rooms was already there tho not available to talk at that moment...But the breakout rooms were not open and the option to open them did not show up in the menu.This never happened before. Hello, This morning my Zoom has reaction floaters going up from the bottom of the screen every time someone makes a reaction, Hearts, thumbs up etc. floating up the screen. How do I turn that off?

when I get a notification of a cancellation to an meeting, the email doesn't show the date.and so I have to download the ics file before I can read the date of the event that was cancelled.
I keep receiving unsolicited Zoom meeting invitations from different Gmail addresses. Each time I block or unsubscribe, the senders simply use a new address and the invitations start again. Outlook then displays constant reminders, which is extremely disruptive. Could you please advise how I can stop people from automatically adding me to Zoom meetings, or at least require my confirmation before an invitation is placed in my calendar?
Hi, I've been getting a measly 640p video for each recording and I think I've tried everything this forum has to offer. And my recordings are still 640p. I'm the host and I record meetings/interviews, but I'm not part of the conversation itself. So, I log on, make sure it starts recording and turn off mic and video. Is this the reason why I'm not getting recordings with a higher quality? suddenly, starting a few weeks ago, the meetings tab is completely blankI have deleted and reinstalled the software - this didn't solve the problemstrangely, sometimes the meetings tab has all my upcoming meetings in it, as it should, but most of the time it is blankthis seems to be glitchusing zoom on macOS 18.5 (intel)

The video on my Lenovo FHD webcam will show only a black screen when I attempt to use it with Zoom. The camera is otherwise functional, and it will do audio on Zoom. I am using a MacBook Air running Mac OS 15.5.
Hello! Lately, my Zoom meetings are automatically deleted as soon as they are scheduled.I don't know if it's some update but it's very annoying. I get an email telling me that they are in the trash and I have to resume them again.Can you help me?
I have a user experiencing some issues with accepting calls through Zoom mobile. They are having difficulty accepting calls through Zoom on the company cell phone and the Zoom pop up screen that displays when a call is coming in is also not showing up. In the Zoom mobile call history, there is also a message that says "The calling feature in this application has been disabled by your administrator." I've updated the application and restarted the device and for a while they can make/receive calls but then the issue starts again. I've matched the user's settings with someone else that isn't having any issues and the pop up still displays. Any help is appreciated!
