hiso i use zoom meeting to teach math, on my pc.i used to start the meeting by sharing whiteboard.recently, i noticed there are new whiteboards, so i try to use them. when i am not in a meeting, and i create a whiteboard, i can add an image (a file from my pc). but when i am in the middle of a meeting, i cant add an image. this option doesnt exist on the tool bar.is there a way i can do it?thanks!
I record in cloud of zoom not in my computer. When I download the video the resolution is Recording_640x360.mp4 But my resolution in OBS is 1280. I don´t know why the recolution is lower. When i do test to check all one pass. Best regards
Hi. My preferred pronouns have changed and I am unable to edit them. When I look at my profile in the app I can see my pronouns listed but when I click to change them nothing happens. I am able to edit my screen name so the app is otherwise working. I have checked and I'm definitely on the latest version of the software. I can unshare them, but I don't *want* to unshare them, I want them to be there but correct 😞 On android phone but I've also tried on my laptop. No error messages, just, nothing happens. Hope someone can help!
I used to record my ppt presentations as videos and my image was visible in a little window I could move to where i wanted it before hitting 'record'. I simply shared the screen and then opened the PPT - I did not select PPT as background. Later I added a 2nd screen and was advised to change some settings but can't remember which ones now and I don't know if it's because of that or because of the 2025 zoom update but now, when I record I can't see that little image to move it anymore. If I just open a PPT and start recording I can't see it, but when I view the video there it is - I have no choice about where it is placed.When I try to use the options on the right, instead of stretching my presentation right across the screen they center it and in that case I am able to move my image but now the ppt is centered, I'm not in front of it anymore where I want to be. Hello,I recorded a Zoom meeting in the cloud, as art of my membership business. I edited the video using Zoom's trimming tool, and both the video and audio looked perfectly fine. When I downloaded the trimmed files and tried to play them, the video did not appear, but the audio played fine. I tested these files on VLC Media Player, Camtasia Studio, and DaVinci Resolve. I then reverted the video and downloaded the originals...no luck with any of these, either. Same issue. I have previously downloaded and played many videos from Zoom with no problem, using these same tools. Today, I tried to play back the recording in the Zoom Hub and received the following message: "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support." Is there someone at Zoom who can help recover my recording? I received no error code. I am working on a Dell Alienware Area 51 AT2250 desktop computer (Windows 11, NVIDIA RTX
Our company is new to Zoom and we have over 400 users. When it comes to listening to call recordings, we would like to give each user access to their own recordings and managers access to their team members recordings. At this point we have found that we must manually open each of the 400+ users and add themselves and their manager to have access. That is crazy. Has anyone found a way to do this quicker in the Zoom app, or is there a way to bulk upload that information?
Previously when scheduling a meeting, there were fields to enter the time of the meeting, ie, 7pm to 9pm. Within the past month when scheduling a meeting, there are no fields to enter the specific meeting time. The invite template just shows the date fields. Is there something I'm missing or has the invite window changed? Thanks
Someone, I need some urgent help. My Zoom or my MacBook Air is having some troubles. The case is, that the virtual blue color is being set as default background on my video thought I don't choose any virtual screen. Some blur blue color is set on as background, but I want to use Zoom to show around the town as virtual tour, so I don't need any virtual background. Would you please someone help what's going on?
Hello! I am encountering an issue where all the meetings I have scheduled show as "My Name Zoom Meeting" instead of "Meeting to Discuss Budget YR 2024" (examples) in the zoom application under "meetings" menu. Has anyone seen this behavior? I schedule all my meetings through Outlook extension. Rarely in the Zoom application directly. Using Windows 10 Enterprise. Thank you!

Hello, i trying to streamline my business and looking for a solution that i dont have to manually share the recording with attendees of my zoom meeting . Yes there is an oprion of an email template but i am trying to have less work with this. i would like to autmatically get attendees the email that the meeting assets are ready. so my clients can download it instead of me doing this manually . ps i am on cloudrecordings thank you so much in advance
I put a custom disclaimer for an event and am unable to turn it off again. The toggle button is greyed out and it simply says that an it admin must do this. I have a personal pro account and am the only one using it. I tried logging out of all devices to see if that were the issue but it hasn't made any difference. Can anyone help?

Hello!I am confused by the embed passcode for one-click. I have this option turned on. Yet, at a meeting the other day, everyone reported that they had to enter the passcode when joining from the link. This is the first time anyone has said they needed to enter a passcode when joining from the link. I am wondering if one of my settings is wrecking havoc with the one-click setting? I'm on an annual subscription to Zoom, and I'm going to use the webinar only for 1 month and cancel it after paying monthly for the webinar only, is it possible?The unsubscribe button on Zoom doesn't work and I asked to contact Zoom, but they said no. Does anyone know why?

On a Mac the Zoom Workspace app lets you delete or override most but not all Keyboard shortcuts. e.g. Command 1 can't be changed from "Move to a specific tab". There's no menu bar option for Zoom for "Move to a specific tab" which could be used within MacOS Keyboard Shortcuts to override the behavior. Anyone know of a way to delete / override these locked keyboard shortcuts? thanks
HiI have two e-mails, which are quite common in my country yet not gmail or outlook etc. I use Apple Mail and calendar. It seems like there is no way to make the integration unless some one uses Outlook, Gmail or Exchange, which is quite disappointing from Zoom.
When joining a meeting, there is an error code 13215 displayed. We are not sure what the cause. Would you pls help me to solve the issue. (Zoom accout have been paid)
Hola a todos espero que alguien me pueda ayudar, tengo un problema y es el siguiente, al momento que estoy compartiendo un video o un audio en una Reunión, este le suena mal a las demás personas como si tuviera una distorsión, yo la puedo escuchar bien, pero los otros no. Ya reinstale la aplicación en mi pc, hasta formatee mi pc haber si así mejoraba pero nada, espero que alguien me pueda ayudar a encontrar una solución ya que me perjudica esto por mi trabajo.

I used the Zoom Outlook Plugin to schedule a meeting. Before the meeting took place, I moved the meeting time till later that day. Once I hit the Send Update button, this message popped up "The event description will be replaced with the Zoom default invitation" (see attached screenshot). So, now the meeting no longer has the agenda text (event description) that I had originally included (so that attendees would know what the meeting was about). Any ideas on why this happens and more importantly how to prevent it in the future? FYI, this happened to me with a previous rescheduled meeting too and I've been searching around for this Plugin message without success.
Zoom 6.6.0 and earlier 6.x versions suddenly stopped playing back stereo audio on Linux. I have original sound for musicians enabled and stereo audio selected. It does not matter if high fidelity mode or echo cancellation are enabled. Other people in the meeting get stereo audio from me, but I am only getting mono back. The other side has stereo audio enabled and other meeting participants can hear them in stereo quality.The Linux audio system seems to work fine: When connect a DAW like Reaper instead of Zoom to the same audio ports, stereo audio is recorded and sent back.I am using Ubuntu Studio 24.04 with the default Pipewire sound system.
Hello Zoom community, I’m experiencing an issue with calendar synchronization between Zoom and Google Calendar. When scheduling or syncing meetings, the times shown in Zoom are consistently one hour ahead of what appears in Google Calendar.This glitch is causing scheduling problems and confusion with important meetings. There may be a time zone or sync error in the Zoom Calendar integration. The time zone is correct in Zoom, but in Google Calendar, it seems to be the incorrect one, so is very messy to check with each attendee if they use Google or any other platform to confirm the time. Could you please look into this and advise on a fix or workaround?Thank you!
