When I go talk to my friends it just shows blank and not text messages.
We have the Pro-subscription which means a limit of 3 Whiteboards. But in Breakoutrooms there's no limit for Whiteboards (says the Chatbot).And it seems to be no problem to open one Whiteboard in each of four Breakout rooms. But after a short time, the toolbar disappears.... Is this because we have a limit of 3 whiteboards?Or what can we do?
Hello, I held a workshop today, and I prepared various whiteboards beforehand. My plan was to have three breakout groups working on their dedicated whiteboards simultaneously. But I had no idea how to make the people getting access to "their" whiteboards. All ideas I tried failed. Sending them a link failed, they had to enter a password (?), and a pop-up said, no cursor is shown when more than five people enter the same whiteboard. All the options are "open", no restrictions, so according to the settings, everybody should be able to use it. Is it possible that ZOOM doesn't support such a situation with multiple whiteboards for multiple breakout groups? Thank you for your input,Akki
Is it possible to have participants in two different breakout rooms editing different whiteboards?If I have two breakout rooms, can each room work on a different whiteboard. I would need each breakout room to be able to see and edit their groups corresponding whiteboard page.

Our zoom account has been hacked. I have spoken to 17 people at zoom over 48 hours on a continuous loop of new tickets, new people, multiple trust and safety report, more tickets. Zoom just close the tickets so I cannot escalate them. I am at a loss of what to do and am now resorting to making this public via every public channel that I can. I am stuck in an eternal loop of hell. Can anyone help??

For years, I've recorded a weekly meeting on Zoom and it captures me as the active speaker even though I view the meeting in real time wtih gallery view. The last two meetings, the recording captured my voice but a participant's video rather than mine even though the participants mute themselves. I'm sure the participants whose videos took over the recording were muted so I'm not sure why this has happened. It's never been a problem until now. I've checked the settings and I have the recording set to capture Active Speaker With Shared Screen so I'm not sure what's going on.
Our audio options are set for computer and telephone, but no phone numbers appear in the meeting invitation. This is true for both out meetings account and our webinar account. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, how did you correct this? Thanks.
I'm having trouble hearing audio in videos shared in Zoom Meetings. I have an Acer Nitro V15 notebook, model ANV15 - 51 - 58AZ, Windows 11, using Zoom Workplace version 6.4.12. However, this problem with the audio has been happening for several versions now.The problem is when someone shares a video on Zoom and it has audio, the music contained in the video is automatically cancelled, as if it were noise cancellation. Only the voice contained in the video, whether spoken or sung, that can be heard.I've already checked audio processing settings on my notebook, and removed them all, but the problem continues. I updated zoom to the latest version, tested previous versions, but nothing changed. I looked here on the forum and saw that in one case they asked the host to remove the noise cancellation option in the audio settings if it had it. I made this modification, but I still have the problem.I've also heard from some friends who use Zoom that this problem happened specifically on other n
On Monday 29th September 2025, at least five institutions in Finland, as well as some institutions in Norway and Iceland have faced "Warning. The instructors email is invalid(2216). Error Code 2216 - int_edu_{institution specific numbers}" when trying to access Zoom via Moodle LMS as the Moodle instructor role user. This prevents instructors, typically university teachers using Zoom the way they are used to. In addition to this, institution admins are facing "Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again." when trying to configure LTI Pro settings, which are unexpectedly empty. No problems on Friday 26th September 2025. The issue started on Monday or during the weekend.Norway and Iceland reports mention this error occurring also in Canvas LMS integrations.However, there are institutions who use Zoom LTI Pro and Moodle LMS who are not affected by this issue. Hi all,I have been invited to a zoom meeting this Sunday - and I received the invite and added it to my google calendar - which worked. However this meeting is not appearing in the workspace in the zoom app.Can anyone help me ? I want to just be able to open the zoom app - see the scheduled meeting for this Sunday - and join from within the zoom app. Why is it not appearing in the zoom workspace ? There seems to currently be no way to add multiple Google Calendars using the "Calendar and Contacts Integration" option under Account/Profile/Others/Calendar and Contacts Integration. You can only edit your google account and choose one or another. This does not work as I get Zoom invites on two google email accounts and I need all my invites from both accounts to show up in Zoom. Please add an "Add Another Account" option.
We have a Zoom webinar account set up and integrated to HubSpot. This integration has worked in the past with few issues. The HubSpot workflow we have set up for our latest webinar is running, but returning the following error "Action failed because HubSpot is being rate limited by the connected app, but will retry soon."We did just put up a new website and while I was testing the website this weekend, the number of form submissions that would trigger this workflow were less than 10 (no other API calls to Zoom). HubSpot support told us to wait to see if it cleared on its own. After 24 hours I retested and got the same error. Any ideas?

Hi there, I am trying to find a way of using different options for waiting rooms for different recurring meetings. I have 2 different recurring meetings, one each for 2 different Coaching programs I am offering. What I am trying to do is finding a way of showing different images in the waiting room of each meeting. I already tried it with groups but can't find a way of assigning a meeting to a group, so that the group settings for the waiting room will be taken. I have an employee, who is a registered user, consistently get a message that says, "Unable to Join Meeting" with a 13224 error code. What does that mean and how can I resolve that issue?

Relatively new admin and finding the back end of this confusing, contradictory and overly complicated! I have call recording switched on, I have the voice message disabled - all works fine. As soon as I make someone a Recording Admin, the call is being recorded starts playing. Remove admin, recorded message goes away. Surely this isn't by design? Either way I need to give a user access to other people's recorded calls - what am I doing wrong?
I am currently looking into Fax Cover pages for Online Fax. For example we are a County Government consisting of multiple departments. I can easily create sheets for individual departments to use but they seem to be available to everyone as I add them. This makes it too easy for someone to select the wrong one and use a cover sheet with information not pertaining to their respective department. Can the availability of the cover sheets be limited in some way?
On the registration page for Zoom meetings, there's a point where the branding banner image stops scaling correctly, and only shrinks the width of the image, instead of scaling both the width and the height. This makes the branding image look squished, and it looks unprofessional. You can test this on PC by changing the width of your browser window. At a certain window width -- possibly the width where mobile phones become relevant -- the page layout will change. The grey background disappears, and the banner image starts to look squished. At that point, the page only scales the image width while maintaining constant image height.
Not sure why my meeting notice doesn't populate recipient emails...I'm forced to hyperlink the meeting notice into emails myself...
